As an Enterprise rewards member, I have always rented from this location but two days ago as I was trying to pick up my reserved car, I was extremely disappointed. They had only one car available for me. As I walked around the car inspecting it because the employee was not he was just trying to get me to sign and finish the process. The car was dirty as if it was just driven in from the previous renter. When he opened the car, all of the seats were stained as if someone spilled something on it. There was also crumbs and it had not been clean, inspected or most importantly disinfected. When I addressed these concerns with the employeehe told me I can cancel and didnt offer me any options. I then went to another location and picked and the employee thoroughly inspected the car, and the car was clean. They also provided a proof of sanitation ticket inside of car and gave us additional sanitation wipes for the trip.i am so disappointed on the lack of importance this location had with assuring that their cars are cleaned for their customers. My reservation was booked one month in advance and they could of been better prepared for options for me as well. To top it all off, the employees non caring attitude towards me, especially since I have been a loyal customer for years had me astonished and unappreciated.
Just visited Florida. Previous rental service didnt fall through so I called this location. Customer service was great, easy & quickly got me into a car. Also had to add a last minute extra day, done right over the phone. Prices were reasonable. Drop off easy. Employees were kind. Would definitely use again
Service good but they hold on to your security deposit for more than seven business days and to me is outrageous cos the vehicle was returned in good condition

Worst place ever made me waste my time and it was not my first time renting in this location never again worst place EVERRR! Is not professional at all. All I needed was to rent a car . Asking for paystubs and utility bills like if I was applying for a dam JoB ???? It was not my did time renting there why give me a hard time when I don’t need it.
It was decent. They could offer more options instead picking a vehicle for you. Dont let them choose!

Myself, my wife, and the rest of our family members that traveled with us from June 30th through July 6th, 2020, are extremely disappointed with Enterprise as a company.We picked up our rental at the Landover Hills location in Maryland, we had a 9am reservation to pick up a Chevy Suburban but did not receive the vehicle until 9:45 which delayed our departure. To add, the rental was not clean/sanitized, it smelled like cigarettes and coffee was spilled in the back seats.Together with my wife, we had to clean and sanitize the vehicle before we got on the road so that our children can ride safely especially during these times (Covid). I have attached photos as reference.When we began our road trip the tire pressure warning came on, indicating that the front passenger tire was running out off air, not to mention, the rear tire was also indicating that it needed air. We had to stop and put air on the tires every other hour until we reached our destination. Apart from tire issues, the oil light came on, indicating that it needed to be changed. At this point, we no longer felt safe in the car especially with our children.We called the call center and we were assured that we can bring in the rental and swap it for a new one, they noted our account and notified the branch that we were coming, however that was a lie as well.We went to two branches in Florida ( I will be posting a review on their sites as well) and no one wanted to help us even the mangers because they were BUSY and told me to have a nice day. Again, time wasted from my vacation driving to the 202 dyer blvd and Orlando international airport branches.This location, assured us they had no vehicles in stock and referred us to the airport, however, their parking lot was filled with 8 seaters, Cadillac Suburbans, etc.As a last resort, we have to bring in the rental to an auto shop in Florida called Tire Plus, and wasted two hours of my VACATION time again, servicing a VEHICLE THAT IS NOT MINES!!!!!LAST TIME I CHECKED, ENTERPRISE WAS NOT HELPING ME PAY THE HOTEL I WAS STAYING AT!!!VEHICLES SHOULD NOT BE RENTED OUT TO CUSTOMERS IF THEY HAVE NOT BEEN SERVICED OR SANITIZED PERIOD!Enterprise is quick to charge you plus a deposit but are not there to assist when needed. Myself and family will not be doing business with enterprise anymore. I strongly recommend other car rental companies.

This is my new go to place for rentals. I was treated awesomely it was easy in and out. I would definitely recommend it, I just picked up a minivan here yesterday and the young man was great his name was Perrion. I came here after another location couldnt or just didnt want to accommodate me after I rented a truck form them giving them my business for 3 weeks. Im handicapped and need a large vehicle is a must for my companion (Service Animal) and my self. The young man took in the vehicle I was returning and ask me what would be comfortable for me. He closed out the old contract and completed a new one. Again I understand he did an amazing job accommodating me. He even set the seats down for me so my service animal would have more space. Again thank you.
Completely disrespectful and dishonest enterprise office!! I am a part of enterprise membership program and have gold status. I have rented cars from them for a long time and sometimes for a whole month at a time. I’ve never had any issues. However hector at this office was completely dishonest and said there was ash in the vehicle which was not from us if there was! He then proceeded to tell me I let someone else drive the car which never happened! He then charged me a $250 fee without me agreeing! I’m beyond appalled! I will never return to enterprise because of hector and I hope his upper management can reach him how to properly speak to customers without accusing them of doing actions that never happened. His dishonesty and disgusting attitude is the reason I’ll never give another cent to enterprise again !!
Great service and friendly staff. They didnt have the van I requested but automatically upgraded us to a very nice SUV for no extra charge. Easy pickup and drop off.

Selection is lacking. All locations within a 50 mile radius did not have a single compact available. So much for being fuel conscious.
First time at this location,Was fairly busy. Gabe was absolutely great at helping me get in and get out. Didnt give me the run around which was the best thing. Great service. Went there without having made a reservation and that was a mistake as they didnt have much available. The manager (Gabe) was very busy but still took the time to find the last car available and made me a nice deal. Drop off at the airport (MCO) was also very smooth.

I am a coach at Osceola High School. We rented two vans for a soccer tournament and the day of the tournament they called me saying that there was a recall of the vans and they were looking for a replacement. First of all, there was no recall, I look it up and it was a lie. Second, working in hospitality before, I know they overbooked in order to have all their vans rented on purpose. Because of this, I had many parents and players upset of this situation. If I could I would give zero stars. How can you call on the day of to say that there aren’t anymore vans? And why would you overbook in order to mess up with everyone’s plans... UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
We had a day that we needed a car and there was none available so the manager rented us his car for the weekend.Great service, great people.Custer service like no other.
On August 22, we made the reservation to pick up the vehicle on December 28, but they double booked it, causing me and my family to have absolutely no transportation for our vacation. Their incompetence caused me to waste my money and time. I do not recommend this company to anyone, not even my enemy. Even the manager, Gabe, was very unprofessional and incompetent. Please take your business elsewhere.
Jessica was my agent and she was perfect! I had to get handle controls for my vehicle and she handled everything wonderfully!!But the outside of the had not been washed! Other than that I love Enterprise and have been using them for years I dont use anyone...In fact I am a previous employee Alamo and I love this company!! :)

My experience with Enterprise was ok. The registration expired while I had the rental vehicle and I got pulled over by the Police. Thankfully I didnt receive a Ticket.
I got into a car accident about a month ago, another driver hit the right corner of my rear bumper and made a nice dent to it. I took my car to the repair shop, where I was provided with a rental while my car was being fixed. Adam from enterprise was present to inspect and deliver the rental to me. He conducted an external inspection of the car. He handed me the keys after the inspection was done and I got in the car with my husband who was accompanying me. We started to drive away and a warning light came on the screen about tires. Im like, they must be low on air. It never crossed my mind to turn back and report it. What a mistake that was! I get a text today about like 8ish in the morning from a guy named Ronnie Soto saying I needed to contact him because the rental had different tires from the ones the car had when it was given to me! I was outraged by this. Not only, did he text from what it looked was his personal cellphone which I think is totally unprofessional. He also included the number I needed to call which was different from the one he text me from. I get a moment from my work to call to find out what is this about. I spoke with Mr. Soto directly and he stated that I needed to file a claim with my car insurance or pay cash for the tires. I said I will not pay for something that was wrong to begin with, I returned the car exactly the way they gave it to me. The only thing I did to this car was drive it, put gas and put some air in the tires. My parents have rented from this company before. We never had a bad experience, this definitely changes things. I will never rent or have any kind of business with this company again. What a disappointment.

I went to this location because I had been in a car accident and this was the place the insurance company sent to me. They came and picked me up from my house and I had the keys to my rental in about 15 minutes.The staff there was nice and friendly.I would recommend them to my friends and rent from them again.
THIS PLACE WAS TRASH...LADY IN THE FRONT WAS RUDE HER NAME IS SARAH. i dont know what her issue was but from the Jump she had an attitude but me and my husband brushed it off...when we left with our rental she had me sign a waiver and was NOT clear about them charging an extra 30$ a day...she never once said we will take 30$ extra from our deposit on top of the daily rental fee....she was slick about it and when we went in to return the rental they did not give us our 200 she had said we would receive back. I hate people who ruin the name of a company cause we will never be back here and ill be sure to let everyone know of what a poor service they left.
The only Enterprise location I rent from. Going on 2 years at the same location. Although Ive seen people come and go- the customer service is still the same... Good. Representative and Managers are always taking care of our needs and any inconvenience I may encounter- they always try to make right.

Very poorly managed, do not rent from this location if you are a local since they are extremely overpriced. The manager Sara was extremely rude and unfriendly, definitely not a managment material since she doesnt know the first thing about customer service.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are under new, rude management. We are local residents and have rented from this place 3 times!!! Now they have enacted strict new policies, and are unwilling to make exceptions for return customers. What a stupid way to lose easy, repeat business. My husband and I will rent from another company from now on.

Day before thankgiving, and I was given a mini cooper at a different enterprise. The smallest compact car Ive ever rented. I was expecting a versa or yaris. Small, but not that small. Needless to say, carseat, stroller, luggage, and my 65 husband didnt fit for our trip to soflo. I called this enterprise while I was in route, explained my situation to Sarah, and she and her team knocked it out of the park. I literally didnt have to do anything. We chatted with Scott, I believe. And meanwhile, Clive and Sarah put together our new paperwork in probably 10 min flat and had us on our way shortly after. Seriously a great team they have there. Certainly more personable and attentive. Didnt feel hopeless, rushed, and stressed out leaving compared to the other location. Will definitely be back to rent for our next staycation/holiday trip. Will be posting same review on my new yelp account.

WORST customer service ever!! Spending almost 2 hours waiting for a rental and on top of that calling for 30 mintues and kept being put on hold and then to finally get to a manager named Ronni and being talked down to and being told to shut up and hung up on???!! Then having to pay someone an extra $40 to drive me to another location farther because of this dyer location not doing their job. I WILL NOT be renting with enterprise ever again and will DEFINITELY tell all of my friends NOT to go with enterprise.

Try to avoid ENTERPRICE in general, if possible. Rented a car at MCO. Drove it to IL and brought it back. They STILL charged us more than $400 dls for Returning Fee. Spoke to more than 7 people and all gave me the same phrase I apologise.

Horrible service if you use debit card it is a total pain. 2 proofs of address current bill for that address & they dont say anything till your there.
This place was a mess. There was a long line of unsatisfied customers. One of the front desk ladies was arguing and rude to older lady in front of everyone. Lady didnt even look my rental up and just said knew nothing about my claim. I left as i could see they were no help.

People working in the office were unaware of how their systems even worked, condescending tone of voice from associate Yunia. When I am in an accident that is not my fault and trying to pick up a rental, I do not expect to be treated this way. Would not go to this company again.
