Terrible experience. Waited very long even after making an appointment well in advance. Mid-manicure the person doing my nails got up to go do someone else’s nails leaving me sitting there with no explanation. A girl who could not have been older than 16 years old came over eventually and completely jacked up my cuticles. Days later im still in pain. In addition, I got the same color on for my pedicure and manicure but mid-manicure the girl notices that the polish was too diluted by cheaply trying to extend the bottle and gets up and starts painting my nails with a completely different brand and color shade. My hands looks nothing like my toes. It’s genuinely insane how bad that experience was. There are so many good nail salons in the area, I would never go here again

I found the nail house a few months ago when I was searching for a new place. It is clean, has a nice clam atmosphere, good color range with all the new opi collections, and very friendly staff. I have gotten services from Molly, Elsa, and Sophia. All do a wonderful job. I have had acrylics, gel manicures, pedicures and have even come with my mom who also loves it. They value quality and you can tell they want their customers to return. Their prices are fair for the job they do and if you pay in cash you even get a percent off. Cant wait to come back! 🙌🏻💅🏻

It takes a lot for me to get angry enough at a business that I walk out and leave a bad review. I made an appointment with The Nail House a day ahead of schedule to get my nails done. I showed up on time, and I was sat with a nice woman Sophia, who started to file down my nails.About 2 minutes into her work another customer walks in. Im not trying to stereotype, but this customer looked like she had money (she looked very well-put together). Suddenly Sophia is being pulled off of doing my nails to help this new customer, and Im given no apology or explanation - just a oh, someone will be with you in a few minutes.I sat there for OVER 20 MINUTES and was the only person in the entire salon not being helped. Not a single person came over to apologize, or tell me when I would be seen. Eventually I did something Ive never once done in a nail salon, and left. Theres too many other nail salons in the area that will not play favoritism with their customers based on how much money they think they have.

New people? Unorganized could not accommodate had the book in their hands. What was obviously a short wait they were not prepared. I said I can go somewhere else and they said good? I was not being rude but GOOD seriously? Have been going there for years, I tip well. Until today! Needed to have gel removed from my nails and polish from my toes for surgery tomorrow. Will not return

First time going today and I was very pleased! My friend had recommended them and I was so happy I went. Emily did my manicure and I usually get gel acrylic coffin shape and she did an amazing job! She took her time to perfect the shape and made me feel very relaxed. Their prices are also great for their work. Highly recommend it’s my favorite nail place in KOP now!

They did a amazing wax for me. I will only go to them from now on. Worth it!

I’ve been getting my nails done here for months and will never go anywhere else! All the ladies here are nice, funny, and welcoming! Also, the work they do is above & beyond. My nails always last 2 weeks and are done beyond my expectations every time. If they ever get chipped, they’re more than happy to fix it. I have also had waxing done and my service was amazing as well. The environment is relaxing and the prices are perfect for the work they do. Definitely going to continue giving them my service! I have nothing but good words for this business!

The Nail House does a great job, and they are adhering to all safety protocols. The also have a great selection of colors. Its my go-to pedi place!

Cant rave about this place enough. Ive gone to many places to get my nails done and you can go to the same place 5 times and have different experiences but have to say every time I go here I am extremely happy they do an amazing job absolutely. I work in King of Prussia and have been going to the Nail House since they opened. Staff is amazing and I always receive fabulous service!I have gone to Pam, Cindy and Elsa and I am always more than happy with my services as well as results. My gel nails last for weeks and always look amazing. Thanks for all you do girls!

The first time I came to the Nail House I gave them a great review. My nails looked perfect, little did I know that in two days my nails would break. I went back and had them fixed and they broke again; not only did they break on that hand the other hand began to break too. They charged me to fix my nails and they did a terrible job at making them look the same. I have some nails that are coffin shaped and some that are square. Never again.

Came here on a whim when 2 of my nails broke. One in an odd place. The staff were very helpful and polite the entire time, going out of their way to make sure I got what I needed. They had many color options as well. My nail tech was very thorough and asked questions throughout to make sure I was satisfied. If I lived in the area this would definitely be the place I go to every time.

I came here to get a dip manicure, pedicure and my eyebrows done. Dipped manicures if done correctly typically last 2-3 weeks. The polish on my index finger lasted 2 days (not chipped completely gone). I came in today to have it fixed and was told it would be a 45 minute wait for my one nail. This is my second disappointing experience. The location is convenient for me and I gave it another shot but they are very dated in their techniques and the customer service experience is lacking for the price point.

I am never coming back to this establishment. I was there a couple days ago with my mom and we were completely disappointed in the behavior of the employees. I had received a manicure from the one of the nail techs and she was speaking Spanish to another one of her coworkers. They didn’t know that I knew Spanish as well, and they were insulting my nails as she was painting them. I wish that the only thing they did wrong. The pedicure was inadequate, mainly because I’ve been here many times and I know what a legit pedicure feels like. I don’t even know why this establishment exists anymore. If you’re not going to treat your customers with some basic respect, then what’s the point. They need to fix their attitudes and do better. I’m sure I can find another nail place where I won’t be taken advantage of. This place is trash. I feel bad for some of the other employees who are kind individuals that are good at their jobs, but some of the people in that establishment are just disgusting.

I was looking for a new pedicure place open Sundays, and found The Nail House. I called to make sure I could get in for a pedicure, and was so glad when I was able to. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a friendly face, and shown the pedicure options. I chose the Hot Stone Spa Pedicure, and it was wonderful! Betty did an amazing job! I will definitely be going back - it was a very relaxing experience, and so close to home!

I like to treat my young nieces to getting their nails painted. They love it. Everytime we come in here we get rushed and an attitude. Theyre one of the few places I have found that do childrens nails. We came this morning and they told me no to come back in 30 minutes. We came back to more people getting nails done. The girls were asked to pick a color and then they came over and said we had to hurry. They rushed through the painting. The girls dont see it but it is just frustrating. Just ask for a little bit of patience and respect. I am a paying customer. I am hesitant to come back. This is our 3rd time coming here. Just frustrating.

Today was my first time getting my nails done at The Nail House. Jenny was pleasant. Ill return to get a Pedicure soon.

I went here for a refill on Tuesday 7/21/20 then two of my nails cracked so i had to go back that Thursday 7/23/20 then another nail cracked and I had to get it fixed Tuesday 7/28/20 and all that on 8/3/20 one of my nails broke and the other one was starting to rise. So I wouldn’t recommend getting a refill from them especially if you have long coffin shaped nails. They only specialize in manicures and pedicures.

It’s a shame! I have been here at least 3 or 4 times. Betty is an awesome tech, her service is great. However, it has been my experience as an African American Woman, that the manager/greeter (Asian woman with orange hair) has never said hello when I enter, even when I have said hello. I did not want to assume anything the first 2 times so I would continue to pick out my color. Soon after a White Woman will enter and she greets her and prioritizes her service. This has happen 3 times with the 3rd being today. I put the color back and walked out. When I receive excellent customer service I don’t mind paying a little more. But I refuse to pay more and be treated as if my money isn’t green like everyone else’s 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🙅🏽‍♀️. No thanks!

Honestly, this salon is a huge disappointment.Location is convenient but for the type of service I received its well worth me driving elsewhere. I had to wait over 30 minutes and nobody came up to wax, Finally I went down to the front desk, to remind somebody I was up there waiting!!!! The woman was short with me, and had an attitude and my eyebrows were waxed poorly, and uneven so disappointed, and I had to go home and fix them myself. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I usually do my own nails, but whenever I needed to get them done I used to go to Unique Nails the one close to Giant. Finally decided to give this place try yesterday and Im so glad I did! The service here is much friendlier, the ambience is better too. Technicians.here all have name tags on, which may sounds silly but I think is adds to the customer experience. Being used to the lack of nail polish selection from the place I mentioned above, I was so happy to see the nail polish options here. Plenty of new colors and staples available for both Essie and OPI. My pedicure was done by Anna. She was great and paid a lot of attention to the details. My manicure was done by Elsa which was also good. Prices are very reasonable $15 for manicure $25 express pedicure, $30 for regular pedicure and you get 5% discount if you pay in cash. I will definitely be back!

I loved this place until I met the owner Cindy. I asked a question about if they had the tools to do a simple straight line design (as in 3 straight lines). She got nasty with me and said the tech will do what she can and I still would have to pay? Wow..She treated every person that was not of color with respect and courtesy but barely said anything to me or my 9 year old daughter until she got smart with me. I have been coming there for months but I will not be returning to patronize Cindys business. I will not pay for nasty service. The tech Kavi did an amazing job on my nails, too bad Cindy lost a customer for her. Customers make the business Cindy and for you to be an owner, you should always remember that. I come here semi-regularly. This last time my lovely nail tech (who shall remain nameless) made my toe cuticles bleed. She filed off my gel instead of soaking it off and then proceeded to get upset with me when I didn’t give her a good tip. The service here for the most part is good but sporadic.

Ok, So I Took my dad here with me after he had a 3 month illness, thought it would make him feel good, Please, Why Can’t You Hire People That Speak And Understand English!!!! It America!! My dad has Diabetes, I Said NO Cutting Cuticles 3 times,,,she did it anyways!! Wt—-I Mean Really!! don’t be back- prices are higher than most as well

Nail technicians were so nice! The pedicure I received was amazing. I also love how the match up the gel nail color with the regular nail color to allow you to pick your colors easily!

Went here for the first time last week and had a great experience.Normally when I get a gel manicure it starts looking bad after a week and will get those air pockets on the sides, making it hard to resist peeling off.My gel mani from last week still looks great.Will return next time I need my nails done!

Went in to get pink & whites around 9:45am and there was not one customer in the shop, however there was about 10 nail technicians. Only saw one appointment in their book but the woman at the front desk said they could not take me and that I would have to come back at a later time. Didnt make sense, cant say much about the quality of their work but that was enough for me to not want to come back.

Ive been here a few times over the years, I had one nail tech whos work was not what I was looking for Im very particular about the shape and consistency of my nails sonia ive only asked for Elsa.Im not your average customer, Im not a fan talking to my tech while they work i prefer them to be focused. Elsa is exactly what I look for in a nail tech she knows what shes doing and is constant every time . Theyre are some techs here that have no idea what they are doing, but for the ones that do, the experience is pleasurable and worth every penny.

Went in for a gel manicure, it was awesome! The technician was so nice, they use essential oils and lotion on your hands, giving your arms, wrists and hands a massage. While your nails dry they give you a neck and shoulder massage, I could have fallen asleep right then and there! They also give you a 15% discount if you pay in cash! They keep the environment quiet so you can relax and there are no annoying people chatting away on their phones. Highly recommend!Oh and as someone who is VERY fidgety with their fingers, my gel mani lasted 12 days which is crazy for me! (I normally would pick it off after 4-5 days)

I discovered this place a while ago and had great experiences. This time the tech Elsa didn’t take off her headphones (ok...I saw others take them off when they got a customer) I stood there and was told to sit at her desk. When I did she continued to be on her phone. I waited and when she finally got off she didn’t say anything and just gestered for my hands. She didn’t ask my preference on nail length and after she stared filing she made sure I wanted round. Everything she said was rude and with an attitude. I have had way better service there so I wasn’t sure what that was about. I said no to the massages and even lotion because I just wanted to leave. At check out, she didn’t give me the correct change back, flung it on the counter and walked away. I assume it was her manager that I said something to and asked for my change. At this point Elsa laughed as if she was in a good mood and told me to have a good day. Will more than likely not come back unless she’s not there.

Traveling for work and stopped by for a pedicure and a new set. Absolutely wonderful. Wish it was back home. Great service, massage was fantastic and awesome selection of colors!

Nelly is amazing. Sweet sweet woman and knows exactly what you want when you explain it. I got a full set gel and a manicure. Shes wonderful.

When I arrived they said it would be a 15 min wait. I waited 30 mins and when I finally got someone to help me, they were very slow. Also, there were hidden charges. If you select certain nail polish, they charge you $5 more for it. Its not gel but the polish that says shine. This place is a rip off. I will not be going back there.

Used to enjoy doing my nails here but unfortunately a few of the manicurists tend to dig too deep when removing cuticles causing me pain. The last straw for me was when the manicurist suggested my wife had fungus on her toes (which she doesnt) and the owner apologized but the damage was done especially when the manicurist spoke in Spanish among themselves while looking at my wife. Very unprofessional.

I never leave reviews, but this time I have to. I have visited this salon on a couple occasions just to get a pedicure they tend to be rough. I went on one occasion got cut and that was the straw that broke the camels back and I did not visit after that experience. Then my nail lady went out of the country and I had no choice. I decide this time to get a full set. 😐😑 i am a firm believer that after this experience I am almost certain that they are racist. Based on how I was treated compared to how people not of any ethnic decent were treated. The girl took two hours to do my nails, she had an attitude, she was short with me, yelled over me the whole time (talking to the other technicians) while doing my nails and my nails cost $70. $ 5 dollars extra for a coffin shape (and the way she shaped my nails look terrible). I will never ever ever visit this place again.To summarize:1. They are rude2. They are overpriced3. Poor customer service4. They look and act miserable5. They do less then average work.I can go on and on but I will spare everyoneDont visit this place.

I got my nails done here on 3/21/17 two days ago prior to my vacation. Its a beautiful facility, but never the less it wasnt a great experience. It was 20 for the refill, 5 for a cut down, 3 to fix one nail, 15 for gel and additional 5 for particular colors on top of her telling me it is another charge for shaping my nails the way I already had them. ONLY FOR MY NAILS TO COMPLETELY SLIDE OFF 2 DAYS LATER. I will never go back its ridiculous to pay my hard earned money for poor quality that doesnt last. I see why nobody was there when I went in.. if you are in the area go to unique nails better service, better quality. NEVER AGAIN!!!

This place is new and they needed some time to get settled. At first it took a little time to get it right but they were way overwhelmed with business. When we went, they offered water during out wait and did the customary couple minute shoulder massage at the dryer. They got it together quickly and with class and my Mom and I LOVE this place. We moved here from NYC area so we are used to salons like this where they are quick, crowded and handle clients EFFICIENTLY. If you want to be overly pampered, you go to a spa. The Nail Hous has fast and friendly service at a fair price.

Just terrible! I had a poor experience here a year ago...but today I decided to give them another chance. That was a huge mistake on my part! I asked for a second application of top coat to be placed on my nails and the technician straight out refused. Last time I checked I was a paying customer.Last time I ever go there.

Went in to salon paid $60 for nails and feet. I asked for nude color and got gray. I also asked for oval nails and got square. They did a horrible job women seemed as if she didnt know or want to do fake nails and kept trying to tell me I dont need fake nails. My nails are currently shaped as an off square and it also took about 3 hours to mess up my nails. Would really like to give a 0 star but cant, super disappointed.!!!

I went to this location a week ago around 6:30-6:45 after a long day of meetings and wanting to treat myself to a full set before driving 2 hours home. When first arriving I asked if I could get a full set and the staff sort of looked around to see who wanted to do it.The one woman who initially started me barely said anything to me and I asked for the soft oval shape to my nails. After getting the nails on, filed, etc., she painted my one pinky finger and then another woman took over. The second woman barely shaped my other nails and they hardly have any shape to them (I’m not sure what to call it but not what I had requested) and then they bubbled shortly after I left. And today, my one nail popped off after only 1 week.I called the salon to ask to speak to a manager. The woman on the phone mistook my request as looking for a manicure multiple times and, during the course of our conversation, told me the manager would be in at 4. Then another time she said between 5-6. Finally she said the manager would be in after 7pm today which to me didn’t make much sense since the salon closes at 9pm.Needless to say, I am very disappointed in the overall experience. Having spent $100 on a full set ($80 for the service and a $20 tip), I am not going to recommend this salon to anyone anytime soon.

Terrible service! I was a first time customer and I will not be going back! Had asked for a pedicure, the technician kept cutting into my skin. Had to pay $5 dollars just to get the OPI brand polish; when if you go anywhere else there is never an up charge. Sat me down, never turned the dryer on. Wanted to pay and was charged an extra $5 just because I was paying with a credit card. Ended up being charged twice!

Burned my foot! I do not think the technician was licensed, water too hot, burned my foot with stone, was very rough with pumice stone, cut my cuticles too far back. Hope they sterilize their equipment properly, manager could care less when I complained

This was my first time going to this nail salon. I was in the area for a family reunion... My sister and I came in the location at 11:10 am. We were greeted and made 12 pm appointments. We left and came back. Once we came back, we were seated around 12:10. My sister got a refill, a polish change for her feet and eye brows. My sister was not pleased with her services at all... However, I got manicure, pedicure and eye brows. Cindy the nail technician seem to be rushing because they were crowded. I explained that I would only them get a polish change on my feet. She insisted that she had time, but in my opinion she rushed. I had to indicate to spend extra time on my heels. Next after my toes were painted, I was told to go to the nail dryer. However, she did not walk me to it or turn it on like the others technicians. I sat with my feet under a dryer that was not technically on for 20 mins. Furthermore, after seeing what another nail technician did, she made the changes on my machine... Needless to say, two of my toe nails had to be corrected. I mentioned it to Cindy and she said, they can air dry. I stated, I paid for a service and didnt receive it. In addition, I asked for my nails to be painted after my eye brows, which was another problem. So Cindy insisted on painting my nails and then doing my eye brows. Its not like my nails were dry at all. So I just said to myself if these nail mess up, she will fix them. Luckily, they didnt mess up but I had to direct her on how do my eye brows...Needless to say, my manicure, pedicure and eye brows were only only done averagely but totalled $103. The service was horrible. As I sat at the nail dryer, I spoke THREE OTHER FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS ALL DISSATISFIED. One even got her money back for her eye brows after waiting for over an hour after her other services were completed. I WILL NEVER REVISIT THIS NAIL SALON AT ALL. OVER PRICED AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. NOT ENOUGH NAIL TECHNICIANS AND POOR TIME MANAGEMENT!
