This place is so great! We walked in last minute on a busy day, they took us immediately and they were SO sweet! They have a million colors and all the new ones, plus several bottles of each color so you know theyre fresh. Manicures & pedicures were amazing, and both Jenny & Linda took great care of us. Will definitely be back soon, thank you!!

I dont typically write reviews but for $60 gel pedicure, I would expect my color to to not be patchy and to be having hang nails still sticking out. Plus barely any exfoliation on the bottoms of my feet. Dont waste your money, they are clean and looks cute inside but thats it.

Very pleased with this salon. Very clean, pretty interior design. Lisa did my pedicure. Surprised to have a warm stone massage after foot/leg massage included. While toe nails were drying, Lisa gave me a neck massage.Pleased with nail color selection, cleanliness of nail stations and overall comfort of this place.Makes you feel welcome and relaxed!Thank you Lisa!! Jenny did a wonderful job with a French manicure! She was meticulous and my nails look beautiful! Also, this salon pays a lot attention to making sure everything is very clean. Great place!

$35 for a polish change is absurd. granted, it was a gel polish change on my toes, but a full on gel pedicure (with massage and exfoliant) costs me the same price down the street in conshohocken where i usually go. “An”was rude too and seemed annoyed that she was only doing a polish change. not to mention, i got a light color and she didn’t do enough coats!!! so now my toes are see through. what a mistake.

Leslie did my mani/pedi. She was very professional and very nice. Great foot and hand massages. Very careful and detailed in nail management and polish. I will definitely go back.

Great experience today! They did an awesome job with my pedicure and gel dip set. I went in just after lunch time so it was pretty quiet. They were friendly and made sure to make my nails look perfect for my upcoming wedding.

I wasn’t 100% loving my manicure. I called and spoke with Nee and let her know my concerns. She asked me to come in whenever it fit my schedule. She gave me an entire new dip manicure. She was so understanding, it meant a lot that she actually cared and wanted to make sure I was happy with their service. I’m extremely happy with them addressing my concerns and quickly rectifying the situation. Thank you again!

They are so accommodating and friendly, and they do a wonderful job on your nails. I’ve been to this location twice. The first time I went I had to wait so long for someone to get started. I told the I wanted to soak off my acrylic because my nails were so sensitive and get gel in my real nail.... they did not remove all of the acrylic. I had to keep telling them there was still acrylic on my nails... the gel did not last a week.The second time I went I wanted to soak off the gel again because my nails are still sensitive from the last time... the lady kept trying to tell me how I should remove the gel polish and not how I wanted to. Which was soak off. She painted them again with gel and this time the gel peeled off within 3 days

I recently moved to the area and was at first really excited that there was a nail salon within walking distance to my apartment. But this nail salon produces substandard results every time I go. I’ve gotten sns, gel, and acrylics and each style has had issues with chipping, the techs don’t care about the details ( leaving excess powder underneath the nails, not cleaning the edges near the cuticles...) I only recommend if you’re in a pinch.

I never write reviews, especially negative reviews but I felt that I needed to about this nail salon. Came in here on a whim while shopping at KOP and got a gel manicure. Gel manicures for me typically last at least 3-4 weeks if not more with no problems of chipping or peeling away.I got my nails done here on a Friday, I already had two huge chips by Monday. I drove all the way back to get those two fingers re-done. Now, a week later-- 6 of my fingernails polish had chipped/peeled almost completely off. I have never experienced this with my gel manicures before. Like I said, they typically last for about a month with no issues. These didnt even last a week.The ladies there are very sweet and she re-did my nails for no charge but if you care about the $40 that they charge for a gel manicure... do not go here.I gave two stars because they did re-do them. But, other than that I will not be returning because not even regular polish should chip that quickly none-the-less gel polish

The cosmetologist did a good job waxing my face. I took off one star because I felt pressured into having her do everything. Although I dont regret my decision I didnt appreciate the pressure to buy more service than what I came in for. The place looked neat and clean and everyone was polite. The wait time wasnt that long considering I was a walk-in.

A bit pricey but overall is good. I mean they in the prime location so you get what you paid for

Pam is the worst! I believe she is the manager there but who knows. I’ve tried this salon several times because I live right across the street and although I’ve had unpleasant experiences with them before such as my gel manicure peeling off within days I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they offered to redo the gel free of charge.I was just there a few days ago for a dip manicure which is $45 and Pam was my technician. She was so cold and rude to my son and I. As she was applying the dip on my nails I told her it looked to thin and she said “no it’s fine trust me”At the end of the manicure I explained to her I was not happy with the work and that it looked terrible. Several nails were filed unevenly, the dip was thin and uneven and her response to me was “I don’t know why your picking on your nails if you want I can take a picture and send it to someone else to get their opinion!” Are you kidding me?! Is this someone else paying for the service or am I?She then proceeded to tell me to come back another day and She would fix it. Sure enough three days later my nails started breaking and chipping because of the horrible work she did.I will never go back there and I will never bring my family or friends back again. Whoever owns this place really needs to take some accountability!

I was really hoping for a great experience here... especially because I live so close, but I have to say I was highly disappointed. I am not the type of girl to get my nails done frequently so trust me when I say I am not picky or expecting much when going. I was excited when I walked in that they did my gel manicure and pedicure at the same time. This was great because it really cut the time down. My pedicure was okay but my gel manicure was downright awful. I was getting just a regular French for a wedding and it was the sloppiest French manicure I ever seen. I am not one to complain while there so I just let it happen and went on my way. I had it for barely a week and it already began to chip. Honestly... I will never return. Unless something major changes within the facility. The cost and the end product is just not worth it in my opinion. I had a few girlfriends go after who will also not be going back. I just hope that the facility may see this and make some changes. Very convenient location but high cost and very poor work. Ugh... I really wish it was different.

The most beautiful nail salon Ive ever been in. My technician took his time and my nails came out great. Lots of little things during the manicure like warm mits for my cuticles, a neck massage, and cleansing wipes at the end really made this salon stand out. Heads up though, they only accept cash tips.

Bad experience. I have never been treated as bad as this place. The lady who did my nails shouted and yelled at me because one nail got messes up!!!! I mean isn’t your job to fix nails in the first place? I mean the hell you yell at Customers for!! Now I understand why low rating this place have. I swear bad treatment never never coming back again

First time i have been here. i worked down the street and needed my acrylics off. and i was thinking thats something no one can really mess up but i guess it is. she was ripping my nails of using another plastic nail and pushing it in between my real nail and acrylic. it hurt!! i asked her to use acetone because thats the normal thing to do and she said she would if she couldnt get them off. finally she uses it on the last few nails i have left and kept asking me if it was good enough. obviously not there was still a thick layer of acrylic left! i kept saying no and showing her and she would sigh role her eyes and walk away as i put my few nails left in the acetone. she ask me a fourth time if she can be done and then said she was tired of waiting! finally i just had enough and said fine. she told me it was 10 dollars even though she only had to take off 8 nails. and told me we usually discount but i took to long cause it was an hour later! how is that my fault? they are rude!! never again.

I work really close and couldn’t get to my normal nail tech so I decided to give this place a try. A lady by the name of Pam greeted me and helped with choosing a color. I proceeded to get a refill and pedicure. After my service was complete upon payment I asked Pam could I tip with a card and she informed me they didn’t hve that option. I checked for cash but noticed I only had $2. I apologized gave her the money and reassured her next time I would ensure a nice tip. With a fake smile on her face she proceeded to chat with one of her coworkers. Not realizing I was paying attention she raised up the $2 as to say look what this you know what tipped me! When she noticed I was watching she said have a nice day and I walked out. Matters got even worse when 2 days later one of the nails began to rise and eventually fell off. I went back and she fixed it free of charge. Unfortunately the next day another nail popped off and it has been not even a full week. Considering I paid $85 for something I usually would spend $65 on is unexceptable!!!! Not only was the customer service bad but the work wasn’t great either. I will never be going back to this place and they have lost out on a great customer!!!!!

I only like to go to Nee. She really takes pride in her work and keep my nails/toes on point.

This morning I had the a terrible, awful experience in this place!!Now I understand why this place is rated so low, and also I figure out why it was almost empty on Saturday afternoon. Everything is clear now. I do recommend to stay far away from this place, the worst service ever!!! I was literally invited to leave the shop, and of course I did. You ladies will never never see my face and my money again, and I hope all the women will.

The salon decor is very nice. Like the first 2 reviewers, my gel French manicure lasted only 2 days on my dominant hand. They had no problem fixing it and redoing the manicure. I usually have very healthy nails but because the first nail tech filed off the previous gel polish rather than soaking it off, my nails were shaved down so thin they are actually painful and bend like paper even with the gel on them. I am having a hard time washing my hair and performing other routine tasks because my nail layers were so drastically filed down. Please learn from my experience and DO NOT let anyone mechanically grind off your old gel polish. This method removes healthy nail layers along with the polish. Ask them to soak your nails instead. I regret not speaking up when I first went there.

I was very happy with the selection of colors for the dip manicure, but not happy with the end result. My nails are all uneven lengths and we’re done very sloppy. It was not worth 45 dollars, that’s for sure! I will not be back again

The worst experience of my life!! i requested dip, selected my color, as shes finishing the nail tech states, the color is weird and she has to redo. the process was already lengthy so i requested to return another day, she agreed to change the color completely because the brand they used is cheap. The tech states it will be free because of the quality of the dip, i return and im told i have to pay and they dont have time to fix it that day because theyre too busy, of course i express how displeased i am and how i will not pay again. the techs told me to leave and return another day, another customer walks in for a new full set and they ask her to pick a color and seat her immediately. the staff began to speak in their language being extremely rude. i ended up leaving and when i returned to get my nails fixed they refused to help me, they gave me a number and i am still waiting for a call back! please do not go to this terrible establishment!!ps the techs name is PAM steer clear of this place!

Two times I’ve been here we’re bad experiences. The second time, a man did my pedicure and he could hardly see, the massage was about a 30 seconds each foot and his nails looked dirty while digging into my cuticles. I’m disgusted. I go here because it close to my work but I’d rather commute further for the experience. Not coming back.

A little pricey but very worth it

I liked this place for a pedi....sitting on paper for a pedi is a little odd, but honestly I appreciate the cleanliness. I bumped my toe after the pedi and came in 2 days later and they fixed it, no questions asked. they are always polite and quick to help but take their time with the service. I would recommend!
