I ordered tile in April. It was supposed to arrive in six weeks. It finally arrived in August and the order was missing all but one package of the tile for the shower. Not once did they call and update me about the delay even though they knew it was back ordered (something they did not bother telling me when I had my appointment). The day of installation, I had to run to Tile for Less for new shower tile. They are refusing to refund me until I return the one package of tile, despite failing to deliver 80% of the order. The package is too heavy for me to lift. Do not buy from this company. They costs me months of delay with an active shower leak and hundreds in hotel room bills the last week of the delay. Also, they charged $400 for shipping and will not refund it despite failing to ship the majority of the order. Incredibly unethical company. They tried to blame it on the shipping company but it was there job to tell me the tile was not in stock and I checked the shipping invoice, the store was responsible for not requesting the full order.
