Do not rent a car from them. Look at my pics of recepeits. I was supposed to have a car reserved for $69 but was charges $91 plus every toll the charge an admin fee of $10.00. Its orlando so 10 tolls is $100.00. So plan on an extra $50 to $100 per day. How companies like this are allowed to be on business and cheat and Rob people is a shame.

This is NOT Thrifty rental car. Called Thrifty and they say it’s inside the Seralago Hotel. Seralago knows nothing.... we’ve been driving up and down 192 looking because no one seems to know where this location is
Made a reservation beforehand and showed up to no available cars. I gave my number to the man at the counter who didn’t seem to care and said it would be 1-2 hours before a car was returned, but he never called. Seemed like a very small company that is very reliant on timely returns so you may be left without a car even with a reservation.
Theyre not open, dont order from here. Then they tell you to contact your third party you scheduled it though and charge you an arm and a leg to cancel or have the decency to let people know theyre closed.
I normally dont review things online, but my experience was so bad at this place, it is worth my time. In agreement with a previous review, I would also give this place 0 stars if I could. Had a Mid sized SUV reserved a couple weeks out, showed up and they didnt have one so they were going to downgrade me to a smaller car. I asked for a discount since I was getting downgraded and it was refused, the guy saying he actually would have to charge me more if he started a new ticket. Seeing as we wanted the car that day I agreed to the downgrade for the same price. Then he wanted to charge me some $200 for insurance (more than I was paying to rent the car itself), not accepting mine. I learned later from enterprise that car renter salesman get promoted based on how much extras they sell divided by how many ticket sales they do. Putting two and two together, I think this guy was forcing their company insurance on me so he could look better as a salesman. In his mind it is better to not make a sale than to make a sale without added insurance (because his percentage looks better). Very irritated, I ended up canceling the whole thing (of which the guy looked like he could care less). Then I went to enterprise where I had a tremendous experience. Enterprises customer service FAR exceeded this place. Will never rent from this place again and would recommend the same to anyone else.
No problem to drop off the car here. Quick and easy. Picked up my brand new fully loaded ford fusion at the airport and dropped it off here with no problems at all. Small office but friendly guy was great.
Showed up to this location on the day and time of reservation and no one was at the office. A bad phone number was left at the door to call.Ridiculous way of doing business
Too bad zero stars are not allowed. I had a reservation for a compact car. I was stuck into an Economy car. No adjustment in the price was offered and as rude as the counter help was I wasnt about to ask him. He insisted on us getting the insurance from Dollar. I refused telling him that he could not required me to buy his insurance as a requirement for rental. He then demanded that I give him my policy number. Well I was able to look it up on line and show him that I was covered. He faked entry of the number into his computer and rented me the car. The next couple who had been patiently waiting in line had a reservation for a full sized car. He didnt have it. He told the poor woman that did not have any cars to rent to her. What good is a reservation if they cant make sure that the car is there for you?? The most shocking thing was that he never so much as said he was sorry that they couldnt put her in a car.Dont waste your time with this location. The poor service is unbelievable and should you have a reservation you cant rely on getting what you reserved if anything.
Do NOT rent from this place. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.The car was fine and perfectly serviceable, but they do not accept any insurance besides their own, which is about $30 a day for the basic package. Its my fault for not doing my due diligence before renting from this place, so now Im doing my due diligence in warning people away from this place. On a road like 192/Irlo Bronson, there are MORE than enough car rental agencies. Pick something else.
Went to this location on 10/05 to see about possibly driving my rental home to NC due to Hurricane Matthew. Ernesto was such a great help!! He changed our return location and waived our fees. He is my definition of great customer service.
NEVER NEVER Again. Thieves. went to Miami and there were 6 tolls that amounted to $6. you have to have easy pass. they charged me $15 administrative fee for 6 tolls. which came up to $90. stay AWAY from them. Alamo did charged me what the tolls were from CC.
How you move locations and not update your system? Trash company .....

Horrible experience!! I booked a reservation over a month ago for a full size suv, it said GMC Yukon or similar, I have 4 kids and my wife so we have lots of luggage and strollers. When I get to the rental place I get downgraded to a Ford Explorer which only fits 2 luggage’s!! So I get downgraded but the price stays the same, horrible!! Never again & I will tell everyone about my experience!!

On August 4, 2018 at 10:00 am, I went to 5678 W Irlo Bronson Mem Hwy at the Seralago Hotel, Kissimmee, Florida in order to pick up the car that I reserved.The person who worked at the Thrifty Car Rental counter refused to rent me the vehicle because I didn’t want to buy the extra insurance that he offered to me. I told him that my reservation included all the insurances required by the law and I was not interested in adding anything extra. I called customer service to make sure that I had the insurance, and they told me that the insurance was already included on my reservation. The Thrifty car rental’s employee told me that in order to rent the car, I have to buy the insurance that he had offered to me. He also said, that he was the owner of the store and my second option is to leave his shop.The Thrifty car rental’s employee was very rude to me and to my family. We arrived at 10:00 am, and after the incident we tried to communicate by phone with Thrifty car rental (costumer service), but after having been transferred to 6 representatives, no one could solve the problem. All of the representatives tried to call the employee of the Thrifty store in Kissimmee, Florida and none of them were able to communicate with him since he refused to answer the phone. My mother and brother were expelled from the store. This was very stressful, because my brother is a young man with Down syndrome and the whole incident brought many tears and emotional pain.We spent hours waiting for someone from the company to solve our situation. However, when I saw that my family was in tears, I gave up and I decide to forget my reservation and search for a car in another company.The Thrifty employee in Kissimmee refused to give his name or anything to identify him, however a hotel employee, told me that his name is Billy (I don’t know if the information is correct).We are tourists who come to the United States once a year and we never had an experience so bitter like that. It was the first time in our life that we felt cornered and humiliated. However, I would like to stress that at all times we were respectful with the employee of the company and the only thing that I refused, was to accept to be deceived and being a victim of fraud.STAY AWAY !

I called the dollar 800 number to rent a car whileMy daughter and I were in Orlando Mother’s Day weekend. Received email confirmation of my reservation with pick up time Sunday May 13th 4:30 pm and this location. Took Lyft ($14.00) from my resort to pick up location. Arrived at 4:10pm and location was CLOSED! Hours on door say Mon-Sun 8-5. Called 800 number back with no help. They wanted me to go to another location (which would have required another Uber fare) and charge me almost twice the amount as the original agreed rate!! Would NEVER use this company again esp this location!!

Dont deal with these people. I had problems with them start to finish. Personnel was rude, they lied. They over charged us and the corporate office didnt understand why. So they played yoyo with our money. Then the car itself was not clean, had to pick up wipes to clean it enough to touch on the inside.Then on a 1.90 toll fee because we didnt have the cash for the tolls. (Had the money just not in cash) They charged us a $15 administration fee.Just go elsewhere, theres no good deal with these people.

Didnt even wanna rent the car even though i had a reservation. wouldnt honor free upgrade so i was stuck with economy car. Really need to work on there customer service.

I liked the service, but there is always a hidden extra out there with which did not count. The least are not of those who make turns on the cards later, in general well.
Lousy service.They oblige the customer to take out insurance that is not mandatory. Using Decolars reservation, I had no problem at the Miami airport, but when I arrived at this store the attendant simply did not allow the withdrawal, claiming a mandatory insurance of USD 50, for one day, even with Decolar itself claiming not to be mandatory.
We booked an SUV 3 months in advance, when we arrive after waiting 30 minutes at the door they attend us and they indicate that there are no vans available, only a convertible Camaro where only one bag enters (we have 4). It was taking it or running out of vehicle because because of Thanks Giving it was all sold out. I add a star because I would never have driven a Camaro if it werent for this problem.
