Updated: Vehicle very HEAVY Cigar Smell - terrible cleaning - now I know why it was sprayed so heavy with disinfectant, but did not kill the smell. Had to spray with Fabric Refreshner every time got in it to drive. Not very friendly towards Avis Premium Members, also they said the vehicle was full, when drove out the parking lot showed something different. Then one the return, they swipped my Credit Card Again, I pre-Paid. Could close out the rental, now have to wait for receipt, staff was unable to close rental and didnt understand why.

Coming into Kissimmee via Amtrak. This facility was closest to station. Booked a rental months ago (thru Costco) and was concerned that rate would not be honored due to all the news about scarcity of rental vehicles, especially in tourist areas like near Disney. Had absolutely no problem. Be advised, though, there are no after hours drop offs, so be aware of their business hours.

This Avis rental place is so honest and appreciated. My spouse left his wallet and cell phone on the dash accidentally. They called before we knew it was missing. We turned around and it was there waiting on us. Honesty is hard to find and appreciate them for being so.

We had a reservation yesterday and when we arrived they said they had no cars! Then they said they will get a few cars later that day.and have our car. They had my phone number and we waited to hear from them. When we called later to get out reserved car they said they “accidentally “ gave out car away to someone else!! Asa result we missed appointments to where we were driving to.STAY AWAY from this so called car rental business and go somewhere else!!

Very professionals and good customer service

Waited nearly an hour beyond reservation time to do an Ultimate Test Drive. One guy was working the front and bringing the cars around.

Very bad experience here, will not return. Cesar/Caesar was rude to me picking up and dropping off my first ever rental car. He did a terrible job explaining to me what the car insurance covered and instead of using an example car cost he grilled me about the cost and make/model of my car saying it probably costs less than 10k and this rental is 50k and that’s really not a great way to get someone to purchase insurance. Upon looking at the paper I signed he didn’t even tell me about ALL of the car insurance options, nor did he really explain ANYTHING to me.. not saying he had to explain everything but wow at least try. Go somewhere else to spend your hard earned money

I have never been to a rental car business where the rep. act like he dont even want to be there. If I didnt need to have my windshield replaced and then get back to work I would have left the rental right at the company. The service at this location is so horrible and I would never never used them again. I was also pulled over by the police because something on the car is in the data base as expired.

Ive rented here 5 times now in the last 2 years and every time Ive had great service and picked up the exact vehicle I reserved. The gentleman at the counter provides top notch service and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is what you want it to be. I wont rent anywhere else. I only had an issue one time and he fixed it in a matter of minutes to my satisfaction without any hassle whatsoever. I highly reccommend this location!!

They took my credit card info for their down payment and said that I would be able to pay with a different card upon time of drop off. But when I got there they told me they couldnt accept my Visa card and ended up charging my credit...

Poor customer service! Disorganized to say the least, they couldnt find car keys. Gas gauge was on 1/4 tank but yet they drew the paperwork up at full tank, luckily the wife caught it before we drove off. Another customer complained of the same situation a week earlier. Less than impressed! Rented two days later from enterprise around the corner, excellent customer service!

Slow, unhelpful. Waited for well over an hour. The people in front of us had a reservation and the company somehow screwed it up. Do not waste a day of your vacation here.

The man who attended made my husband and I feel like low lifes since we didnt look like we had the money to pay for their rental insurance. I had never been told straight up that WE dont look worthy enough to be there.The man also had the audacity to start yelling at my husband after he told the man he didnt have a right to treat us this way; yelling we didnt have the right to be there demanding we get a rental car without insurance because we arent trustworthy people.This all happened when we asked if we could not get the insurance they provided because we thought it was an option. If the man would have explained to us in a civil way that was not the case, we would have paid for it and have been happy.

TRY TO GO TO ANOTHER PLACE...Really upset with their service, we travelled here from Fortl Lauderdale and then when we arrived an annoyed guy, With Colombian accent told us that our rent cars price had went up because he hadnt enough cars to rent, we were like, wdf.He tried to humiliate us by telling us that we hadnt how to pay his car in case we crashed it, thats curious cause we were going to pay their car ensurance,and by the way, we just wanted a car, not an expensive car to show up.That Colombian guy need to learn how deal with customers, my recommendation is....TRY TO GO TO ANOTHER PLACE! !!!!
