Kim is so nice. I’m very basic and today I decided to go out of my comfort zone. She made it very easy and they were beautiful.

They did a great job on my nails and my daughters nails. It was a lot of work. They were very friendly too.

Excellent service from Beatrice for my mani-pedi. She took her time and did a lot of work on my feet to get them looking good. This was the first time Ive had a dip manicure and it was pretty labor intensive. Both my toenails and my fingernails are very neat. Rocio cut and styled my hair, and she also took her time and gave me a style that worked for my thinning hair. Very nice and professional staff!

Found this great little spot while in the area on vacation. They fit me in for a pedicure and full set towards the end of the day - they also didn’t rush me out after closing time. The green tea pedicure was relaxing, and she did an excellent job filling in my acrylics with powder. I am admittedly a little picky about my nails, but they look fantastic. Couldn’t be happier!

My manicure and pedicure was perfect . My only problem was my eyebrows. Literally grew my eyebrows out for. 3 months all I had was a tiny gap missing in my eyebrow . I specifically asked for them not to be thin . And I’m literally devastated. Birthdays tomorrow and now I have to rely on a pen to fill them in . 😒 UPDATE NEVER AGAIN MY NAILS TURNED YELLOW A DAY AFTER GETTING THEM DONE . So confused

Went here with my husband, dad and daughter for mani pedis. The women who work here are fabulous! The man who works here however, seriously lacks customer service skills. He started my pedicure and midway through, one of the ladies that worked there told him I wanted a deluxe pedi and he said well I already did a regular one so were just going to leave it at that since she wants gel polish. After that, I was going to get an ombre French manicure. The same guy proceeded to tell me that it would take much longer to do that than if I just did one color, so maybe I should just pick one color instead. At this point, I was extremely annoyed. He seemed like he didnt want my business and he didnt want to do his job. So I told him to just forget it and I wouldnt be getting a manicure at all. If you go here, do not book with him. Ask for one of the ladies in the salon instead.

We did not have time to get pampered at home before vacation so why not do it on vacation! My mom and I treated ourselves with a mani pedi with dip powder. Kim and Thi were absolutely amazing!! We highly recommend visiting Allure 💕

Unfortunately I find this place to be very inconsistent. My first visit, I was ignored by Kimle for quite some time while my feet soaked so she could chat with a co worker who stopped by to visit. BUT my nails ended up coming out great!!This visit, my nails were done by someone else & look just awful. They’re terribly short, weird shape, cuticles are a mess. My pedicure was mediocre. Paid for the deluxe; there was no massage & the warm towels were left on for about 15 seconds. Just felt like a half done job. Told them not to even finish the top coat on my finger nails because now I’m headed to another salon to have them removed & redone properly. Super disappointed & will not be coming back.

This place is absolutely beautiful, clean, tools are sanitized appropriately, and staff is attentive to our needs. This is a 1 stop shop; hair, nails, massage, and they even have micro blading. Rosanna was my manicurist and she did my feet as well. She took her time pain free lol. She was so good I let her pic the color n I dont do that! This is a great place. Visiting the area on vacation and wanted a last minute spa day. They seemed to call in a massage therapist just for me and my husband. She did an amazing job and it’s definitely the best massage I’ve had in a while! Had a SNS mani and a basic pedicure. Would absolutely go back!

Made an appointment the day before for a 3 people to get manicures. Arrived at the appointment time and was told they didn’t have an appointment for three and would not take us.

Where do I start? Allure Nails Hair and Massage is amazing! Kim is so kind, sweet and caring. She did an amazing job on my nails and toes. She cared about the perfection of the job and ensuring I liked the final product and was in no hurry to rush me out. We even chatted for a while! The business is very clean and keeps up with the COVID-19 regulations very well. I have no complaints about this business! If you go, ask for Kim or Thi and you will not be disappointed. Oh, they only accepts cash, but there is an ATM inside if you need it. Highly recommend!

Just moved here i found Allure salon the first time my husband and me strolled right in right at open ing on Friday morning no appointment but got seen right away .went for deluxe pedicure s and the ladies(Yolanda and Iyanna) were so friendly delight ful ! My feet are still happy The polish lasts so long. My pedicure or manicure polish never last that long. The environment is relaxing and they offer wine too . they have 14 pedicure chair including 2 kids pedicure chair they have 10 workers on staff and a lot of tourists streaming in. The had hair and facial and massage rooms in the back which meant too me they service hair and massage too. It was wonderful moment for us. Very impressive

Got me right in. Tatiana did my nails. They looked good at first but they are rough and the top coat started coming off by morning. They took a long time to do them too.

Came in for a pedicure, waited 45 minutes with my feet in the water for them to start, was only one lady working and she rushed through my pedicure. My nail polish did come out nice however I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

This was the worst pedicure I ever had. The man acted like he didnt know what he was doing and when I asked him to stop he didnt even dry my feet off. So frustrating now I havr to go somewhere else that will actually do my feet right

Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. This place is over priced and the services rendered were mediocre. Worst pedicure I have ever received. The tech didn’t even seem to know what she was doing half the time. The inside of the place is out dated. I did not feel relaxed at all. Not too mention they try to not take your card and instead try and make you use the atm inside their store and have you pay in cash. So On top of their prices, they want you to pay almost $5 in atm fees to pay for it.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! if I could put zero stars...I would. First of all, you cant work on 2 clients at the same time. I felt like my nails were no ones priority. Im paying for someone to pay attention to my nails and do a good job and thats not what I got. also....if you cant do something that I asked for...then please say that to me in advance so I could get what I want and not some garbage. And also... I asked to fix ONE nail and they managed to botch it. I could go on and on but I think you get the point.

After only 2 days I can see cracks and chips in the nails. I received the nail dip powder color. Very disappointed ☹

I Love Love the Allure spa! This is my second time having the dipping powder. I love it because this product and suggest it because it MADE my nails grow long and HEALTHY. Elybeth was professional and left my eyebrow exactly how I wanted it so i decided to come back and do a facial with her! I had the most wonderful facial. Elybeth is amazing!! I am so happy to have found this shop, owner Kim is so precise on her work. She did my lashes which I love. They look so natural. She also did my facial, my skin is so glowin after the facial. I recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for details. Remember detail take time so, dont be in a hurry.

I can only speak to the massage portion of the services and I would not go back as compared to the massages I have received elsewhere. It is a nail salon and they should not really offer massage if they are not going to do a great job. The only positive of the experience was they did offer warm towels and wiped the excess oil off when the where done. I had a stiff back and tight legs and felt little different when I walked out. Very disappointed for $80/hour charge.

I walked in the owner had me sit down I was there for nails, color and cut. It came over and started my nails adorable friendly and conscience to do my nails. Lorie came over to talk with me about what color I wanted and how I wanted my hair cut. We decided on what she would do and then applied my color. While I pressed my nails continued to be done and the a couple came in for pedicures which Lorie did while I processed. Finally she came to wash off my color and the gentleman asked her about a message which I heard her say the rooms are full but I will see if you can have a 30 minute they might be almost done. She finished washing my hair and put me in a chair with a towel on my head and walked away. She spoke in her language to the woman next to where I sat and when she finished the lady she was doing she told me to move to her seat. I said no thank you I am going. Lori came to the desk to write her ticket and said what happen I said to her I guess its more important you do a massage. She said Im sorry. I gave a 15.00 tip on my card. I called to make sure Ti got her tip. She hadnt I want her to receive the 10.00 and her 5.00 for her service. It is sad that I did not get what I had hope to get but I would go back to Ti she was wonderful. Someone who dumps you without an explanation does not deserve our business. I read the reviews and expected unfriendliness and some rudeness but disrespect is not acceptable. Also my color was overpriced.

Relaxing . Everyone is smiling and super nice. I have seen Yolanda and Loli for the last couple months. They both did great job on my hair and nails. Yolanda is great massage therapist too. Come and see all of them. Come back after 6 months I was really surprised to see new stuff they add more chairs and more massage rooms . Me and my husband both enjoy couple massage by Yolanda And Solange. The hot stones they put on our bodies I feel extremely comfortable and exotic. After the massage we both have facial by different therapists. I highly recommend the facelift or whatever they call It i really enjoy highly recommended this place

Went for a manicure and ended up having a hair color retouch. Place was very clean. Spent about 2 1/2 hours there which I thought was a bit long. The man who did my nails was very particular and took his time making sure I was satisfied. Would return again as I come to Kissimmee a couple times a year.

I highly recommend John for a massage. He is kind, considerate of your needs and does not rush through (he is not a clock watcher). He wants to make sure you are satisified. I suffer with headaches and he was very knowledgeable about my condition. He offered suggestions and diligently worked on my troubled areas. Hes the best!

We happened to stop by Allure Nails Hair and massage with our soccer team . We were treated very well . The shop is very clean and the staff serving us is very professional. Our team have 16 kids and they all fit in for pedicures and manicures and me and our coach had massage and I have facial . Carolina is a wonderful massage therapist and loli is terrific facial specialist . She talked me into doing SNS dipping powdered nails. The nails come our very elegant . I used to have acrylic done for the last 10 years I thought acrylic nails were the best nails but I werr totally wrong . The SNS dipping powder has a lot of benefits. It is not only much more natural looking much more lighter (acrylic is heavy and tighten my fingers when I compared with SNS right now) . One more thing I want to add is SNS has so many different types of color to choose from . Including pink and white dipping powder ( I must try it next time) she told me they have more than 500 color including OPI brand that I having right now. One more thing to say SNS dipping last more than a month and she said her customers even come back after one and a half month but the SNS nails still staying on not falling off. Unlike the acrylic nails full set I have to come back for refill every 2 weeksb if not on time I got fungus if water trapped underneath the artificial nail. So much loving this salon a little bit long review but it is worth it to say something knowledgeable to people who have never had SNS dipping powder. I highly recommend to everyone to do SNS .

Im going to review my nail experience and their music that made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable.Music:When I entered they were playing pop/alt/top 40. Basically fun up beat music typical for a nail salon. The male owner passed by a few times. And when he finally stayed in his office he changed the song that was mid way to trap music. Once that song ended and another pop song came up he kept skipping songs until another trap song came on and it went for almost my entire visit. I was there for about 3hours. And they were all explicit with heavy cursing and N-word repeatedly. Even when children walked in they didnt change the music. Probably because the family was also black. I was wearing all nerdy gear so trap wouldnt be what I would think someone would think id listen to when Im decked out in 90s anime shirts and face mask. None of the workers were phased by It. Which made me more unsettled. It wasnt until my last 30min when the music went back to normal.Nails:Its been 5 days since I got my nails done here. And one of my nails just broke doing light chores.Im 100% sure that the woman who did my nails is new to doing nails in general. I dont blame her fully I think they either shouldnt have hired her or made sure she did basic easier jobs to ensure she would improve. The quality was really, bad. My nail tech took her time and made sure to do the steps. But the outcome was still not worth what I paid. We had a language barrier which wasnt too bad. But I know we missed a lot of communication. Again that isnt the nail techs fault. Everyone else that could translate was just busy with their own clients.At first I wanted a cool semi-basic design, I showed her photos but she said couldnt do it. I showed her another much simpler design with only 2 lines. She looked reluctant but agreed. She had the tools to make straight lines but used her fingers instead so they are wobbly and different thickness/ is crooked on each finger. I asked for rounded nails but they are still pretty square and uneven. They look like burja nails, looking very curved and bubble like.I wished I looked at the reviews before I came in. I wouldnt have chose this place. All the reviews look so staged.
