I thought this was a legit company that cared about its customers. Until I checked my credit card statement. This sneaky company charged my card again and did not even let me know or say anything. I happened to be looking through my statement and seen more charges then the $530 for 4 days that we agreed on when I rented the car! When I called to ask why they were charging my card without me knowing, the guy said he just works there and couldn’t do anything about it. He said I had to wait to talk to the manager but he wouldn’t be back for 3 days!! Will keep you posted. Would not recommend renting anything form this company!

Very nice people! Helped get a car that matched our needs and the service was speedy! The car was clean and smelled nice. Would definitely use again next time I’m in the area.

My family and I had went to Hertz rental at the airport in Orlando and we were told many many different prices. (After having a booking). We then were referred to Fair.... where Matt was exceptional. He got us in a vehicle big enough for my family of 8 and at an amazing price for 5 days. I will rent from them each time I am in Orlando. Not to mention the car was clean and had no issues!! Fair Rent A Car is amazing. If I could give 20 stars I would. Orlando airport budget rental screwed us on our reservation. We were stranded at the airport most of the day, until our Airbnb opened. We took a taxi there and the next morning I started calling places. I called this place and the guy who answered had a van left for our family of 6. He was fast, quick and easy. The van was super nice and everything went perfect. Thank you so much for saving our vacation!

We needed an 8 passenger vehicle during spring break, Fair Rent a Car was able to hook us up with a new Highlander. It was a last minute decision and we were able to schedule and pick up the car within an hour. Car was meticulously clean and sanitized. We were given a cold bottle of water while completing the rental agreement.. Great customer service and options. We also got great local advice on which beaches to go to, which to avoid, and places to eat. I highly recommend this place!

Such great people we went through Avis at Orlando airport and they ended up screwing my family over big time. If it wasn’t for fair rental we would have been stranded there went above and beyond they picked us up from are resort and drove us to there office to rent a car from them and god was on are side that day it was there last Toyota Camry. They are very professional and there jobs and they make you feel comfortable. I want to say thank you to the general manager and his son they truly were meant to be there when they were thanks again guys. You will be my to go rental company from here on out when I’m in the Kissimmee area or Orlando. Thanks again

Great overall experience. Check in and return process was quick and easy. The entire fleet of cars were clean and new. People working there were friendly and helpful.

Me & my family book a pick up for a vehicle at enterprise but at the wrong location and after trying so many rental places at the airport (that didn’t go well) we just took an Uber to our hotel the next day we tried budget didn’t go as planed so after looking to see where we can go i came across FAIR and when i say they came in handy and they put us in a vehicle we was set he even let us drop the car off Sunday after they closed and just told us put the key in the box. I Highly Recommend Fair Rent A Car.

Up front there is a $300 pre-authorization fee, but that is refunded once the rental is returned(undamaged). I picked up the vehicle from FAIR on Tues and dropped it back off on Saturday. Customer Service was fantastic and the car was up to date and clean. My niece left her glow up Minnie Ears in the rental and the guy went over and beyond the call of duty to drive all the way to MCO airport to hand deliver the souvenir back to us!! I give FAIR rental and the customer service and A +++!!! Thank you!!!

Worst service area they are completely rude & utterly disrespectful, I was discriminated by one of the employees after him seeing I was black I was told that he didn’t have any cars for me, so I had my sister call to see if it was discriminatory & it was they called me out my name & also argued with me over nothing
