I’ve never done a review before but i went to get my acrylic nails done and the owner messed up my sisters color for her nails, and her nail shape . My nails came out lumpy done by the owner too! It was our first time in that place thinking it would be great because it’s located in the mall ! Definitely don’t recommend if you want cute acrylics!

Nails came out lumpy and was not full in color like wanted .... had to keep telling to redo them and add more layers and they made me pay before being serviced ( I’m black and the only one there ) but when a white woman got serviced they didn’t charge her ... mind you this was my second time coming here within two weeks ... was rushed out and pushed to get a color I didn’t want and wayy too expensive

Rudest people I have ever dealt with. Especially the the man that works there. His attitude is disgusting. I came to get a nail fixed literally just one broken nail and they acted like it was a huge problem and were so mean to me. Throw the entire salon in the trash.

I’ve never had my nails done worse. They rushed me, the painting was horrible, I got them done a week ago and three days in to having them they all fell off, me and my friends went and were 15 years old and us being just 15 year olds they made us pay more than the prices they had. One of my friends had gotten regular polish (keep in mind there was 5 of us” and two of the girls just got polish and three girls got acrylics. They made all of us pay for the acrylic price. They were really rude too and so unprofessional

The absolute best in the area! They have everything. A wide variety of colors and designs. Everyone is so nice and hospitable. And I always leave so satisfied. I’ve been going here and a few other places since i was a kid and this is definitely my favorite!! They accept walk ins and appointments. I suggest you pick one😂

Love this salon. Ive been coming here for over 5 years. They do my pedicure and manicure, and Ive never been happier. Even brought my entire bridal party in to have their nails done before my wedding. Great service, clean, and comfortable shop. Plus super convenient since its in the mall!

Ok so this was my first time here for acrylic manicure. The owner did it for me. I was hoping that since it was the owner doing it for me, I will have the perfect service. First I felt rushed into manicure. When he askee me to wash my hands, I saw all my fingers bleeding near the cuticles!! (Yes,all!!).I even mentioned this to him before Making the payment. And O was shocked to hear his so so casual response -“ah its ok! May be I worked longer to ensure, I don’t leave any cuticle there. Don’t worry, its ok!).I could even argue, and even left the tip! Why oh why?!!😔

Not recommended! I asked for a full set with Dip Powder. The guy/owner added tips then proceeded to use acrylic powder and when I again told him what I wanted he got an attitude and told me to hurry and pick my color. He proceeded to apply the dip powder but did not properly blend/file the tips with my nails, needless to say the full set did not turn out right. I expressed my displeasure with the work he made several excuses as to why it did not come out properly and once I asked him to remove them he began to get rough with me. Bad experience, very bad! I will not be returning, ever.

Very nice staff and I had a great pedicure. Actually took the time to massage and use hot stones unlike many other places I have been!

I will NEVER be going back to this establishment again, nor do I recommend it to anyone. After having to wait longer than told, I was finally sat at a chair. I told the women she could cut and file my nails down, as I like them short. On the third nail, she cut my nail, slicing my finger and skin under the nail. Clearly she cut it far too short and although she was apologetic (as she should be) she tried blaming it on me. It was bleeding profusely and was very, very painful. Had me holding back tears. She then proceeded with the rest of my nails and the other hand, where she did NOT clean up my nails at all, and barely cut them down or filed like I had asked. She did not clean up my cuticles or even make an attempt to. When she was finished and told me to go wash my hands, I did and then left without getting polish on. It was not worth it. Her lack of service was unbelievable. I was in tears leaving because my finger was throbbing. Today is the next day and not only does it still hurt, there is still the look of blood because it wouldnt stop bleeding initially. My nails look like complete crap today, I wouldve been better off doing them myself. I cannot believe I paid for such incompetent service. Like I said, I will never be going back. I only went because my usual place, unique nails was closed. I advise everyone to go to Unique Nails in KOP when searching for a place to go.

NEVER AGAIN!!! After calling to confirm the salon was open until 9pm, I arrived around 7:45pm for a gel manicure. When I walked in no one acknowledged me (which was rude - but being a native Philadelphian you overlook some things)... 10 minutes later another woman enter. The gentleman in the first chair greeted her, asked what type of services she wanted, and informed her it was a 20 minute wait. Due to the service she wanted (pink and white nails - lengthy process) she chose to return the next day at an earlier time. After which the same gentleman asked me my services, I stated gel manicure, he then restated the 20 minute wait. Since my process is much shorter and I wont have time tomorrow, I chose to wait. Seeing this, the gentleman began explaining to his client (both directly across from me) that I was rude for staying after the other customer left. Despite that, I STILL chose to stay, until.... A third customer walked in, he greeted her, explained the 20 minute wait, she sat down next to me and he said NOTHING! Im not sure what the issue was... Perhaps they didnt want to gain a client? Was my presence bothersome considering I was the only African American woman in the salon? Who knows... either way, Ill NEVER set foot in Classic Nail again and Ill encourage my friends/family to do the same!

Very quick and great service! A pretty typical pedicure for a mall salon but they did a good job and my husband could do some shopping to kill time so it was a win win!

Eyebrows were done nice

Got a gel manicure yesterday and was done pretty terribly. It was not polished at all (had polish on my fingers and on the edges). Not worth $35. I honestly could have done it better myself.

The first time I was there I had a good experience and was excited to come back. The second time I had a different girl and she felt the need to tell me that she didnt like the nail color I wanted and suggested the opposite of what I wanted. Not going back there again, as I dont pay for unsolicited opinions.

I work in the mall, and since my usual nail salon was closed, I chose to get a broken nail fixed at this salon. I was cut by the file and the technician filed down my acrylic so thin, that the next day a nail broke. I went back to have it fixed, and a different technician tried to just put polish over it instead of fill it in. I had to tell her to fill it in and not just paint over it. Now just 5 days later, the GEL polish is chipping off. Ive never had gel polish chip this quickly. I guess this is what I get for trying to go the convenient route instead of going to my normal place where I usually never have issues.

Usually when people post things, its negative- but honestly, i had a really great experience.kim took very great care of me on short notice when i desperately needed a gel fill-in. im super happy with the way my nails turned out, and she was fast and effiencent (as well as one can be when youre the only one in the shop!). i cant speak on the weekends since i went wednesday night, but i highly recommend it when youre in a pinch.

Nails are lumpy and arent good, the lady was nice but didnt listen to what I wanted and gave me what she wanted I had to get them redone somewhere else, and they were way too expensive for what I got.

I got my ring stolen here and they told me they would call me and i was sobbing. 2 weeks later never called me back and they act like they have no idea what im talking about when i call

The nail technician cut me twice during my refill, coated the polish so thick that my nails are covered in air bubbles, and taking an unbelievable long time to dry (even after 2 sessions under the dryer). They are also more expensive than average places, so I dont see a reason to return.

I just got my nails done 2 hours ago and the color is already coming off. Would never go here again.
