By far the best body shop in the keys. They do everything from painting cars and trucks, oil changes, tires, oil changes, mechanics, diagnoses, details, and more. I will never bring my car to any other shop .

The woman in the back office was absolute trash! Poor quality Poor Service Poor value at Coopers. Im disgusted with the customer service. Weve been in the keys for 8 years and when we had a discrepancy we got Thats key west! Pathetic. We wanted a refund for the AC Recharge. The lady made a phone call to the owner supposedly, she didnt explain our concern to him/her and told us No. We basically spent $220 for a oil change. They do not care about their customers. Terrible experience.

Amazing customer service. Amazingly fixed my car quickly. Looks like new. Go here and they will repair your car to a brand-new like vehicle.

This body shop went above and beyond my expectations. It was an insurance claim and they not only did the bodywork to repair my front bumper, they return my car spotless inside and out. I highly recommend this body shop

Needed new tires for our RV, and needed brake work done on our truck. All I can say is just WOW!! Coopers took GREAT care of us. Excellent work on the brakes, and had to special order the tires. Had them the next day, and installed. Great staff, and mechanics that get the work done right!!

The front of my minivan is all plastic and I had accidentally pulled some panels out of place. Coopers lined all up and refastened the loose panels, did it well and Im most pleased.

We had several cars worked on by Coopers and every time the craft has been outstanding. They have always gone out of their way to ensure we were happy with the final product. They even repaired graciously and perfectly some issues with one of our doors caused by a third party, which was not their responsibility. Talk about customer service. To top it all off they provide after each repair a complimentary detailing that is flawless. Highly recommend.

Great mechanical shop to go to and the people are awesome, Im a wrecker driver and brought in a young lady thats in the Navy to there shop because of wrong fuel that was put into her truck. She has to be in Virginia in the morning and these guts jumped in to get her truck done so she wouldnt get into any trouble! Coopers thanks for helping our military people!!

I recently went to Coopers to have some body work done, not only was the staff in the office polite but they were very helpful and courteous. i had a small dent in my bumper with paint missing. it was done in a timely manner and everytime i called the ladies in the office were always so nice and pleasant. when i picked my vehicle up i couldnt even tell there was any damage to begin with.If you want great work done i recommend going to Coopers paint and body. they also had them detail my car as well while it was there, it looked amazing upon picking it up! Thanks coopers!!!

This last review is a complete misrepresentation of an excellent company. Coopers Paint and Body is a model for how business should be conducted in our small island community. Melissa is probably the nicest person on the island and her husband is a complete straight shooter. He will tell you what is wrong and how much it is to fix it. He makes sure the quality in their companys workmanship remains true to the highest standards in the industry, while striving to make improvements to protect the environment. There work is fast, complete, and fair. I recommend to everyone that has been in an accident and has had to deal with people that capitalize on your misfortune, visit a company that will do the job right the first time and will try to make it as painless as possible.

Got a flat tire visiting Key West.Waited 20 mins at Sears Auto to tell me it would be 4 hours.Keys Auto said next week.Coopers was a little further but was in and out of there in 20 mins.I really cant thank them enough for saving our day. The staff was really nice.There arent many tire options out there and I was afraid of people taking advantage of the situation. More than money, we didnt have the luxury of waiting half the day. Coopers was further but we still made it in time for brunch at Blue Heaven.

If I could give less than one star I would. I was rear ended and so called last Friday and asked when I should come in for an estimate .I was told Monday after 10. Went at 1030 and was very rudely told to bring my car back Tuesday because they dont do estimates on Monday. When I explained what happened I was very rudely offered an estimate and Im thinking why would I let these people touch my car .no thanks .Ill being my business somewhere else .

I brought my car to them for some front end work, and they had it done the same day!

Warren Cooper called me 2:30 pm to tell me my car was ready and he clarified payment with the insurance company (I was there after an accident) and I could take my car anytime. I was there at 330 pm, his wife handed me the completed work order (she handles the paper work), Warren handed me the keys and I left the office. When I got in the car I noticed the gas light was on, when I know there was three quarters of a tank of gas when I dropped it off. I went in to ask about this, Warren followed me out to the car, took the keys from me to check the gauges and then shoved me out of the way, told me he wouldnt let me have the car unless I paid him cash - even though the insurance company was paying him with a check. He shoved me again, took my purse off the passenger seat, threw it at me, shoved me away from the car again and told me he wanted cash. I had to call the sheriff to the shop in order to get my car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! Especially women!!!
