Great folks! Showed 30 min early for first inspection but we made it work later that day. Another scheduling issue for the day of actual treatment but nothing the weekend couldn’t fix. The treatment was thorough and informative.

Orkin came out to my house and was very professional. They were uEven super sweet to my dogs. They knocked down and sprayed two wasp nests as well as found where the ants were coming into the house. Highly recommend!

Scott is amazing. Super friendly and has taught me some things about the bugs he has caught. We have a lot of spiders since we’re backed up to an open field so his recommendations have really cut down the the amount of spiders we’ve seen!

The gentleman who does the work is always very polite and lets me know what he plans to do. His report said I needed to trim shrubs but Boyd Kings group was here and just finishing the trimming they thought needed to be done.

Had an appointment for 6/22 4-6PM and the technician was a no show. I called during my time window to confirm a technician was coming - they reassured me but he never showed up.This morning, I called to follow up and reschedule. Erica Portillo was unprofessional in handling my call and did not apologize or believe my situation since “there was no record of anything on there system”. They did reschedule my appointment for today but I sent screenshots to her email and waiting for a response.

While I lived in a different town at the time they were able to help me out with killing all the roaches and they didn’t come back. Then I moved to Abilene and my service transferred and they sprayed all areas and they are very professional in what they do.

Best pest control company in town. Period. They are quick to rectify mistakes. Their insulation is best in town and actually kills bugs! Their termite treatment is a little pricey but absolutely gets the job done. They have technicians that will take more time to make sure that a pest control service is done correctly. What I was told by the call center on what procedures were going to be performed and how were different than what was actually done by the technician. The technician was great. Very professional and up front, but the call center only wanted to make the sale so they just said whatever sounded good. Either way, I’m happy with my service over all. So far, I’m giving the technician 5 stars and the call center 1 star. That breaks down to three stars for Orion overall.

The technician that came out was very friendly and was even able to put a smile on my face even though i was upset about the rats in the house. Love the fact that theyll continue to keep checking on the house and offer a package to patch up all the holes outside the house so they cant get back in. Also they were able to come 2 hours before the initial time which was awesome.

When they sprayed for water bugs they died and haven’t come back, so I’m hoping the Mosquito spray works as well. We built an outdoor area last year and couldn’t use it because the mosquitoes were so bad. Our technician sprayed everything from standing water, to plants, and the patio area and was very polite and courteous.

We discovered a pest issue on a Friday afternoon and Orkin had a technician to us by Saturday morning. Ethan was very pleasant and walked us through what he was doing, when he would be back for follow up and about the course of treatment. We are hopeful our pest troubles will be resolved

He was attentive to our special needs, he has the heart of a teacher and didnt just tell me what he was doing but explains why he is doing it, he went over the top in service, and made us feel more secure even after we found brown recluses in our home(we have a 10 month old). Ive been with orkin about 8 years now and the work they do is very detailed. They are very thorough and knowledgeable about the chemicals they use as well as everything else. Orkin has friendly and prompt employees which make you feel very comfortable as well. If you have any problems all you need to do is give them a call. I trust them completely as they have been wonderful to us.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and understanding of the schedule change I needed to make. I was considering canceling service for the winter months, but the information he shared with me about different pests that could possible affect our him during the winter helped me to see the importance of continuing service. He didn’t try to “convince” me to keep services at all, but he explained the different plan options and helped me make a decision that worked for my family and I. The service was awesome!
