Charged $1300 for a 7 day rental, to a family who was is need of a decent rental, in a pinch, when any other car place after further investigation would run 600-700 with full insurance, after bringing the issue to them, they made every excuse in the book.Some people are not travel savvy and when traveling with small kids you sometimes just want what’s easiest. This is criminal and price gouging, crooks and will never recommend to any one ever.

Nice folks, helped me out after I had a bad experience with another rental company. Car was nice, clean and new. The place as recommended by the front desk of my hotel. Fast check-in and check-out, nice and helpful staff, frequent shuttle schedule, no problem whatsoever.

Lowest price but at what cost. Long wait for off-airport shuttle. Crammed in, over-passenger limit for vehicle. Very dangerous! Stopped at both terminals. My suitcase was at bottom of pile so last in long line to get reserved vehicle. Small, uncomfortable office. Many unhappy customers. Lady who had been there for an hour, came rushing back in after getting keys to advise there was a lizard in vehicle. Vehicle dirty, some dents/scratches and not maintained. Make their money on all additional costs; tolls - insurance - gas cheaper there if you bring back empty etc. So want you to pay upfront. No, no and no. Make sure you have reserve #, drivers license and details ready at counter for faster service. Good luck.

I have no credit card. Just a valid licence and debit card. I walked in, paid for my rental, gave the deposit, and drove off. Once I return, Ill give an update. So far so good.

Ive got a bit mixed feelings of this place. On the plus side the cars were really ok, modern, clean and comfortable. On the other hand, you need to read _very_ carefully the fine print at the contract. Whenever you fetch the car, whatever you suggest for return arrangement: it is always expected to be at 12:00. So if you need to for example return the rental car to the airport right before your flight leaves, dont expect that it says so on the paper: double check it yourself. Online booking is strongly recommended.

Rent a car May 29, 2019 for $150.00. Return the car on June 3, 2019 . I was inform your deposit will return to your card in three business. Still waiting this place is a get over. And this is not fair to anyone who rent a car from them . Today date is June 26, 2019.

Be careful. I had to cut my trip short due to a family illness. They do not allow any changes once booked. I had to pay for entire rental.

They kept my $100 deposit, they said they refunded it and it was Mastercard that was keeping hold of it, but they lied. I wont be using them again in November, and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone else. Theyll keep your deposit and theres nothing you can do about it.

We were having the worst day finding a car when we got off the plane we didnt get a vehicle the first day of our trip so we took the shuttle to the hotel which we loved so much Radisson celibration ! The next morning we went to the lobby to get a rental car ..Look action car rental is so nice and convient !!! I love them I will be going back to stay for spring vacation !!! Cant wait love! love! love! 🙂🙂🙂..oh! and their manager Hispanic guy I forget his name but he is amazing he made our trip turn out to be the best!!!!

STAY AWAY from this car rental company, it also goes by the name NU-Car Rental. I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for a mini-van knowing that July is a busy renting season. I was staying at a hotel several miles from the location of this company with my family so we took public transportation to the Radisson hotel where it is located to save a few dollars. We showed up 15 minutes before our scheduled time of pick up and spoke with the representative (who is also the manager). When I told him I have a reservation and gave him my reservation number he laughed and said we dont have any cars here. He was able to pull up my reservation and contact information. He apologized repeatedly and agreed mistakes were made but did nothing to solve the issue. I understand that issues happen and a simple phone call earlier in the day wouldve probably made this a non-issue, but the lack of professionalism and respect I experienced is enough to make me never return.

STAY AWAY from this car rental, i have a month i rent a car and i still have not my deposit back thats sucks they toke 100 dollars deposit from my bank account and they do not pay me back
