Had an unexpected car breakdown today. Marco was great. Right on time given the ETA he provided. He quickly loaded up my vehicle and delivered it to the repair shop without incident. Very happy with the service. Would certainly recommend!

I called for a tow through my insurance company and was matched with Towlando. They were on top of it and sent a tow truck operator from Preston’s Towing. The driver was PHENOMENAL!! Quick, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and had a very calming disposition. If you ever use Preston’s, ask for SCOTT!!! He had my van home in under an hour! Thanks again, Scott!!! 💪🏽

The young woman at the counter was unprofessional in her presentation, language, and carried out her duties poorly. She performed a task that was not requested at the which she would then charge us for. It was not much but still frustrating as we had to pay for for her inability to follow the direction of the customer. My hope in, especially for her sake in this filed, is that she would reflect and consider going at a slower pace while she improves. Other customers with less patience would not hesitate to react abruptly lashing out without considering the limitations of her skills. If you decide to interact with this business please speak clearly and slowly. Make sure to also have them repeat directions for clarity.

I was in the area for my moms funeral and was staying at a local hotel. My truck was parked in the exact same handicap parking spot with my placard on my dash. They towed my truck and only had it for a couple of hours and charged me almost$300 to get my vehicle back. The guy in the lobby Garcia was beyond rude to myself and my son making threats. I am handicapped and cant walk on my own without crutches or walker and they made me walk the entire property and then told me to get the vehicle out of the back lot myself. The entire time two of their employees stood there laughing watching me struggle. I cant believe how rude, inhuman and just downright pitiful. I am amazed that anyone would deal with them...I have contacted my lawyer and the better business bureau. I suggest never using this company.

Got into a car accident...had to go to Prestons towing to retrieve all my personal belongings and they were quick and easy to process my info and let me back to my car. non-issue

Friendly and professional. They took good care of my vehicle.

Although I was paying someone elses lien, they were very professional in person. On the phone they were extremely rude. I give them 4 stars only because I had to drive 2 hours to get a signature because my county would not accept an unsigned form. Although they kept telling me they didnt need to sign it, my county insisted it was illegal for it not to be signed.I just think if they made a habit of signing legal forms it would prevent the next person to experience what I did.

I called them they have an RV code and the driver took the drive shaft out and said it was going to be okay until he got to where he was going well when they dropped the vehicle off to where it was going to go there was some damage done to the drive shaft and he couldnt put the drive shaft back in because the needles fell out and I think by right they should be responsible for it but he keeps hanging up on me which is not very likely he said that there was damage done to the drive shaft already it wasnt called for the drive shaft it was called because it wouldnt start now theyre saying that it wasnt their company but if I called my insurance company and call Orlando towing they would tell they would give me the person that did it now they want to take me to court they can but Im only giving them a half a star

This place is completely disorganized and has no sense of business arrived at 8:00 AM to release my car to insurance here it is 9:20 AM no one is here called the number at (8:41)a very rude guy picks up tells me he is running a few minutes late I’m like but it’s been 1.5 hours since you open he proceeds to tell me oh well we have personal things we need to do ! Like really at least act a little more professional but what did I expected an apology I guess no, that would be a bit much .

Preston’s towing was wonderful every step of the way!The tow truck driver that picked up our vehicle at the scene of the accident was very courteous and patient. He pulled his truck around so that we could access our vehicle and lowered the deck more than once of the flatbed truck so that we could get items out of our vehicle that was going to be totaled.One of the gentleman on the phone helped me with information and made an extra phone call that was not necessary for him to do but extremely helpful. Saved me money.The gentleman at the tow yard was extremely helpful with information and removed my tag for me and helped save me money by guiding me not to do things I did not need to.Without knowing how the whole process worked I was not sure what all I needed to do to get things out and off of the vehicle.In my opinion they all went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them.

I had an excellent experience. The tow truck arrived very quickly. Mr. Garcia was very professional and polite. Within an hour, my car was towed to its destination. I would definitely recommend Prestons Towing and would use their services in the future.

Absolutely the greediest company i have ever seen not willing to work with poor folks at all. My truck was stolen and recovered and they couldnt wait to charged rediculous amounts to someone already taken advantage of so not only was my truck stolen but i was robbed as well by prestons

If I could give less than one star i would. Im not sure what kind of business this guy is running but on top of being rude and unhelpful, im 100% sure my license plate was stolen from his yard. I cant say who stole it, but i can say i will never use your services again.

Garcia is extremely rude and disrespectful. Please, please, please do not do business with Prestons Towing. They are a scam and does not know how to do simple math. I currently contacting the Florida Department of State for assistance.

This site has a lack of customer service, firstly Mr. García, if he can be called that way, is arrogant and has no respect for the customer, he does everything possible to not deliver the cars and continue to charge the extra days. They should look for people who have experience in customer service, the truth if there was the option of NO STAR that would be mine.
