Lesson learned. Never again. I’d give a negative zero if I could! Heads up: I’ve never, never, written a review but I was compelled to after this experience. I went to unique nails today on recommendation from a family member. Her nails are always cute. They do a good job. I can see that from the clients that came in today. However my experience today was terrifying and horrifying. See photos. I came in to get my acrylics removed and a gel mani pedi. When I arrived I explained what I wanted and she had an attitude. That should have been the first sign. But I ignored that and waited. Within 10 minutes they called me back to sit down. Good thing. When the nail tech proceeded to remove my gel polish she pulled out the electric drill file. I explained to her that I do not want to use this. This makes my nails thin, it strips away layers, and makes my nails extremely sensitive, and it hurts. She said she needed to use it only to remove the existing rhinestones and a very thin top layer of the polish. I agreed and reiterated only the polish. She continued to remove the polish in parts where I could see my natural nail! I told her to stop. She continued. I moved my foot away. She reached for my foot. At that point we were playing cat and mouse with my foot!!! And I told her no. It hurts. She got up without saying anything and grabbed the acetone foil and cotton swabs and put it on my feet to remove the polish without drilling away my natural top layers. And she walked away. THEN I sat there for an hour and 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Because I was talking to my family member I didn’t realize so much time had passed. And when I looked I noticed she had completed two pedicures. Still never acknowledged me. When I asked to be helped and notify them how long I had been waiting they said it be just a bit longer. Another 15 minutes passed. And I walked out with half removed acetone nails and feet. Should I have been sitting there with chemical acetone on my feet for 1.5 hours!?!? See photos. This was a terrible experience they were unprofessional and she was upset because I didn’t want my top layers of my feet shaved off. PLUS, When my cousin tried to talk to them because she was feeling so terrible that she recommended me she said they said that the nail tech was upset because I was being “confrontational”. And I responded I WAS being confrontational because she wanted to shave off my nails after I asked multiple times not to. And to be clear, my “confrontational” was simply me stating over and over again my wishes and desires for my own body. I did not raise my voice, I did not get excited, I simply stated directly what I wanted for myself.This is why I have a difficult time supporting businesses that feel entitled to our hard earned money.They are more concerned with taking our money then providing quality service for which the business they set up. This is my lesson learned And hopefully yours too. The gentleman who painted my nieces nails was so polite she told me how much she loved it. She said he was very sweet to there and do her nails gently. She was 10yrs old so good to see they appreciate all their customers.

Ive been to the salon a couple times a few years ago but Ive been going to Danny (at station 7) about 3 or 4 times in a row now and he is AWESOME! Always gives me what I ask for, very gentle, and efficient. He just did my nails for my birthday today and took extra care of me, made sure they were perfect. Highly recommend him!

Please do not go here for acrylic nails, they did not do my shape right, multiple nails are different lengths, the design was poorly done and the lady didn’t even remove all of my old polish and it is still showing through to my new set. I did not enjoy this at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I am a very dedicated customer. Their facility and equipment are very clean. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The pricing is good and the scheduling is very accommodating and accurate. The owner (Tiffany) makes sure everything is ran smoothly and professionally and is very hands on and is there every day. She runs get shop very well. I see Liz every time for whatever I am in for. She is awesome. Every visit I leave happier then then my last visit. She does quality work and gets you in and out. She is very informative and is patient and so kind. First time here — and will be back in a few weeks! They made room for my friend and I (walk ins) — and treated us with patience and professionalism, and even stayed past closing hours to finish up with us.Not to mention- best pedicure I’ve ever had & the employees are so welcoming!

Called at 9:30 when they opened and I had two appointment spots for 12:30 that same day. BEST pedicure Ive ever had and this salon is super clean. I got a full set as well with this colored acrylic powder. Loved my whole experience and my nails look amazing! My new salon.

Been going here for years. My nail tech,Danny is the best. I find the staff very friendly. As far as pricing goes, I don’t get why gel has to be an extra $10 on top of the price! However, I keep getting it. I know it’s my choice.

I love this place! Ive been a loyal customer for years! All nail techs are very talented. Another great thing I really appreciate is that theyre so patient when I bring my girls with me! Service is great always! Not to mention I always and I mean always get tons of compliments and my sets always lasts me over 3 weeks and I have yet for a nail to break on me!

I had called them and checked with them for my dip power nails correction (as one finger nail color has chipped off a bit) and the lady on phone said I can come anytime and she didn’t provide me an appointment. When I reached there she was rude with me and told me to find out the color of my nail from her dip powder pallette (there are so many of them and it’s not a easy task to get the color out). Still I managed to get one and waited for about 5-7 mins and asked her how much time will it take she was again rude and told me it takes time and after informing her about my doctor appointment she told me nothing can be done I’ve to wait. She asked me to come again and they are open until 7:30pm. No customer service and no value for time of their customers.

Nice place. Liked the music. Ok job on my pedicure, not very personable here. Older woman that serviced me never even spoke and she could speak English. Didnt want to be confrontational today, but I didnt like her attitude its not like they were doing my nails for free.

I received a standard pedicure and regular nail polish manicure. This is by far the most cleanest/well decorated nail salons that I have ever gone to! The pedicure and manicure were good! The only frustration I had was that I could not put the tip on my card! When I asked her if I could put the tip on my card all she did was direct me to the ATM which then charged me a dollar to take out money!

When I first started going to Unique nails I was sent to the second table, I believe his name is Dan or Don. I never had a bad experience with my nails or my pedicures. I aways go to him. The salon is very clean and has nice pleasant employees the Music is very nice and I enjoy my time when Im there.

They got me in right away with no wait. Did an amazing job on foot massage and pedicure! But the back massage chair wasnt working.

I usually do my own nails, so Im not a frequent customer here, but have been here multiple times over the years. The service really depends on who is doing your nails. Mimi usually does a very good job on my pedicure and Don is good with gel nails. Also, the nail polish selection is terrible, dont expect to find any of new colors from Essie or OPI. Staple colors are also not available. The lady at front desk, I think she is the owner can seems rude at times.What I feel is lacking here is some basic customer service skills. If you are looking for a fast nail service and dont mind the ambience much, this is a OK place. But for the same amount of money you can get a much better service at The Nail House which is 2 mins from this place.

Worst pedicure ever! I spent $25 to get my toes painted basically. No massage of my legs or feet. She didnt even scrape my heels or my toes to get the dead skin off. I dont count going over them once with a scrubber. I wish I was in the mood to be confrontational but I just left and vowed never to go back. Might I add I am 7 months pregnant and was REALLLLY looking forward to this.

Insanely overpriced for the product and service ... got a refill with gel and a pedicure with gel and they charged me $88 and took two and a half hours. Definitely will not be returning there.

Had an acryllic refill done. Fast, great service. Attention to detail. Nails are actually very thin and dont feel bulky. I even had a design done on both hands total came to $20! Very pleased and going back.

THE WORST! I read the reviews and saw that I should ask for Jimmy, I did but he wasnt there. Some other guy did my nails and I basically wasted $30. I got a full set and my nails came out very THICK and a huge space between the top of my real nails and the acrylic. This means as soon as I left particles were getting lodged between my nail and the acrylic. This can cause infection and for the acrylic to crack. When I brought it to the owners attention, she gave me a song and dance about, its because of my nails its doing that. LIKE THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IVE GOTTEN MY NAILS DONE.... she didnt try to fix them or compensate me or anything, just rush me out since I had already paid. I knew it was BS so I just said, ok, and left. I was looking for a permanent nail salon close to my house but I will say that this will NOT be the place

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to! I have received very sloppy service when I had to take my fake nails off. They have very severe force advertising too! Not a good place to go if you want to relax and do your nails. The service is definitely not worth the price.

I had a pedi and gel mani done at this location. The gel nail polish started lifting the very next day. The older man that did my nail did not know what he was doing. Within a few days my nail polish was almost peeled off and my toes were all chipped. I went back 3 days later to find that the store was closed for 4 days. I will never return.

Ive been going there time to time for their services. Last time my gel polish came off within few days. I called them about it, and they were too busy explaining about their side of story. I told them I want it fixed that day I called, but they told me to come back in few days because they didnt have time. I was at giant next door when i called, and i only saw few in there.I didnt go back for months, but today I had to get my nails and brows done for the events that was short noticed. Ive been growing my brows (I know its disgusting) to make it straight. I strongly told her that I didnt want any arch on my brows, but straight horizontal line. She didnt like the thought of me wanting straight brows. I didnt have time to look at it, I ran out as soon as my nails got dry. I came home to take a shower, and found big round arch on my brow. I called them within 30mins that I came out, and they were blaming on my brows for their mistakes. NO. really NO. I AM A HAIRSTYLIST, and I have licence to do nails and waxing as well. I know what to do, and what not to do. You need to do what your client asks for even though you dont like it, and you cant blame on your clients after youve done whatever you thought was better.Never going there again.

These people are so incredibly rude. Ive never had a worse experience. The female manager who appears to be not bright, glares at you and never says a word, unless it is an insult. The technicians argue with you.Ive heard so many people say the same thing...there us something gravely wrong with the staff in this place. Horrible.
