Well . As expected. Car rental companies didnt have any vehicles. Called the Jeep dealership and I was in a rental in about 15 minutes. Everyone here is very professional. I was given a Rubicon with all the bells and whistles. Vehicle was very clean and reliable. They will even pick you up. 5 stars and highly recommended.

I had been looking for a Jeep from Fort Pierce all the way down through the Keys. I had found some I liked but it was always a bad experience at the dealership that is until I met Ray Tatum. He put us in the perfect Jeep Willys, we love it. He was straight up and honest, something that shouldnt be rare but these days it is. It was great deal with someone I didnt have to feel suspicious over what he said. He even helped out with many things that wasnt his job. Highly recommend him.

So far I have had three services done to my truck here, everything has been on point each visit. The only set back to the last visit was it was just over three weeks out for my appointment.

Friendly service team but if you live outside of Key West youre gonna have to be prepared to spend the entire day there entertaining yourself and waiting. I called ahead of time and let them know I lived in the middle keys so they would be aware I needed to stay until they were able to return my car. Had an appointment at 9:30 and dropped it off, 2.5 hours later a service member let me know that they hadnt started looking at my car yet. Been here for 3.5 hours now and I expect to be here for at least a few more hours, because the last time I was here it was for 7.5 hours. I understand the nature of the job and that it takes time to figure out whats wrong and make sure other customers are being served, but its awful being stranded here for an entire day. They offer a shuttle service to destinations around the island but unfortunately I dont have to money to spend on entertainment or shopping down here, of which there is not much anyways in light of the pandemic.

Ray Tatum our salesman was extremely helpful. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He made us feel welcome and allowed us time to decide if this was best for us. He addressed all of our questions and concerns about the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Key West Chrysler Dodge Jeep to family and friends. The only Mopar certified location in Key West, I was more than happy to bring my Dodge Durango in for a diagnostic service due to a noise under acceleration. I was greeted by Victor, the Dodge service manager. He informed me that the diagnostic price was $70 and due to their schedule, it would take a greater part of the day. I left my vehicle at 8am for what I thought would be several hours. At about 4pm, I received a voicemail from Victor alerting me of my vehicle’s status. I was informed that there were “metal shavings on the oil drainplug that came from the crankshaft.” Upon my return to the service department, I was then handed a bill for $150 and a quote for a new engine ($7,500). I made a few quick phone calls to trusted mechanics off-island. I poised the question, “If there was an issue with my vehicle, what do you think they said?”. As if this was a chewing gum commercial, 9/10 people I spoke to said “They probably told you, you needed a new engine due to metal shavings in your drain pan.” I was shocked that a trusted company would lie about their findings. As I was about to pay, feeling stuck, I told Victor that he quoted me for $70, not $150, and the oil change they performed was not discussed prior to them doing it. He said “Oh, did I say $70” and quickly adjusted the price to that. About a week later, I went to one of my trusted mechanics off-island and they replaced the wheel bearings for a total of $120. I would have more respect for this company and continue business with them had they just said “We don’t know what is wrong with your vehicle, sorry.” Instead, they attempted to extort money from local residents. I feel sorry for those who have fallen to their predatory ways. Would not recommend. 0/10.

I had to take my wife Jeep Rubicon in for Some break service.. They did a great job. I was considering trading her Jeep in.. spoke to Lee and he gave us a fair trade in number for her jeep and a great price on a new one.. the price was good enough for me to shop here for my next purchase instead of rolling up the state to find a better deal.. Great Experience..

1 because 0 is not an option. Came in admittedly after close but in dire need of assistance with my jeep. The sales person tried helping more then the service mgr who could only say he had 1 tech and couldnt get me in until the next Monday. Thankfully a friend helped me with the issue.

Living in the Keys it’s really hard to find companies that care and want to do a good job. This was our first time using this Dealer and we could not have been happier. The service & parts department was incredible from beginning to end. Everyone we dealt with was polite, caring and provided top notch customer service. So nice to know the next time I need service on my Jeep it’ll be a great experience.

Staff was very friendly. They assisted with completing a warranty repair on my JEEP Grand Cherokee. They offered to drop me off so I did not have to worry about getting a ride. They also completed the work in one day allowing to quickly get back into my main family vehicle. I would definitely use them again.

I showed up for a 9:30am appointment. Was greeted immediately by a young man who directed me to the correct area. The gentleman who help me get my car serviced was very polite and professional. All around the staff seemed very happy and pleasant. The entire thing took about ten minutes to get my car checked in and I was out the door. I was even able to get a ride back to my house by a man named Louis who drove perfectly. In total I think I waited not even an hour and my car was ready. I am very pleased with the service and plan to continue using your services.

I was very hesitant to even go back, but gave them a shot since there are new owners.It is now a completely different place on the service side. I called and made an appointment with Eric, who was super helpful and accommodating. I cant remember the name of the sales person that I talked with but he was fantastic! I called to get an update on my vehicle but he wasnt available at the time but he called me back less than 5 minutes later. He was very upfront and didnt sugarcoat anything.

Even though they are often overwhelmed because of the sheer numbers who need their service done locally, their customer service tries to go above and beyond to help customers. My Jeep has a sensor problem. My service manager Eric, met me almost as soon as I drove in and quickly made me comfortable in an out of town dealership. He quickly diagnosed my problem and had a mechanic working on it within minutes. The problem was repaired and I was on my way. Great service!!

The reason for the visit was I had brought my Jeep in for service a year ago. The engine light and gas cap light were showing. After service they were off for a week but then came back.Since we were leaving town it was not possible to go back for service. I called and was told the work was guaranteed for one year. So I recently brought it back and so far it looks okay. No charge. I was driven to my home and picked up. Pretty cool.

I took my 2011 Ford Expedition for service. It had a banging noise in the dashboard. Even though the car didnt make the noise when the service assistant started the car, she predicted the problem; on a second start, the noise reappeared and she confirmed the diagnosis. Within an hour, the service tech had inspected the car and found a safety matter that also needed attending. The car was ready when predicted. The people with whom I dealt were friendly, respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. I will take my Ford back for future work.

Eric at front desk goes the extra mile to be explain car problems including electrical and computers, especially when your Jeep is 22 years old with 319,000 miles!

My vehicle, brought in for recall work, was completed in the time specified by the attending service manager. I had an appointment at another location in Key West during that time and was delivered and returned by an exceedingly friendly driver, Louis, to the dealership as well. My vehicle was waiting for me upon my return. I couldnt be happier with the service and professional personnel at this Dodge dealership. Many thanks.

The repair for my vehicle was a lengthy, almost 2 month process. Much of it out of the control of the dealership as parts were on back order and had to be shipped, etc. Eric worked very diligently to try to avoid potential delays, which again, were out of his control. Eric also worked with my warranty company to get them to approve the repair he a problem he saw coming based on the initial one. During the repair process, Eric also made sure I had alternate transportation comparable to my vehicle.

Stop selling cars if you can’t servuce them! Buyer beware if you buy from them you’ll be lucky if they can honor any warranty work in a timely manner or at all. Called to schedule some warranty work and was called back the next day to inform me they wouldn’t be able to service the car till September. It’s the beginning of July. The department that issues liscenses should revoke theirs until they can honor their end of the deal. Completely uncalled for. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They need to fix themselves before they can care for their customers it seems!!!!!!!! If you can’t retain employees, check your policies. Something is wrong here.

My Durango was there for over a month the advisor Erik would never return calls or even give updates unless I called or dropped by. I always had to talk to Bill which is his Service Manager that took care of me. Erik told me that parts were covered under my extended warranty when he called it in and come to find out warranty wasnt covering the part that was supposedly going to fix my Durango 3 weeks later with no call from him at all just me constantly trying to get a hold of him..... that the part wasnt covered and they still dont know what is going on with my Durango. If youre going to be a Service Advisor you need to be in contact with your customer at all times even if its to say we still havent found anything but we are still looking. Come to find out before I pick my Durango up the tech didnt even know that it was still there over a month and Erik was feeding me stories about the tech was checking it after it rained and taking it threw the car was to duplicate the problem.....

They called me for airbag recall and when I showed up late they still took me in and replaced airbags quickly and efficientlyAlso informed me of recall on ingnition switch and starter and the ball rolling on getting replacement

They had my car for about a month, fixing a key fob problem but said it needed some warranty recall work which was fine with me.I was told it would be ready on July 4 but they were closed. But they would leave my car out for me to pick up.Upon arrival I found the car with a dead battery. I had to pay a service $20 to get it started.
