Really nice gym with all the cardio and weight equipment one would need. Also has a large dance studio, indoor track and basketball area. Convenient showers and towels are available and the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and wiping down equipment for ensured sanitation.

Pretty good equipment here. Best time to practice basketball in its gym is in the afternoon around 1-4. Full court games on all courts typically occur right after 4.

You can Always Trust Experiences that are Safe, fun and Interesting. rams head recreation center was So Safe and Original that I find myself Selling the Experience to all my friends. it reminded me of Xenogenesis, You know? A fascinating encounter that leaves one Numb, Dumbfounded and Cheerful. Overall i left ramshead recreation Ovoviviparous with Longer triceps.

Lots of great facilities, free to UNC students.

Disappointed by the rockwall here but otherwise its a decent gym.
