Ive bought tires from them atleast 4 times and a had a battery replace there. Customer service is always great. I love the location.

My left front tire blew out and they were able to get me in the same day for a replacement. Patrick was awesome to work with and the whole staff had great customer service.

We just took our car here today! We just needed an oil change and our breaks inspected. Everyone was very kind, professional, and we were in and out in a reasonable time even though the facility was moderately busy. The waiting area was very clean and had a vending machine with lots of good options. There ended up not being anything wrong with the breaks, so they didnt charge us for looking. We just paid for the oil change. Overall, a very reasonable price and a very positive experience. We will be back when its time for another tune up!

Belle Tire is my place to go! They’re right in my neighborhood, convenient and keeping business local. I’ve bought several sets of tires there and they always treat me right. Had a piece of metal in my tire. Dropped my car off and they patched it and had my car back within 2 hours. Couldnt ask for much more, especially on a Saturday afternoon.

Bought 6 Michelins for my dually. Needed rotate/balance. I figured that since it did not specifically state in my purchase that it was free, I was more than pleased to find out I do have rotate and balance for life. I also brought in a quad tire that was not holding air. They repaired for free. I was absolutely blown away by the service. I hated to bring the quad tire back in for rotation direction, but there was no issue. Kudos to the entire store, top to bottom.

Went in and purchased 4 new tires for my car. They were very helpful during this transaction and got me in and out quickly. I received all thereceipts so that I could take advantage of rebates.When I went to submit my rebates, the one from Belletire it showed it was already submitted. My service manager wentout of his way to follow up and called and let me know it was filedcorrect and would be coming to me. Next I tried to process the rebatefrom the tire manufacturer and that kept bringing up a problem with myinformation. I went through their customer service twice and theycould not help me to take care of the problem. I went back to myservice manager at Belle Tire and he went to the manufacturer andwas able to get that rebate processed.I am so thankful that this gentleman was very concerned about mysatisfaction that he was happy to help me work out my problems. I was impressed by the whole experience!Alex was great! You need to pay that guy more money! We also cannot forget the techs in the back getting the job done quickly and correctly. The car drove smooth and the rain the next day stood no chance against our new Good Year tires!Communication was amazing compared to what I have had in the past at my local dealership on several occasions. I was kept up to date, everything explained, and I was given the alignment information as well as a hard copy. It made me feel the shop was honest and credible.I also asked about the rebates that were offered at the time of the purchase and once again, Alex explained everything, and showed me the pertinent information I needed to fill out the forms. I appreciated that greatly!

Very good service I made an appointment online and they where ready for my appointment when I arrived and I asked them to do a few more things that was not able online and there was no problems with that took a little longer than I anticipated but that is fine with the extra stuff that I asked them to check replaced three valve stems on my truck free of charge and did a front end alingment my truck hasnt handed this good since I got it from the dealership thank you to everyone that worked on my truck you all did a wonderful job

I realized I had a flat tire in the parking lot next to Belle Tire and they so kindly came and got my car and attempted to fix it for FREE! Unfortunately my tire was too damaged to be repaired but they provided exceptional service and I would 100% recommend them!

These guys saved me more than $200 relative to what the GMC dealership would have charged me. Actually it was more like they saved me $3000!!! Heres what happened:My tires have been slowly leaking due to corrosion of the inner wheel for months. The dealership first said I needed new wheels and quoted me at $3000. Fortunately I called Belle Tire and got another assessment--they said that the wheels could be sanded and sealed. When I told the dealership about this they were going to charge me $200, but Belle Tire did it for FREE. They also rotated and balanced my wheels for a very reasonable price. Justin the manager is a wealth of knowledge and super professional--couldnt be happier with the service I got today!

I had gone to a local tire shop to correct a bad vibration in the wheels, assuming it needed a balance. After leaving there, it was apparent that the vibration had gotten much worse. I called back and they wouldnt get me back in for almost a week. It was a very uncomfortable amount of shaking and I had to get it fixed. I went in to Belle Tire and talked with Sylvester and he took a look and got me in right away. They said the balance was way off and rebalanced the wheels for me. I was anxious to get on the freeway to see how it was and i couldnt believe how much better it was. I have a lift kit and 35s so its already a rough ride, but this made it so much better! I Prefer Discount Tire, better service and prices

So yesterday I got a HUGE stone in my tire. Took it off last night and brought it here for replacement/repair. Tho all our other cars tires were purchased here, turns out these ones were not. Hubby must have opted to grab them closer to work from a different dealer. The gentleman here called them and confirmed that we had indeed bought them there and arranged for us to drop it off (with warranty) to have it fixed. So to be clear, this was not Belles issue, yet he still helped me with a big smile and gracious attitude. Two thumbs up, Belle tire!!!

Absolutely loved it! Was in and out with a oil change and tire rotation in less than a hour. The tire tech Robert was so quick and fast at his job. Even gave him a $20 tip for his work. Highly recommend going here for any needs and service on your car.

Did a great job on fixing tire

Went in this morning to get an alignment check. Had just replaced the front struts and rear shocks everything else was good. Aaron said it would be about an hour, finally an hour goes by. Then I was told by Tyler and Aaron that they cant check the alignment unless they replace my upper control arms. Took me back and showed me where it was clicking he thought but then said it might be loose but he wasnt sure. I Explained it looked fine and there was no clicking. I took the vehicle elsewhere. No issues seen by the other shop. Seemed a bit shady wanting to replace something that might be broke but could also be loose as they both tried to explain. And they wanted to charge $150 for a part that cost $70. Not sure who else has had these issues but it seems they look for parts to replace that arent broken. Checked it again when I got home and it is fine.

I have had so many good experiences with this Belle Tire location! Most recently, i got a flat last night, and a tow truck was not able to come until after 11:00pm. Obviously, the store was closed, so the tow truck operator just left the keys in the drop box. I called this morning at 8:05 to let them know about my car. It was already on the lift! FIVE MINUTES AFTER THEY OPENED they were FIXING MY CAR!! This was incredible to me. Even better, they said they would have it ready around 9:30, but they called at 8:55 to let me know it was ready. I couldnt believe it. They started before they opened and had my car fixed less than an hour after they opened- even though I wasnt there to drop it off or explain anything. Amazing service.

Great shop to go to. They get a lot of volume so sometimes you have to drop your car off....especially during covid season. But they are always pushing to get the customer out as quickly and efficiently as possible

I’ve had good experiences at this location but it seems dependent on what technician you get. I’ve had to go back three times for them to redo work that wasn’t done right the first time. I’d recommend a different location.

Great experience knowlegable and quick the manager is excellent. the logistics of their processing your work is efficient and hey seem to work as a team mutitasking between the checkout and the actual work while on the phone. they are aware of the flow of their services. highly recommend their business.

The Clarks or attendants were not welcoming, they seamed ever busy. Also the timeliness was off. I was told to come back after an hour but when I showed up they came up with excuses.

My car was making a rattling noise and I was told to take it to Belle Tire and they were so helpful and kind on the phone. They got my car in right away and were able to pinpoint the problem. I highly recommend them and will definitely be taking my vehicle back to them for future needs.

Ive had some rough luck trying to get a few repairs done on my car over the last year. As someone with little to no car knowledge, I was starting to get frustrated with the lack of results everywhere else that Ive been. I called Belle Tire to see if they were able to replace a wheel bearing, and not only were they able to get me in right away, but they made sure to walk me through everything they were doing and helped me understand what needed to be done. They found and more importantly FIXED the issues Ive been having, and at a reasonable cost.

Went in for 4 tires and alignment. After 3 hours, my vehicle was parked outside the door. The gentlemen who checked me out said my vehicle was all set and I was missing some wheel studs. Proceeded to talk to another customer on 2 different occasions. Then mentioned that my brakes were down to 2 and 3. I asked, why didn’t you tell me this while you were working on my vehicle? He proceeded to say, we didn’t have time to fix it. I said that’s great as I just replaced my brakes 2 weeks ago with new rotors. He said oh, your all set, here’s your receipt. I have shopped Belle for years. I would not recommend this store.

I purchased a warranty on my truck tires from here. I had a screw hole patched and headed to Georgia. In Chattanooga Tennessee the patch failed.. less than 24 hours later. I had to get it repatched out of state.When I got it patched I waited for over 2 hours and it failed.. the staff is friendly but I wont be back.

8-8/2019 Really nice guys the manager and Armando went out there way today. Their air pump machine was being worked on and the manager asked Armando to put air in my tire. He did it without hesitation. He put air in all 4 tires. Due to that small gesture they have earned themselves a new client.

Use Belle Tire for alignments, brake work, oil changes, and the occasional nail in my tire. Dependable and courteous.

Came in at 5pm to get my tire checked for erosion. This location closed at 6pm on that day. They were super busy and I felt bad. They still helped me out! Even stayed late, fixed the tire erosion and then were super friendly returning the car back!! I was expecting them to be annoyed but never once did they make me feel that way. Super grateful and highly recommend!!

Close to closing and I had to bring in my van to fix a flat. I was expecting them to let it stay overnight and pick up the next morning. Surprisingly they got us in right away. Fixed so quickly and with a great attitude. Good job!

I have been using Belle Tire for decades now. I have always had a good experience. I just purchased 4 new tires and had them installed last night. When inquiring if I could get a walk in installation, the counter person seemed annoyed, but said ok.Upon installation, when I was leaving, there was no thanks for my business....no asking if I had any questions, etc. I stated without prompt, oh youre welcome and the guy laughed and never got what the issue was.I then left and discovered that the Tire Pressure Monitoring system was still active w a warning. I had to drive back. They guy merely stated...oh we have a lot of new people..he probably didnt reset it. Great training programs for a shop with high turnover. Also, I received no caps for my stems.I am wondering if they even spun balanced my tires....I am sure that would be too much trouble.I will NEVER use this company, and especially this location AGAIN. I will also tell everyone I know who needs tires NOT to give them their business.You people need to get a clue on what customer service is!Sincerely,A VERY disappointed customer

First time visit at this location, and very disappointed with customer service. They didnt seem to be very welcoming or friendly, including the Manager, looks like he sets the tone . After purchasing a set of tires for my truck, I was told that my lower ball joints on my vehicle were going to have to be replaced at a cost of $540.00. After taking my vehicle to my dealership, they told me everything was absolutely fine with my ball joints and the front end alignment was great, Interesting 🤔Was going to purchase tires for my wifes car but after this, Belle tire will no longer be my tire provider.

Good guys! They don’t drag their knuckles! Eat paste! Nor mouth breathers! They solved problems on my vehicle. Works good!

Went there, took time off of work and told them to repair my front right tire. They asked why and I said it has had to pumped up three times in 24 hours with lots of air. They told me. We dont see a problem. Left the store bewildered. Have now been pumping up tire all week long. Will never go back!

As numerous others have stated, this place is out to take advantage of people. I would advise literally any place other than this one. Prices are high, warranties are a waste, and they will literally avoid doing it right the first time so you have to pay more later on. Bunch of crooks.

I would have given five but I did not appreciate that I had to go into the store before BT honored the 20% discount off a tire protection plan, even though it was offered through an email that they sent me. I would have preferred to make the transaction over the phone and it would have been so much more convenient. BT employees appeared to be unaware of the offer.

This is the first time I have been to this Belle Tire and I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service on a rotation. At other Belle Tire facilities, the wait is usually much longer.

Just fine when purchasing a new set of tires. After that they can care less! Wife ran over a nail and doesnt even make it a full day without needing air. They said they are to busy and she can make an appointment next week. Not that we would expect it to be done immediately...but come on!! Offered an appointment next week and then pushed service to another location. And dont blame it on being busy because of the first snow fall....this is MI, it happens every year. BTW...called Discount. Their response -sure bring it in we will get to it as fast as we can.... Dropping off late afternoon and will be done by end of day. Guess I know where Ill be buying my next set of truck tires needed soon!

Bought a trailer tire and when I got home realized they where charging almost double what Walmart charges (yes, the same exact tire and size, trailer king II). The guy said they wouldnt, even though their website says they do. And then he hung up on me.

I stopped in yesterday because I had an issue with my tires which I didnt even purchase at Belle Tire. Justin was outstanding and helped with a warranty issue and I was out the door in 2 hours with new tires! Thanks for the great service and I will definitely recommend your services!

Bought tires. Car wobbled very slightly. Was told by staff that it was in the acceptable range and stated I should have bought better tires. Several months later I picked up a screw in a tire. Took it in. They were good about fixing it at no charge BUT never put air back in the tire. Next day I noticed it, put air in it an good ever since. I will go back to Discount.

At an oil change elsewhere, I was told that I was in immediate need of new tires and I was leaving out of town in the morning. So it was about two hours before Belle tire closed and I called and talked with Cody who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly and he said they would get me in and done tonight if I could just head right over. When I got there he was done with his shift and introduced himself as he was leaving and was again, super kind and helpful. When I walked in, I worked with Alex and he knew who I was before I even told him. He was also just as smart and helpful and even at this late hour in his day, he was extremely patient with my questions. They all did an excellent job and because of this, I was able to safely head out of town as planned! Thanks guys!

I came here to have my windshield replaced and for them to check my tires. Windshield went fine, but my tires were down 15lbs of pressure each within 4 hours of picking it up. This hasnt been my first issue with this location, but it will be my last. Their front desk guys were plenty nice, but for being a tire place they may want to actually get someone that knows anything about tires. I will for always choose a different location to go to.

The most dishonest and price gouging company I have ever dealt with. Had a tps sensor bad on the right rear, ALL OTHER WORKING. They said the RR needed to be replaced but had BOTH rear tires off. 100 dollars! was 60 the last time i had it done. Discount tire is 64 with labor. They could not explain to me why its 40 dollars more from the last time. Give me my car back. They put both tires back on and now the rear left reads 1lb psi. Crooks, dont do business with them.

Dont agree with there analysis, went in to get a simple plug because it was the closest place open. They said because the bolt was so broad they cant plug it ( without pulling the bolt) and my tire was too worn.... I had to drive a little further and bought a plug kit, pulled the plug and it was sharp and a small hole.I was able to easily plug myself... I dont like being read from a script to just sell tires. I regret even stopping in...

Very fast service and they even put my donut spare back were its supposed to go instead of just putting it in the back. Very good experience.
