My first time in the shop on a busy Friday night and short staffed... John brought life back to my nails!! Ive been getting my nails done for 20 years and just moving to Kissimmee finding a new nail tech was NOT easy! But John was kind, and made me feel like Id been a customer for years! A bit misleading since not a single Latin person is working in here, and they do a decent job, the first day your nails look amazing but a week in and they start to crack and look like you’ve had them for a whole month.. I gave them two chances and both times my nails don’t last more than a week! My real nails have cracked twice !

Place is dirty. Appointments are not honored. Had appointment and they took in someone else, I approached the manager and with a nasty attitude said, “we’re understaffed.” Well, then don’t take in new appointments or explainThe situation beforehand I’m order to avoid waste the clients time😠

I have been going to this salon since they first opened and I absolutely love them. Before I knew about them I used to go to any nail salon any of my associates will tell me about and one day I drove by and it said coming soon so I waited till they opened and omg the best decision that I have ever made. They are ALL LOVABLE PEOPLE and they ALL KNOW MY FAMILY as I brought my nieces, daughters, sister and friends. I cannot complaint about this place at all. They know exactly what they are doing as matter fact Im due for a refill so guys I see you in a few hours.

Went there because if the “latin” there’s no such thing as latin. The people very attentive the work no so and pricey too. Compared to other Vietnamese nails saloons they are expensive!

My mother and I have been here a few times and the sevice would be good until recently. This place is not clean anymore. My mom, mom’s friend, and I all got fungus from our latest pedicure. We will never come back again.

If you come to this place, you will fall in love with their designs, they can do whatever a Spanish lady can do, and wont charge you over $60 for a full set. I read the review from Victoria and Mary is actually amazing, who did my pedicure and had done a superb job! I know now, I dont have to travel to the other side of town to get my nails done anymore. Before, I came here, I was going to give up on finding a NEW NAIL TECH. The guys are the best if you are getting your nails done with acrylic and designs and style! Alvin is 1 of the best, HANDS DOWN, And so is Andy!! And they really know how to do their job! Cant complain with nothing else!!

I have been coming here since I was 12 years old. I am currently 20 and always come back. The service is amazing they are like a family. Gigi does my nails and they are always perfect. I never have done a review like this but seeing all the bad comments upset me because the people here are amazing and they work very hard. Even for the language barrier, I always have a great time there. They are super friendly and super lovely to me and my family.

Latin male manicure last one month, Asuan manicure last 2 weeks. Latin people do detailed manicure cutting offskin and cuticle from my hands, they pushed up it so I did my manicure in a real latin place.

Too busy talking about hair dyes and music. They didnt even aknowledge me. I waited about 5 minutes at the reception area, nobody even said good morning. Music was too loud. Another lady was waiting and she was getting ready to walk out too. Not a welcoming environment at all.

I normally dont take time out of my day to write reviews, and I honestly gave this place more than 4 tries... and they are terrible! Bad customer service, rude, inpatient, and the lady I had recently do a gel polish manicure looks like a 7 year old did it! she painted all over my cuticles and did 2 extra clear gel coats and looks terrible and all bubbly and extremely trick, she was very impatient when I was looking for a color to pick and making suggestions over and over and not letting me pick on my own! Save your 20-30 bucks and go somewhere else! this place is not worth the penny.

Meanwhile he is abusing the my fingers he goes to my mom who is helping the guy paint my best friends nails, and he tells her gel or polish.... she said polish he comes back knowing I clearly heard my mom say polish and he says “ You want gel”,”YOUR MOM WANT GEL”, I said uhhhhhh no she didn’t he then comes back with a gel polish and puts in onto my nails without consent charging me an extra fifteen dollars out of my pocket.... THIS WAS HOEIBBLE THE GUY ONLT DID ONE COAT OF WHITE AND HE PUT MY NAIL ON SO THAT IT IS LIFTING.......DO NOT RECOMEND......👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Horrible service went one day for a fill in, the guy that did my nails filled them so thin they started cracking. Made another appointment with the lady with the curly hair that speaks Spanish. Arrived 10 minuets before my appointment and she was working on another customer. So I waited after 40 minutes I reminded her I had an appointment at 10 am then she told me I needed to reschedule because her next appointment was coming. Horrible place to go they don’t even greet you when you enter the place. If I could I would rate this place 0 stars ⭐️

Today was my first time here. Honestly Ive never gone to a salon with such bad customer service. You walk in, sit down, and literally stay sitting down for who knows how long before you get called. I came in at 1:15 and didnt leave until 5. There was over 10 people waiting for acrylic because apparently only 4 people knew how to do acrylic. Two girls walked out. The guy literally fell asleep doing my nails and cut off a piece of his nail because he fell asleep. This place is crazy. They may have been great years ago according to reviews, but maybe now that they been open for so long they dont care. I wouldnt go back.

Horrible experience anytime I go. Staff is extremely rude, the only two Hispanic employees do not want to do anyones nails besides Hispanic people, the acrylic is bumpy and uneven, I went to remove acrylic nails that they did a month before and they ripped 4 of my nails out and it was bleeding and extremely painful and they had the nerve to tell me that I was supposed to tell their employee to soak my nail which I did but she told me it would take too long and she wanted to go home! Ridiculous! The most recent time I went, I asked how long the wait was, one of the guys asked the Hispanic female if she was going to do my nails and she ignored him and he told me he doesnt know how long the wait is. Extremely disgusting people to deal with. They think its fine to be disrespectful to people because they have their steady clientele and thats enough for them. Would not recommend going there.

The pedicure guy cut my toe and than blamed me for it.I told owner about my toe and showed him it was bleeding and his answer was to pour alcohol on it and make it worse.He never offered a refund or a free service on a future visit.The place was way over full and probably against fire code regulation.The place was dirty and chaotic and it was not a pleasant or relaxing experience at all!

That place is dirty, rachet, crowded, and unpleasant. The employees screaming across from each other while customers wanting relaxation. Therenisnbarely any room to stretch your arms out because customers are sitting literally next to each other. No massage on feet which other salons regularly gives a feet rub. Never again!

The only thing I recommend is to get your eyebrows done with the lady called Mary. Perfectly shaped. Shes amazing. Getting your mani and pedi its not worth the money.

I went and got my eyelashes done here and at first i thought everything was going well but three days after getting my lashes done, I was cooking just like anyone would do and the lashes got crispy from the warmth of the oven! I called and had to call back almost 5 times to actually get a hold of her (I believe her name was Mindy) she then told me that it was my fault and she couldnt do anything for me unless i went back and pay to have them redone. There was no concern what so ever and all she really wanted was my money. Worst experience ever and i will not be going back. It didnt even end there. the lashes were hell to have removed. My eyelids were in pain for days and I wasnt able to have all lashes removed until about a week after. I dont know what lashes she used nor the glue she used but both were clearly cheap and not safe. I would NOT recommend getting any type of service done here as they just do not care

I will never go back there. I talked to Hanna and I asked her if she can attend to me and she said yes. I waited for her for 40 minutes to attend me but she ignored me and attended another client. I talked to another person if she could attend to me and she told me no, that I already talked to Hanna.

I came in for a gel polish, the guy with the blond hair on top was rude because I did not want to get acrylic, as I sat down he burped on my face, then he ask if I want to do a mani, he only cut the cuticle, and thats all no massage or polish, as he proceed he was rude pulling my fingers and looking bored and upset so I asked him if he was having a bad day and he shook his head,, no, when its time to pay he charged navigationme $25, I was puzzled for a moment, I gave him my card and he ask Ed how much for a tip, lol I cant believe this. Its been 4 days and my gel polish is chipping. Dont go there!!

I am a regular here because of the great service. They do an awesome job with waxing/threading my eyebrows, mani/pedis and more. It is called Latin Nails I am guessing because of the location, but they are far from latin. I believe everyone in the salon is Vietnamese. Either which way, they are all very friendly and greet you with a warm welcome. Love the owners, and I always ask for Ana to do my eyebrows. Shes great! and you might just get a treat and have her singing in Vietnamese to you...

A couple of times I went there and they pass people before me that arrive after me. They are always joking around and not performing well. The guys nails are disgusting and with that they touch you. I had to walk out a couple of times and have not been able to refill my nails. Never going back again.

No foot massage wich is a norm for a pedi, my feet are still rough and no moisturizer for my feet or legs, the guy was done in 25 minutes When he took me over to the nail dryer he just sat me down and walked away .... This is the worst place to have a mani-pedi. First they did a little cut on one of my toes and then, unbelievable, the also did the same on one finger. The guy didn/t put any moisturizer after doing my mani, also did not gave the regular massage on my hands usually done on this places.I really hate this place, I will never go back, will not recommended ever to anyone.
