I was really impressed with them. I was trying to get a tow from another company (recommended by my dealer) but they werent able to get a truck out to me and recommend Magic Tow as someone THEY trusted. They said theyd have someone out to me in about an hour and arrived at my house within 45 minutes.I have a Prius that wont start, and couldnt even be shifted out of neutral. Matthew (tow truck driver) was able to pick it up from my driveway and get it onto the truck with no problems. I asked him how long hed been driving a tow truck and he said ten years. That experience really showed in how well he handled what I was afraid was going to be a very difficult situation.Car arrived at the dealer with no problems, car in great shape. Id use them again!

Wow rudest customer service Ive encountered. One of the most ignorantest person ever dealt with. Nasty demeaner. Tried getting verbally abusive but they meet their match. Called themselves Magic Tow should be Radical Tow. If you use them watch out for their magic, they just might turn to do radical tricks.

Guy was extremely fast and coming to get my stranded car and drive it from Kissimmee to Ocoee for $165. Cheaper than anyone else quoted me and was very professional and left the car exactly where I said to.

The guy with dreads and shorts came to my house while I was washing my driveway at the end of the road and said that I could not leave my car in front of the house because otherwise it would be towed. Why are you guys bothering with homeowners at The Tapestry community while people are mowing their lawn or washing their driveway? Enforce the law when there is nobody around their cars and the cars are parked at the wrong spots and quit harassing the homeowners while they are right in front of their vehicles. What a shame!!!

HOA residents beware. I’ve watched their tow truck driver camp out in communities during holidays in search of cars to tow and he’s not only silent but extremely quick to do it. I’m 100% sure he doesn’t follow Florida protocol by notifying police prior to towing I know this because:1. He’s too quick-I once got my vehicle taken by a most loathsome employee for unknowingly parking against Villagio’s nonsensical HOA regulations while visiting my parents for A FEW MINUTES after 10:00 pm2. He even admitted to accidentally towing an undercover law enforcement vehicle and getting in trouble for it.WATCH out for these money hungry snakes. If they catch you after hours they have an excuse to charge you with an additional $75 dollar fee and they lock your car in a tow yard so you have no access to it unless you cough up your hard earned cash.

Call at 1:30 a m for an emergency 24-hour tow. I was told it would be an hour and a half and someone would be on my side of town. They said they would call when they got close. At 4 a.m. I still have not heard nothing and could not reach anyone at the 24 hour number. Very poor service.

I would advise against doing business with this company by all means. Every person that I dealt with with this company is rude. Damage was done to my car when they towed it and damage was done to my Brothers car when we went to go pick it up. The tower was on time, he was actually there before the estimated arrival. He gave a call before showing up after requesting for him to come. He was very courteous. Got everything done in a timely manner.Very polite and professional.The company employs veterans which is a big plus!

I used to work here and part of working here the owner required all of us to make a fake google account and Facebook just to write good reviews because in his theory that would get us more business he’s a total scam and David is known for lying 90% of the time to try and raise the tab on your bill to take your car out. I’ve witnessed people car get towed because someone stole the yellow tag off the plate and when you prove your car was registered he will lie and say you were parked in the handicap spot just so you can pay for you car to be taken out very rude and very unprofessional work.

My family and I decided to take a trip 2 hours north from home to fun spot for the day, come to find out our car was not starting. Freaking out all day magic tows new exactly what to do. The guys were so patient after me calling and canceling about 4 times . David came out within 20 min of me calling and was so helpful. He was the nicest person we had encountered all day. Top notch company and Great pepole. I have had a handful of things towed by them and the one that stuck out to me was when my wife was in an accident. They were on point! Let my wife sit in the ac while loading the truck and waited for me to get their to pick her up instead of leaving her waiting on the side of the road. That is unheard of these day. This is a very rundown, sketchy place. They only accept cash, and it was Sunday and all the banks were closed l so they basically stole my car for the day until I could give them cash and cash only. $200 cash. These people are actual thieves and the government will use them to save their own asses some money. Something needs to be done about this place. I hope they realize they are the Devil, plain and simple.

They are there when ya need them. Its like magic! LolThe guys have helped me out of a jam a couple of times. Ive even bought a couple of cars off of them. Sam and Dave are some good God loving fellas that picked me up when my little white Cherokee broke down. Dave got there in a few short minutes and was careful when hooking my jeep. Got it up on the roll back and towed it back to my house so I could get it fixed. Thanks guys.

The tow truck driver`s are very helpful, friendly, courteous & professionals at what they do, much respect to them. but cant say the same for the male person working in the front office behind the window, he has no customer service experience what so ever, doesnt know the meaning of customer service and shouldnt be in such position, he is rude, loud, obnoxious, racist, offensive and disrespectful, he was ask about the very high price he was charging plus all the other fees that he added for a tow of a distance of 2.6 miles and he got very offensive and loud pointing his finger at my face yelling leave his property, also stating that he pays high over head to run his place, like if that`s the customer fault, he is not concerned about customer satisfaction or customer service, all he is concern about is how much money he can make off of you and gets away with it because he has your car lock inside and in order 4U to get your car back you are force to pay as he see fit,

Unprofessional. Over charged! Rude! They charge more than the flat rate of $125 even though according to: § 22-1. Towing and transport of vehicles law you CANNOT charge any additional fees. No other fees of whatever kind may be charged for services rendered during the first twenty-four (24) hours that the vehicle is in the possession of the towing service in the case of trespass towing, or the first six (6) hours in the case of nonconsensual towsRobbing innocent people of their money! You can reply with whatever slick comment you want! What you guys do here is pure evil.

How can anyone say anything positive about this place ? They are theives, period . At that, they were rude when I called to inquire about the address to retrieve my vehicle . When I arrived and stood outside to look at their prices posted outside of the window they jumped out and said what do you want and told me to park that thing (the car I came in) up somewhere . Definitely a establishment built on racism. They yelled at me for trying to get my car out of their junkyard. I had to come in at 9 a.m, take out a loan and lose half a paycheck to get to the window and they accuse me of arguing and being aggressive. They have demeaning signs in the front. Offered to call the police to throw my ass out. When i asked if he was racist he got angry and came out to the front to yell at me. As soon as i take my phone out to record he walks in and says i angrily accused him of being racist. I simply asked because i felt offended and felt that if i was white it would have been a different scenerio. I had my girlfriend there as well, who is white and all of this is on camera. I would not expect a good service from these people as all the people that work inside the office are indeed white. I dont care that you worked there for 40 years, i care that you treat me equal as a human being and equal under the law. I am a legal citizen and i have freedom of speach and if you try to take that away from anyone, thats illegal. They literally charged me an extra day for this whole situation. Immature and terribly ran.
