I have been getting my hair cut at Top Cuts for 8 years now. I used to live closer to the shop, but now live about 30 minutes away, and still make the drive to get my haircut at this particular location. The owner is extremely friendly and provides great service. Hes opened his doors for me while preparing for a hurricane, he has allowed me to sample beard oil, and he was the first place I visited when quarantine restrictions were lifted. He cut my hair prior to my first date with my now wife and I went back 5 years later to get a haircut and beard trim for my wedding. If you want to ensure an appointment time you can set that up through Booksy to make it even easier.

This guy did a great job with my hair cut and beard trim. Took his time everything was perfect . Shaving was on point and verry steady hand . Great experience, this guys a pro.

One barber there at 5:30 on a Tuesday. Already half way through cutting a customers hair. Told me they were closed already, despite being open until 6:00.

She def knows her stuff, I trusted her to do her thing and Im very happy with the way it came out. She was very friendly and personable. I will definitely be back there! Appointment was on time and very very reasonably priced to top it off.

We came here after seeing the great reviews and imagined we would get the same service- we came in and there was one man working. He seemed very rushed and after looking at a picture of what I wanted with the request of maybe 2 or 3 inches trimmed, he went right to it- and chopped off about 5 inches of my dry hair. I’ve never seen someone so aggressively treat my hair that ten minutes later I was done and I went and cried. :)

I give this place three stars for good customer service. Haircut was OK. However, the only thing that I disliked was the price. Youll end up paying way too much for a simple haircut. Back at home (Windy City) you can expect a full detailed haircut (shaving cream and blade) for a less price. I recommend you guys put a little more effort into your craft.

Ive been coming here for years, since this place first opened and I have yet to find a better barber! Ive tried countless other barbers, but none seem to take their time like they do here. They staff listen to what you want, with reasonable prices and friendly service you couldnt look for much else. Ive even moved about 40 minutes away and still make time to come back here for a cut. They have definitely earned my loyalty.

Honestly the best haircut I have ever received in my life. This barber is as talented as he is passionate about his craft. I dont care if you are a current local, or if you are a tourist this is place to visit to get you hair back in order.I will absolutely visit back when I am in town again.

Awesome place, really nice, well informed, they have every phone charger cord since 2000 lol. My friends girlfriend wanted a particularly part in his hair cut but the baber informed us on why that part shouldnt be cut and that was neat. I got my beard trimmed and was highly satisfied

Good job on my highlights.But: the price was a shock. Seriously, if you publish full head highlights at your homepage from $70, you better make sure to mention the actual price to your customer before starting! Is this the price for customers with a buzz cut?! Make it very clear that with thicker shoulder long hair you face a bill of $160 for highlights alone! Plus cutting tips for $25 plus blow drying for $45. Even with 20% discount, this was a shock. I expected something around $100 and thought I misunderstood you. Yes, it still looks good. But: Holy crap.

Ive been coming to top cuts since they open and Ive never left unhappy. The Atmosphere at the shop is always great and you can always expect to have an awesome and clean cut. Not only their services are great, but they also provide quality products for all your beard/hair needs .Their prices are very reasonable when you are considering the fact that youre getting a clean cut from experienced/skilled barbers.

I dont usually like to write bad reviews, but in this case I am. Would not recommend this place. I needed an acrylic fill and gel polish. The first technician was a bit on the slow side but I wont knock her for that. When came time to do the gel polish she didnt seem very good at this - no hand washing, no base coat. The polish being used did not go on well. Could have been badpolish. Thats when the second technician took over she removed the previous polish (not very well) and when she put on first coat there were bubbles and fibers on the polish. She tried a different polish which worked better, but the application did not look very professional. At this point, I had been in there for hour and a half and wanted to get out. I paid my $38 (incredible for the job they did) and left. Was very upset. I went to another place down the road (Nice Nails) explained my dilemma. They were surprised how my nails looked. They removed the gel polish, buffed and applied new gel polish. What a difference - beautiful! Nice Nails will be getting my business next time around!

Owner is very nice and well skilled! I was in the area for vacation with the family and realized I needed a trim as my hair was a mess in my photos at Disney :)He did a wonderful job getting my hair cleaned up and looking proper again!

I just got my hair cut & dyed at this location. Although the lady was respectful I just paid $121.00 & the hair cut isnt even close to what I wanted. I will not be returning to this location. ImI very annoyed. All I wanted was the haircut I picked & its not even close to what I wanted.

Ive been going to Ibtissam for 10 years.She does hair, nails, eyebrows..she is great in every area! BUT most importantly, she is an amazing person....I have also been bringing my 9 year old son to the barber side of the salon. He had is first hair cut there and still goes there.. I cant remember all of the employees names, but they are all friendly and great at what they do. I highly recommend this place.

If time is money and you value it then T C has delivered for me. There is always a reason to walk into a business but if they are not prepared to give you a value added experience youll end up somewhere else. In my case the fact that they opened on time, were pleasant not only on the phone but in person was enough to draw me in. Khalid was most professional and made the necessary adjustments my difficult hair represents. This is not an ostentatious salon but a great value and since I live and work in Central Florida I prefer to do business with local owners. The location is close to LBV and Disney area.

Today I went to get a hair cut in Top cuts after that I need to go to another barber shop to get fix my hair cut, Topcut never moisturizes my skin before shave and never used antiseptic alcohol after. They never clean machines before used on me, I feel afraid to have get some skin illnes.I have to blow out the remain hair on my clothes because they dont. I will not recomend visit this place to anybody. Really bad service.

When I first came in i asked (the arab guy) how much for the haircut he said $20, during the haircut time he knew I’m from Saudi Arabia because he asked and i told him. Then, it looked like he wasn’t happy then he thought he could charge me extra. then when we were done he said it is going to be $25 I said why he said because we used the shaving machine, which is absolutely ridiculous because he didn’t charge the guy before me the same way as me!

For my first time there I am very disappointed. Went in around 930am and was the first person to get a haircut. Had to wait 10 to 15min for the Barber. As I waited I got my eyebrows threaded and they lady was not even them out. The Barber came out and I got in the chair and I specifically told him how I wanted my hair. He started off good then start messing with his phone then went to talk to a guy who just walked in. He start rushing to do my hair. It is very unprofessional for a Barber to have his or her client go and clean themselves off. Then I paid for both hair and eyebrows. As I was getting in the car the Barber ran out and say you didnt pay for the beard. I was like isnt that included with my haircut and he said no. Never will I come back here or refer anyone to them.😡😡😡😡😡😡

Styles and crown pinned into my hair, Sam the stylist was amazing she listened to me and included me in every step of the process needless to say it came out amazing. I’m here in beautiful Florida on vacation and was in need of a haircut. I have a barber back home in Connecticut that I always go to and was looking for a place that would give me the same quality cut I’m used to and great service. There are several places in the area that I could have went to but saw the reviews for Topcuts and figured I’d give them a shot. I walked in without an appointment and was taken in within 10 minutes. The gentleman who cut my hair had me in and out within 20 minutes and produced a great cut for me. He asked me how I wanted it cut and produced. Didn’t ask halfway thru if I liked the way it was looking, he was determined and knew exactly what he was doing. I’m extremely happy with my cut and will definitely visit again if I’m in the area. Most definitely recommend this place for your next cut. I wish I knew the guys name that gave me the cut so I could praise him in this review. Keep up the great work and service TopCuts!

I was a regular here for nearly a year because of the service but then my go-to barber started getting too busy to schedule me during my only time off of work. I switched over to the new black barber for a few weeks and he ended up being the most disrespectful and impatient barber Ive had in my life. He sucks at cutting hair too, totally inconsistent. These guys definitely lost me as a customer.

I dont know how they have this rating maybe the others are a little better but the guy i ended up with had no idea what he was doing, worst haircut ever, forget the rest he couldnt cut the front of my hair in a propper curve even after i told him it was not right . A child with playing scissors could do a better job . Not recommending to any1 not going there again. And all places in the area cost the same . Its not cheap, its regularly priced
