I am very upset with my service today. I went to get my eyebrows done here for the first time and it was terrible. They wax your eyebrows which is fine but they use a foil cake pan to heat up the wax. The wax isnt even hot so it clumps up on your face and the lady starts trying to rub it off and is hurting me in the process. She didnt even do them how I wanted, it was far from what I asked.I still paid them but I definitely wont be coming here again.

They are under new management, went there and the place was empty which was never the issue with the other owner but after pay $35 for a reg pedi. I’m never going back. Mine you they own the place by Bellalago which is always empty too… I wonder why

I wanted ombré & ik it’s more charge on sizes & everything but at the end of the day. if i wanted something you shouldn’t go to my guardian & ask if i am a full on grown adult. i do like like my nails it’s shorter than how i wanted & i wanted something else than a basic $40 nails.

The guy (Tree) is very rude and argumentative. They only offer walk in and have people waiting with limited staff to service. Left with my nails looking bulky and nothing like the picture I ask. Cracks began after 1 week.

Wow. Armani nails is amazing. My wife and I found them when we were shopping at Publix and this place is definitely the best nail salon in Kissimmee. The girls who did our feet cleaned our toes very well. My wife has been getting her nails for a long time and this is definitely our Kissimmee goto spot. I called to check hours. I arrived in plenty of time. One of the staff set me up to soak off my dip powder nails so she could do a fresh set. She told me she would be with another customer for a few minutes... 45 minutes later she begins on me. I had no way of knowing she just started on the other customer... but she should have. When I finally get my turn, she removes the rest of the previous dip powder. She then points toward the wall (of dip powder jars) and says pick a color. It is hard to gauge the final result of a color seeing the raw powder. Plus there were not many jars to choose from, only about 30. All the salons I have been to have had 2-3 full racks of powder AND sample of the final product on nails, where this salon had about 1/2 rack. And there was NO base used, only the color. Very disappointed.

First and foremost, the service was lovely. My technician was a very sweet, kind young woman that tried to help me feel better after a terrible day at work. My only complaint with the technicians was the amount of phone use everyone had in front of guests.My real issue is the man who runs that place.He is nasty, mean, and treats those workers and customers VERY poorly. I wanted to get matte nails today. Something was off with the matte topcoat - I honestly think that this manager refuses to buy more product even if they start to go bad. (The technician herself even told me they want people to pay cash because they don’t want to get charged for having people use their debit card. Ha! No way.)Anyway, my nails were still glossy. He paints his own nail and shows me the work himself. Still not matte. There was a chemical imbalance and that bottle no longer works. I told him I have a best friend who is a professional technician and I know something is wrong. He told me to just to go her then if I know so much and that I was being stupid - in FRONT of the woman assisting me, his other employees, and customers waiting to be served. Extremely unprofessional! I told him I don’t pay to get insulted, and neither do his employees. I’ll stick up for all of you hard-working women!Furthermore, the place isn’t very clean. I somewhat worry if people there are truly licensed in cosmetology. There are several state codes being broken in that shop - and it’s all on the manager that runs the store.I wish I didn’t have to pay him. I’d gladly pay the full fee to my technician instead. She, and only she deserved my money today.You don’t have to stay there ladies. You’re so sweet and talented, any other salon would be lucky to have you!

Far as eyebrow and lashes this place is awesome!! Not so much for the nails department.

Ana did an EXCELLENT job! I loved my nails however the owner was awful and very disrespectful to Ana and to me. He approached her while she was doing my nails and said: “you don’t know how to do nails” I said excuse me but “I loved them”. He didn’t apologize to her or to me. A good boss educate the employees not criticize them in front of a customer. Sorry but not sorry I will never come back or recommend this place to anyone.

Been looking for a good nail salon for pedicures in the area. Im a creature of habit, once I go to a place I rather just continue to visit the same location. Yet the other locations around werent cutting it. Tried this place and you cant get a better pedicure for that price. 23 dollars for a full pedicure with excellent service and dedicated time. Did feel rushed at all and the nails came out clean and nice. Definitely will be back.

I just get my gel polish done by Lily every two weeks. Normally its prompt service and at this point Ive been going there for so many years it feels like family.

I had nude gel nails. Satisfied!

When I first went in I was seated right away after asking if I could be helped. Two minutes later a young lady comes over she didn’t look very happy so I told her that I was seated there. She didn’t really respond just gave a half smile. Not sure if she was having a bad day but wasn’t very customer service friendly. The only time she spoke to me was to give me directions put in, take out, pick color. So I’m not sure if she spoke too much English maybe that’s what it was anyway. If someone from the salon reads this I just want them to know, to smile at your customers give them warm friendly greetings, and make conversation. As far as my nails she did an OK job. She didn’t ask me what shape I want it or if I wanted any designs. She didn’t even ask me if I liked them at the end. It was a last-minute decision I’m not sure if I would go there again unless I’m in desperate need.

Lacks cleanliness. Staff is very rude and have attitude. The owners are good intentioned but they would bring in a higher clientele if they upgraded their staff, music, cleanliness, and attitude.In 2 years I’ve come 3 times. Definitely do not see improvement. Sad.

I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD. Took my mom to this nail shop as another mother’s day gift and we really wished we didn’t. She asked for a simple French nail manicure on her long nails and they cut them so short even shorter than the shortest nail to “even them out”. So now her nails that are typically longer than acrylic tips are shorter than most peoples natural nails. They then proceed to do the French on her fingers with such a thick French tip and it covers half of her nail and looks absolutely disgusting. A 3 year old could of done better. They also pushed gel nails when she simply wanted polish so her typical $15 French nails are now $25 and they didn’t even clean her nails, push her cuticles back, or do anything else that comes in a French manicure. She even asked the lady to fix them multiple times and add a pink overlay and her nails came out yellow. So disappointing I use to go to this shop all the time from 2009-2016 and I haven’t been back in a while. Now I freaking know why. Terrible service, nail techs who don’t listen, staff who sit on their phones or argue with customers and a really dirty salon. Never going again.

Customer service is good but definitely would not recommend that place to anyone. Didnt do what I had asked them, instead did what they wanted on my hands and feet. Paid extra then intended as they did not fully explain their promotion. Never again

Everytime you go there the owner always pushes himself in and is so rude. I have never went there and actually got what I needed done as long as the owner is there. He even goes to the length of giving any excuse possible to kick you out. This last time I went I had the pleasure of being told that he didn’t have any workers available for me so I can just come back tomorrow even though they didn’t have much people there and they had a while before closing.

I still asking myself why I didnt read this place review before I step into this place...This place is so revolting, so nasty, the nails tech have so much attitude, theyre so rude, well words cant express how disgusting and bad is this place is. I went for a pedicure and the girl who did them was in a middle of argument on the phone with her partner, (Im not even going to mention all the foul words that she said in Spanish) She was paying more attention to the phone instead what she was doing to me. I regret so much walking in here, NEVER AGAIN, they should close forever!!

Ive been here a few time to get my nails done. Most tech do a good job when doing the nails, but some of their attitude stinks! They dont have a friendly or welcoming personality, and the place is looking run down. This place needs a full make over and some new staff.

If you hate boring nails suggest you come here and get them done with biannie, there hasn’t been one time where I was disappointed. I always leave satisfied and she makes sure every single nail is on point and perfect great quality and very affordable prices .

I love this place. My nail tech will even come in on her day off if its my day off. The owners are wonderful and I love the work and customer service they provide.

For the second time in a row I got my nails done here no more than 10 hours later each time my nails popped off. The first time they fixed it with no problem, the second time they wanted to charge me. Said it was my fault. The nail tech was willing to help me out, she even asked the owner why I had to pay since I just got them done but the he insisted I pay. I walked out and went across the street to V Nails and Spa to get my nails fixed. I refuse to spend another penny there. Bad business.

I wouldn’t give this place any stars if I could. This was THE WORST experience at a nail salon I have ever had. Everyone had an attitude. I asked for a GEL mani pedi. She buffs my nails and puts on the gel polish. Then puts regular polish on my toes. I got tired of correcting her 50 million times. I am by far one of the most patient and nice person but when someone gives me attitude for no reason I get pissed. This was suppose to be a nice relaxing treat for my birthday but it was ruined. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.... lastly it is very dirty looking.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Let me start off by saying I called in prior to walking in to find out prices, owner picked up or “boss” whoever he was & was very rude, didn’t give me prices and said he would have to see what I wanted, I explained that I only want a simple color and short nails and he proceeded to say that he doesn’t have time to explain prices over the phone that I can just come in & ask. I should’ve known, I then went in & the tech I did them with was nice even though she wasn’t welcoming at all & her face was miserable. Picked a color for my nails and she then told me “you shouldn’t pick this color it’s too light” as if I asked for her opinion. I picked the color I wanted & I asked for matte, her matte top coat was horrible, very slimy and bad quality. When the job was done I sat down to dry my nails for more than 15 minutes because they just wouldn’t dry, not only was I there for 45+ minutes doing my nails & 15+ to dry, while drying my nails the owner got into a argument w a client that had been in the shop for more than 5 hours, arguing and cursing each other out. I left & my nails never dried, a nail came out in 2 days & I had to take off the nail polish. Needless to say, if there was 0 stars I would give that option.

Made an appointment 3 days Prior to the day of getting my nails done and when I went in for my appointment they had nobody To do my nails and they told me it was gonna be a wait. NEVERRRR EVERRR go to Armanis nail salon located in Poinciana fl. the manager/owner that goes by the name Tree is EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY GREEDY AND SELFISH. He is all about the money and not about the clientele, they do a crappy job and they are very dirty. They do your nails like they want to do them not like the clients want them done. Ive been doing my nails for many, many years and NEVER have I ever experienced/received such rudeness from a nail salon let alone the owner of it. They should get shut down ASAP!!!!! DONT GIVE THEM BUSINESS PEOPLE!!!!

Very small, but the owners are extremely nice and the wife loved it there.

Why are these people still in business???! I used to go all the time but now the place is filled with nasty, tacky, loud people...such a shame. Was right by my house but now I drive further away just to get my nails done. Oh well was good while it lasted.

The service was terrible the people were so rude and were so antisocial the tech who did my nails had an additude and was watching telenovelas while doing my nails not paying attention to anything she was doing and all my nails chipped of within one week and all my nails had lumps and all the nails were uneven in width and length and the owner was so rude and unprofessional and one of the techs there was ratchet I was there with my cousin and they also did a terrible job on her nails we would never go back there again I wouldn’t even put one star if I had the option
