I have gone to KP nails multiple times after switching from my old place that was way to pricey. I love every set they do for me and will keep coming back! The couple that works there is so nice and do great teamwork with eachother!

I had a hard time finding a place since everything opened back up after covid. Found this place like a diamond in the rough! It was my first time here and it wont be my last! Very professional!😊 They took good care of me despite me being a later appointment. I was still able to get in a full pedicure and a full acrylic set with gel nails (all absolutely beautiful btw). They are honest hard-working people and know what theyre doing! Prices were good as well! I highly recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a new, clean and all around better salon! KP Nails is the best! We were looking for a place with good reviews for our mani pedi appointment and they did not disappoint! All the fancier places in town had a surprising amount of negative reviews so we decided to skip them. This place is a bit smaller and not right in the middle of the bustle of town, but the reviews for this place had me sold! Im so glad I chose this place!!Jimmy (the owner) and the woman whom I believe is his wife were both SO lovely and pleasant. They made good conversation and Jimmy especially has a friendly, animated personality! He kept us smiling and laughing throughout our appointment. We loved that they were both so kind and personable. They have a great selection of polishes, gel and dip options at KP Nails. Jimmy encouraged us to try the gel manicures instead of regular so they would last longer, but he was not rude or pushy when we said no thank you.For our manis and pedis, they did a great job really getting rid of callouses, trimming cuticles, etc. Even with just two people there and three of us there for an appointment, they kept things moving along quickly and we were not kept waiting! The salon was also very clean, with acrylic shields, masks worn by both employees and paper over the pedicure chairs to keep things sanitary. Jimmy asked us to use hand sanitizer when we came in as well - they take safety seriously! They also use some disposable tools to ensure things are sanitary which I appreciated.THANK YOU to Jimmy and the other nail technician for a very enjoyable experience! We had a great girls day thanks to these folks!! Well definitely have to come back soon!

I absolutely love this place! Every time I’ve gone in they have done such an amazing job. I am always bringing in Pinterest designs that I want done and they are able to do them perfectly. They are so nice there and work very fast. The prices are also very affordable compared to other places in the area especially for the quality of nails and designs. I can’t imagine getting my nails done anywhere else. It has been a salon that I have recommended to other family members and friends.

It seems from reviews like most people had a good experience here, but I didnt enjoy the time in the salon, and Im not super happy with how my nails turned out.The man doing my nails kept asking if he was hurting me even when doing things that couldnt hurt, which was offputting. He also called a young woman baby which was likely an attempt to make his customers feel good, but made me feel uncomfortable.On each hand, 4/5 of my nails have a normal looking shape, but one ended up wacky. In the picture you can see that my pointer finger is just a straight line on one side now. Most of my nails arent symmetric.There also didnt seem to be an emphasis on hygiene, they switched between customers while keeping the same gloves on or without washing hands.To their credit, they likely would have tried to fix my nail shape if I asked, but I was just uncomfortable during the experience and wanted to leave. Maybe the woman does better work, or they are best at acrylics, but I wouldnt come back.

My husband and I went in for some R and R in the form of pedis for both of us and a mani for me. I absolutely loved the ambience and the attentiveness of the nail technician. My gel mani and pedi were awesome! We came at the perfect time as it looks like it can get crowded fast. Everyone including technicians had their masks on. I will be going back after vacation! Had an attitude on the phone and when I got there they couldn’t take the second person that was with me in and told them to wait outside instead because they already had “two other appointments” but there was nobody there and there was no employees only the person talking to us. But on the phone they told us to come in no problem. Waste of Uber money and our time.

Dreadful - I was mislead by the good reviews! I made an appointment to come in two days later for a friend and I to get our nails done. On my way there, I received a call from the salon asking if we could move our appointments 45 minutes later because the girl who would be doing our nails wouldn’t be available until then. I said okay, even though that’s pretty crazy if you ask me. When we showed up at the agreed upon time, we were still told by a woman that she could only take us one at a time. What did we just wait all this time for?!? We left - Tutti in the Savor part of the mall is GORGEOUS, CLEAN, TASTEFUL and they play Jazz!! As we were deciding where to go, the woman turned off the lights and closed the salon - 1 hour early! I’m so glad K P Nailine was awful enough for us to try a nice salon! Blessing in disguise. Side note, most the good reviews with pictures do not show 5-star manicures if you ask me!

I really liked it here. Ive been to two other salons and the area and theyre really inconsistent with their service. The salon is smaller and has a mom and pop feel; it was relatively crowded for only having two technicians. They worked quickly, but didnt rush on their clients. The staff was warm and personable and didnt give the stand-off feel that I felt in the other to salons I have been to. I will definitely be back!

Jimmy made me feel at home as soon as I walked in. He was so gentle when working on my nails and kept me laughing. I love this place so much! Been living in KOP 2 years and used to drive to Philly for my pedicures. Since I’ve found this place a few months ago, this is my regular spot. I have a stubborn callus on the ball of my foot that most places cannot fix. KP nails gives me new feet!

Its always a welcoming experience coming in the door. There is enough seating in the place where you can have a conversation with the person you came with.The selection of nail polish colors has a variety of different shades of blues, pinks, purples, etc. I always aim for blue because its my favorite color.The place is spacious and the pedicure station has a great back massager chair, you want the middle one. Its the best. I always love when the water turns blue and the water jet turns on in the foot tub. Its like getting a foot massage.When you get your nails done, get a color that represents you. Its fun getting your nails done here. I recommend the acrylic nails. I come back every two weeks to get mine filled. And I always pick a new color. Ive only gotten gel nails once after my junior prom and they peeled off about a week later. I was a little upset but I went back and got acrylics again. For me their the best.This place is great and is the only nail salon I go to. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been going here for years. The place is very clean, Jimmy and Amy are very nice and do an excellent job. I had acryllic nails before but they showed me gel nail polish and I just love it! Manicure lasts for 2 weeks without chips or breakage. They are also the only place I will go for waxing. I highly recommend them!

I was a walk in client as I had an hour to spare waiting for my cell phone to be repaired at the King of Prussia Mall. The technicians were extremely friendly and sat me right away. His work was amazing! He made me feel special and that he cared about my business. If I am in the area again, I will certainly visit this nail salon again!

This place was kind of weird. I almost drove by it. There were NO other customers, 2 technicians. Their selection of gel colors wasnt great. Jimmy, my nail tech was decent enough, most of the time. He hit my nail beds with the drill several times. He asked what I was doing in the area, I told him I webt to the mall, and preferred to not go to the salon in the mall. He kept pressuring me to tell him why, then said maybe they just dont like you. What the hell is that? It was super cheap, but I will NOT be back.

My acrylic nails were in terrible shape from a different salon continuously doing a poor job. I finally tried somewhere new. Not only were the prices the best around, but Jimmy took extra time to fix my nails and actually make them healthier

I heard this place is transphobic and fat shames their customers, also that a woman got a staph infection that resulted in surgery from this place. Only had okay customer service myself but after hearing all of that I could never support such a horrible business. Do not go here!! I do my own acrylics now (super easy and so much cheaper), but many decent cheap places around King of Prussia.

I called ahead and had a 2:30pm appointment for a gel manicure. There were only 2 technicians...I waited for 50 minutes when one of their regulars walked in and they immediately started to get her ready for her pedicure. The man turned to me and said you wait...she had appointment I told him that I had an appointment, too and he said her first.So, I couldnt tell anyone about the quality of their manicures because I just said okay and walked out. Neither technicians looked like they cared that I had waited an hour. The prices may be cheaper, compared to the places around, but Id rather pay the extra money and get treated like I matter.

I always leave happy!! Its a good idea to make an appointment if you can, since its a small place with only 2 people working. I refuse to go anywhere else!!

I think this is a fair price for the place. Its not luxurious or fancy, very simple. I loved having my nails done with Emy- very sweet, precise and perfectionist. But today I had it done with Jimmy- I had 2 shorter nails so I asked him to cut the longer ones so they would all match size- guess what? Those were my longest nails after all because he cut and filed all of he others too short. He took a break between my pedi and mani for no reason apparent and I was the only customer there. I suggest you bring your own nail polish if you have a color you love because their selection seems a little older than other places. But Ill be back, again- fair price!
