Loved my manicure and pedicure here! Rachel is the best! The spa is clean and spacious and great for relaxing. I loved the design Rachel did on my nails. Definitely recommend!

Dont know how they got best nail salon in town. Overpriced and my nails look like a joke. Went there 08/04/2021 and got almond shaped, gel full set and I am not pleased but you learn where not to go to. My gel pedicure and waxed eyebrows were done well though. The salon was also clean so thats plus.

My Husband and I went here after calling multiple places that wouldn’t take any more walk ins. I wasn’t upset about it, but when I called here, they were very welcoming! We arrived about 30 minutes later and they were ready to accommodate us immediately. The service was delightful and the quality of their work was definitely amazing! My husband and I left extremely pleased! 10/10 would recommend!

Nails look great but left glue all over, my fingers were stained dip powder and seemed to be in a hurry. If those things were fixed I would’ve left a better tip and I would for sure go again.

Visited (June 2019), I went to this nail salon during my vacation. My family went in like an hour before they closed and they still did our nails. I was the last one to get served so the nail tech stayed until 9 PM just to finish my nails in which I appreciate, but some of the pricing doesn’t make sense to me. I was told it was gonna be an extra $5 if I wanted myNails and toes to be a different color (I’ve been to lots of nail salons, never had this happen) and they told my if I wanted my nails longer than what I got it was gonna be an extra $15 (I understand $5 or $10BUT $15?!?!).

Loved it - was my go to nail place but now i do not recommend - their time management and communication leaves a lot to be desired. Walked in, was told 15 minutes. Came back in 15 minutes, waited for 10 minutes and was then told it was going to be another 20 minutes. While i did not have an appointment, the receptionist told me i could run to the store and come back instead of sitting and waiting in the salon - which apparently wasn’t actually the case - that should have been communicated by the receptionist. I live 45 minutes away and have a week old baby - It takes a lot of planning to leave the house and this was supposed to be a nice little treat for myself. Super disappointed - will not be returning here or recommending any longer. Have sent several of my family members here for services recently and honestly they aren’t cheap. It comes out to almost $100 for a gel manicure/pedicure.

I called for an appointment. I was given one for 9 a.m the following day 5/30 with Zaeda. Asked for earliest available due to event at 11. Arrived for appointment and was informed she was not in and that I’d need wait for someone to see me or come back another day. Mr Rude owner or manager failed to offer apology for my inconvenience nor any additional help. In fact he walked off as I was explaining I’ve been a regular patron for months.

Very clean, I went when it was quite busy so it took my nails a bit to get done. Worth the wait! I didnt get the name of my nail tech sadly but she was so nice and she really took her time and did a good job.

I have been going here for several years for my nail services. I have always been greeted professional and treated very well, as to getting any service scheduled or completed. The girls here Rachael, Lee, Sophia and Evelyn were always my favorite and deserve a 5 star for their service. However, it was made clear that management was undergoing expansion and changes most recently. The husband/owner has always been less personable than others, when offering any service. My first encounter he left me sitting for extended period, I almost didnt return but the quality was good. The last encounter, I walked in and ask for a specific nail tech that greeted me at the desk and approved my walk in appointment. I told her I would tell my husband to drop me off. A few minutes later, Rudely the husband intervened and called me back to the desk in front of other clients asking me if I had an appointment with her? I replied that she accepted my walk-in appointment so I was just dropped off. He told me SORRY CALL BACK LATER FOR AN APPT., SHE CANT SEE YOU I explained to him that she approved my appointment as I walked in and that now I was stranded for a period of time without a vehicle. He did not care and advised me that there was other clients that he chose to assign to her before me and that I could not be seen. I understand that he may have been trying to control or discipline the tech into following his directions, but leaving me standing and stranded after they told me to wait for my walk-in was MUCH MORE of a blow to customer service than the inconvenience to the waiting customer. He wasnt working with a customer at the time and could of began her service or made another arrangement, like have me wait for a few minutes etc. Instead he rudely told me to leave and come back later! My husband and I have frequented this establishment for services paying thousands of dollars a year and introducing new clients, I was very embarrassed, angry and disappointed with his choice and actions. So, I attempted to call the owner to rectify and was given a blatant excuse that she wasnt there, she was supposed to rectify this as I hope it was a misunderstanding, BUT she has not made any effort to do so either. This was plain and left me feeling that she approved her husbands actions without any remorse or consideration to my feelings or business that I have given to her. DISAPPOINTED THAT I WAS TREATED LIKE I DIDNT MATTER, ANGRY THAT HE WAS ALLOWED TO BE SO RUDE WITHOUT CONSEQUENCE. I walked out of the establishment on foot that day without transportation to the nearest location to find transportation. WALKED ON FOOT yes I feel like I have a right to be angry, if you left me without resolution as a long time client, I would like to let others know how you treat paying customers.

Asked for the first picture but in white and silver .....got the second picture....seriously ....not even close...the SNS is bulky, the snowflake looks like I drew it myself and I wish you all could feel my nails because they are not all smooth ...the worst part was that in the end ..the guy who did my nails didnt ask me if I wanted to leave a tip...but whether I would be leaving my tip in cash or on my card...I could not believe it....currently on my way to another nail salon to get them done properly (1 day later) ....if you cant do what the customer is asking ..just let the customer know you cant do it..and maybe show them a picture of something you can do instead

They did a great job on my nails. however the service was very odd. i found a nice color on the rack and the lady didn’t let me use it. it makes no sense cuz the color is right here in my hand. just use it. but she kept saying “just choose this color on the samples.” the color wasn’t even on there. otherwise i would have chosen that...THEN i found a purple color on the samples that they gave me but i couldn’t use that either. they kept saying “we can’t do regular then gel” which makes no sense. i just want regular polish. i told them i’ve never gotten gel. i don’t want gel. and i’ve never freaking heard of anyone doing a layer of regular then a layer of gel “like how i did”...NONE OF THEM MADE ANY SENSE. i had a guy doing my nails and i’m assuming the lady walking around not doing work is the owner. avoid talking to them at all costs and your experience will be fine.

Unfortunately, I had to change my review. I was a customer for a year. But I had the worst service recently and the owner Lynn did nothing about it. Her employee (I do not know her name) did a horrible pedicure, not personable at all, and even got angry when I didnt want to use the foot file. I was not asking for a discount or to not pay. But not even an apology was given. Its just sad to be a customer for so long and be treated horribly. Apart from that theyre not true to their appointment time either. There were plenty of times where I made an appt and I sat there waiting for 45 mins. They treat you right when youre new then it changes. I am definitely not coming back!!! No customer service.

My mom loved how gentle the technician was with her mani and pedi! She got gel in her manicure and regular pedi. Price is okay! I got my eyelashes and eyebrows done. I feel I paid a good amount of money for my services and was happy with the results. It has been a few days that I got my eyelashes and they still look beautiful and the lady who did my eyebrows was very gentle too!! I will come back in the future

I went to Tim 2 weeks ago and he was awesome!! He listened to exactly what I wanted as I changed my mind 5x. 😂 And did a perfect job!! The lady who did my nails ( Sophea) was very nice, but she didn’t cut my nails before putting the fake ones on, she didn’t file them to make sure there were no bumps, or make sure the acrylic went on my whole nail, she didn’t get nail polish on the sides of the nails and she didn’t clean up the under of my nail so I paid 50$ to come home and fix them myself.

Today was my first time and I’m in love!! I took my daughter with me and they did a great job. It’s New Year’s Day and they opened!! The service is amazing and the nails looked great! I love Angelina, she made my daughters first time getting a gel set feel comfortable. They are very clean and the atmosphere is full of positive vibes!! Love it!!

I had a SNS manicure afew days ago, after 2 days my SNS started breaking and chipping, the edges of my nails are exposed, the color is patchy. I contacted the salon and they could not have cared less. I would urge others to look elsewhere 🤬

Today 6/19/2020So this Sunday 14 2020, I make my nails in this salon with Angelina. I used to love her and I was really satisfied with their service. I always pay around $80-$90 when I do my nails. But this time, I dont now what got into her that this is how my nails look after five days. I talk to lee and with choothe manager, and ask them to fix my nails and they told me to come back to do a refill and pay $35 AGAIN. I have been coming to the place for a year. The Manager, Choo when I try to explain what happen he JUS HUNG UP THE PHONE IN MY FACE. Is the worst service I have get in my life, they dont know the menaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE and as you can see they dont know how to do nails neither. I recommend you girls to run from this place and never look back. They dont have the COVID -19 restrictions neither. When I ask for the license number, they jus hug up again. Im not lying, if you would like to see proof of what I talking just comment and Ill send you the dates apart of the payment and the pic of the nails after 5 days. They told me I was lying that I didnt pay $81.00 for my service that day, and hey my bank account dont lie!!!! They where really disrespectful even when I was talking to them so calming and I get to the salon without even raising my voice. As you can see in the other raitings IM NOT THE FIRST ONE. Oh and they where BOTH laughing like I was making a joke too! Ill take the next step to make sure they shut down as soon as possible. They make your nails using products so the nails look good for a few days (not even a week) so you have to come back and pay more. Isnt that some kind of fraude? 🤔 If you dont believe me, try it! And please contact me so I can have more witnesses. Is so sad that people like them get the beauty industry such a bad example! Im talking with proof, I would never do this if it wasnt so dissappointing.

I drive 45 minutes to go here just for Angelina. There are 4 other nail salons (tried them all) within 15 minutes from my house but Id rather take the drive for someone who cares about the customers needs, has great attention to detail and is just an all around great person. My nails were always brittle and weak, but since Ive been going to Angelina to do SNS nails these past 3 months, my nails are looking beautiful and stronger. Just left this place and my experience was unpleasant, the lady who took care of me was very rude . I asked for all my nails short & square she told me she couldn’t do that because of the edges of one nail, I understand that but with just a little file it would be fine she didn’t help me in the situation didn’t give me advice on what to do . So I literally took the file and showed her, her coworker told her the same thing. I told her I didn’t want to do gel anymore and left . I don’t know if she was having a bad day or it was because I’m young. ( age 20 ) that she thought I wasn’t going to tip, I work for tips as well so it’s super sad not getting a good service & a nice person to take care of you .

I had searched high and low through almost 50 different nail salons through Kissimmee and Osceola and and found ML Pro Nails. I looked through their pics and reviews and was like I gotta go LoL. I walked in and was greeted by almost every one there except for the one lady on the right (with her phone watching whatever with not the most pleasant look on her face) not doing anything productive. But it was cool.I was then asked what I wanted and seated by Tony at the pedicure stations and he helped me out right away. I didnt even tell him the temperature needed for my feet cause he got it right one time. Let me start off by saying if I ever moved back down that way or visited again, I would make it priority to get my nails done at ML Pro, specifically by Tony.Hunny, he took his time with my feet that I had embarrassingly neglected for some time cause I just had a baby and my recovery was a bit rough afterwards so that was 3 months ago since the last time I got my feet done. I know I know ... Any who. He took care of my feet, cleaned them massaged them and painted them (not saying he would) like they were his own feet. I was in heaven.To the part about my nails cause I got a Full set with color acrylic and a Pedicure deluxe. The nail gods mustve blessed him with the art of patience and craftsmanship cause he did my nails just right. Took his time yet again to perfect his craft and made sure I was okay. He wasnt much of a talker, and thats okay. Sometimes I just wanna say what I want, relax while I have the opportunity to get away from my soccer team (my children) and get my nails done.I was very pleased. This long review was worth it. And I had no choice but to tip him well. And from time to time they should be especially when you receive great service like I did. I told him I was going to write a good review and Im keeping my promise. Keep up the GREAT WORK TONY 👍👍👍👍!!!!Hopefully youll see me again during or after Christmas.

I actually had a young man do my nails and pedi. He was really really good. The pedi chairs gave a very good message too. The lady arched my eyebrows and they look really good. I would definitely recommend them!

Never had a bad or painful experience until I met with Han. I should’ve read the reviews before visiting the place.I arrived 5 mins before my appointment time right when the store opened and they already had several clients in the chairs. However, I didnt have to wait for long for my nail technician to show up. As soon as the nail technician (Han) got there, she started filing my nails and pulling the cuticles very aggressively and rapidly. At one point, I almost interrupted her because it was hurting really bad, I literally almost bled, my skin got really red but I didnt want to be rude so I didnt say anything. I could tell that she was rushing with me to get to the next clients.I also asked her to create a little design on one of my fingers and it looked nothing like the picture I showed. At the end, she charged me extra for the design she couldnt replicate but I still tipped her more than 20%.Try it out yourself. The place itself was fine, just dont ask for Han. Youll thank me later.

Came in here yesterday to get gel done on my hands, it wasnt busy but after i came in a few people started to come in perhaps 2-3 more clients they sat me down to remove the acrylic gel i had and left me soaking my hands in acetone to remove the acrylic, the manager left and said someone will be with me, as i waited i notice he went to take care of two girls who he knew which i thought was wrong since i came in first, yea they could be regular clients but as a new client that is a bad impression, they could wait there turn also and a lady that came right after me was been taking care of at the same time, i waited an hour until someone asked me if i have time someone will be right with me i said no i waited an hour you want me to wait more? unbelievable, not friendly at all, and i heard a lot of people around me complain about the pedicure jobI did leave saying bye and thanks for making me wait for nothing, i would have paid the 10 dollars, but yet no one told me anything and no one seemed to care and pay attention, as your business you should be able to take care of all your customers and be on top of them, and its totally okay for you to take the people who had appointments but I for sure saw others who did not and got assisted before me.. besides about an hour wait? ridiculous and not having anyone check up on me or pay attention to me, not worth the wait.

Its the best nail work Ive had done in the Kissimmee area, Harry was my nail tech who took care of me. Very presentable facility. The only negative is that I went with my friend and the lady who was taking care of her kept moving around and it took her like 1.5 hours to do the same thing they did to me in 30 minutes. I do recommend the place though!
