Iv bought my last two sets of tires here and was very satisfied with the price and the service. They have the best price for a decent set of tires in town. Staff was very friendly. One of the things I like the most about this place is that they dont try and sell you a million different things or try and convince you that you need to get your brakes replaced when you dont need it.

Had my tire fixed there due to a flat. Fast and friendly service. Very reasonably priced to.

Good place but werent able to work on my high performance car .. Normal performance is there Mitch I guess. Ill go there anytime with my normal performance car though .

Fare price better than great customer service

I have been a customer of Dicks for over 30 years. I have never had a problem with them. They are very honest and trustworthy .I have recommended them to all my family and friends. They will even take the time to explane exactly what they will do and why.

I am not satisfied with the price I paid for checking my brake light. I thought I was getting a free brake check and they charged me $43! They didnt fix anything just disconnected a wire!

Absolutely love this place. fixed my flat plus fixed my spare tire bracket by the owner himself. He was willing to work through his lunch break but he was so sweet I arranged to come back for it later. Completely reconditioned my rim and spare and bracket for only $25. Treated me as if I were part of his family. (In a good way) been there for 49 years he said. Ill be back for all my tire needs, thats a promise. Cant wait to be there when they celebrate their 50th year. This place was recommended by everyone Ive meet in the short time Ive been in washington.

We got there there just a few minutes before 3 PM, closing time on Sunday, with a hazard damaged flat tire. They were determined not to leave us stranded 60 miles from home. Dicks Tire had a replacement tire and had us back on the road in about an hour. Thanks for your commitment to service.

Booked an appointment to get ac work done because my brother had initially brought my vehicle there to start the ac work; which at the time, they had quoted my brother that the complete service will cost $105 (for evac/recharge since we will replace complete system ourselves). So we paid $50 for the initial evac service and will pay the other half after we put the new ac parts for so they can recharge. Arrived to the shop for my appointment, only to be surprised by the sales person stating that someone had misquoted and implied that we were lying even though I had presented the original invoice. As for the remaining service required, will now cost us $205!!!!! We had already paid $50 and now they want an additional $205.*Mind you, I had driven a hour to get to their shop.Long story short we ended up not getting the work finished by them and went elsewhere instead to get the same work done for MUCH LESS than what they wanted. Sad thing is all throughout their shop are religious paraphernalia and quotes from the bible, yet theyre actions and practice reflected something much different than what they HOPE to portray.DO NOT GET YOUR WORK DONE FROM DICKS TIRE HAUS!!! Very unethical and misleading. Huge waste of time and they will go back on their word.

Been twice for minor emergencies and were treated with respect, honesty, and genuine kindness. And was shocked to see the lowest price for a brand new tire. And sent me off with a bottle of sparkling cider for the New Year...

Excellent service! Dick took time to get me a great deal on some Coopers for my truck. They are a busy shop..so, if youre in a hurry..make an early appt.! They are professionals, and sometimes theres a new guy training on, but that doesnt mean the old guys wont be watching and making sure the job is done right!People complaining about patching a tire costing 20 dollars are not living in the real world. Its time, manpower, machine power, parts and paperwork! Please!I recommend Dicks to anyone and everyone!

You will get honest service and a fair price. Thats the bottom line. They dont have the greatest customer personal skills (probably age related crankiness), but they do good, honest work.

Went in for tires, wheels, and snow chains, they ordered the wrong size, then they put spacers on to correct their mistake. I .told them I needed snow tires because it snows where I live. The main guy said it doesnt snow that much here in Monroe, you really dont need snow tires... I also purchased snow chains. Come winter when it snowed the chains were the wrong size. And sadly I actually paid for all that spacers and all, not to mention my time. Now I only go to Les Schwab...

I would avoid this place. My friend recently brought his vehicle here they did work incorrectly and acted like it wasnt a priority to fix. Now he will have to pay another shop to do the job correctly that they messed up. Its companies like this that have no respect for the consumer and think people have no clue about automotive repairs.

Dicks handled a tough alignment problem on my older car. The owner even drove me home when the car had to stay overnight for a special order of repair parts for my car. Its a very friendly local family run business.

I always like to go get my tires done somewhere local to support small buisness, so I went to Dicks tire to get my winter tires put on and the lady in the front office gives me the run around about not knowing the cost to install the tires since I had a lift on my truck. Says she will give me a call. I call back 20 minutes later and she told me she going to do it for 35$ a tire and no other shop would probably take me which is just trying to scam someone. I said to not do it then and head on back to get my truck and they are rushing it into the shop to get the process started and they are trying to tell me I cant have my truck. I got my keys and left and went down the street and had them all done at 20$ a piece cash. Such a rude lady at that shop. talking about how much of a pain in the ass it was to do anything

We got a flat thanks to a nail in the road and the guys here said theyd fix it but its take an hr. My boyfriend took off the tire so they patched it and he had to install it again. They charged us 22.47! Dont go there. Theyre a rip off...
