Very disappointed in this location. Before the switch in management, my husband and I would always bring our cars here.My husbands car need a new rear differential, and we got the new one here. It came with a 2 yr warranty, so we both felt comfortable in that knowledge. Fast forward a few months, after the switch in management, and the new mechanic wed been going to informed him that the rear differential was leaking. We double checked with another mechanic to confirm, and yup, it was leaking. We brought the car back to pepboys to fix the issue, since it was still under warranty. They denied there was any issue and refused to fix the problem.Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. There are several other shops in this area, and youd have better luck going to any of them over here.

Hard to get their attention and wait extremely long, they had no wait list and did not take my name nor key so I felt I was not in line and they had no intention of looking at my car until I made a small scene after waiting an hour. Though I do appreciate that they pointed out an issue and not try to the bank.

I visited today. I have never had a leak on my car and my driveway had not one oíl stain until today after my oil change. The mechanic walked into the waiting area and said. The car has a leak. Its dissapointing that this place cannot be trusted. Will upload pics of my driveway later on.

Was helped out by a kind gentleman named Rob. He was very sympathetic and kind towards my situation, which is much appreciated.

Need a plug for a screw in my tire. No technician here, youll have to go somewhere else lol

I thought you were being good to me until I showed my new mechanic what you were charging me. The 1 motor mount that you charged me over 300.00 to replace and broken again in less than a year and a half. My new mechanic charged me less than 100.00 and yes... He warrants his work and parts

They had an offer for oil change at $19.99. I went in, the guy at the counter kept on telling me how my car needed this and that (selling his products and services) I actually ended up doing something which were not even required, walked out of the door paying $50 instead of $20. Will think twice before going back in again.If you do go, dont fall for their selling products and services techniques.

Well I got all my spark plugs replaced it wasnt the problem, however when I went back they found the problem and fixed it for free.I take good care of my cars and while I might have spent more than intended replacing all spark plugs I know my car is in good condition and the main problem is fixed.

This place is a rip off, they do extra work and charge you for it. Because of this Pep boys, I will not be visiting any more. I used to use pepboys alot in California. But they must have decided to go bad.

Had to pay a lot more than what i was hoping to but they were very helpfull and were willing to get the parts needed to fix the problem even tho they had closed early. Big shoutout to Adam for all his help!
