Dont go here! Went in for an oil change, and came out the next couple days smelling oil. Looked into it, and turns out they filled my jeep up with too much oil which is hard on the engine, so I had to fix that myself. Especially with their prices being so high, youd think theyd know how to do a simple oil change but nope:/Ive done my oil changes myself before and only went in because of a coupon. Guess Ill be doing my own oil changes again to get it done right.

When I pulled in all the bays were full. Person came out and showed me which Bay to park behind which I did. Two other cars pulled in on each side of me. I waited for 25 minutes until somebody was done they pulled in the car to the left and then to the right and I sat there for another 5 minutes and left. There are a bunch of people working in there but most of them seem to be more interested in talking. I thought it was an instant oil change.

First time experience. Very thorough and professional! No delays and right to the task. Very nice people, everyone I talked to were very nice. Great experience!

This review is to thank Jon and his team. A few days after my oil change on my 2017 Ford Raptor I noticed oil spots in my driveway. I went back and they checked my truck, wiped it down but could not find a leak. The oil spots though small continued. I went back and spoke to Jon the manager. He located some oil on the engine but because of the skid plates could not confirm where the leak was coming from. He replaced the drain plug and wiped everything down again. The spotting continued in my driveway so I went back one more time. Jon had taken the time to look up my truck on his personal time and discovered this model and year had some issues with a leaking oil pan seal. He suggested I take it into the dealership to have it looked at and assured me that if it was related to the oil change in any way, he would reimburse me for the expense. Jon was correct, the oil pan was leaking and the dealership fixed it under warranty. It turns out it was just a coincidence that it began leaking around the time I had the oil change. Jon and his team were polite, attentive and never gave me a hard time about checking out the leak. I was impressed that Jon cared enough to look into this on his own even after he was confident this was not an issue caused my the oil change. Thank you for your hard work, dedication and customer service.

Quick oil changes I love going there...

I visited on 7/28/20 and the guys were great. A little less than 3 months ago I got an oil change from them which was quick and reasonably priced. Unfortunately my car started to leak oil shortly after the oil change. Due to all of the COVID-19 changes, I was not driving that car and did not realize how much oil it was leaking. I put off doing anything for about 3 months but finally brought it back in to Valvoline. The guys did a leak check and found that there was a crack in the oil filter housing. I have a Volkswagen and they did not have the part in store so the manager on duty started to call around town to see if they could get the part anywhere. He called literally everyone in and around town to get me the part that I needed. Then he drove his personal car to go get the part for me. In the end I waited about 2.5 hours in which the guys were friendly and struck up some conversation. When the part came they installed it and added about 2 quarts of oil. In the end they did not charge me a penny. I greatly appreciate all the effort the manager and all the guys put forth on 7/28/20

Thrilled with my experience here! And my poor car put these guys through their paces, without a doubt!Brought in a vehicle that hadnt had an oil change in 16 months - dont ask! - despite hard use. These guys rose to the challenge, despite having to run out twice to the parts store.They never once made me feel like I was wasting their time and, in fact, kept apologizing TO ME for taking so long! Which, it didnt, given what needed to be done.I will happily bring all of my vehicles back here for service. Great staff, very reasonable prices and quality work!Im including a picture of the HORROR these poor guys had to pull out of my Santa Fe.

Got my oil changed on Saturday. Went to this location because the location I usually go to was busy. There were a lot of employees standing around while I waited for 45 minutes with two cars in front of me. Other than that, they are nice and try to get you out of there fast.

Manager was kind of a jerk. Wont be going back.

I will only patronize this Valvoline. They make sure that customers are seen in a timely manner, they notify you of the needs in the present that your vehicle should receive (ex. trans changes, belts, etc.) and why. All of the guys are grade a top level employees with a vast information of knowledge. I travel 15 minutes on a good weather day to this location!!! Thanks for all You guys and ladies do!! Unfortunately not the best experience - went in for an oil change a few weeks back. Service was fine, done quickly, etc. They told me I had an oil leak after the change was completed, which was strange since I didn’t have one when driving in. Noticed minor leaking, which forced me to park in the road instead of the driveway to preserve it until I had time to find out why it was now leaking. Found out that they had stripped the drain plug and it was not sealed anymore. Overall the pricing was a little high, but fine since I had a first time customer coupon which gave a few dollars off, but one thing I know about service is that if you’re going to lie about problems you created rather than being honest, you’ll have some pretty unhappy customers.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy. Drive out of my way to ONLY let them change my oil. I trust them to do a great job for me and take good care of my car. Thank you Valvoline!!👍

Had my oil checked and I was down a quart, Professional and fast service

Got my oil changed here a while back, I went to change my oil myself and saw that they stripped my oil bolt down to half the size it should be. On top of price gouging me in the first place and then giving me a 10 minute speech to convince me to buy their ridiculous overpriced unnecessary things they offered.

Brad, Hunter, and Francisco were lovely. Always have a good experience at Valvoline.

I got there at 1103 am and was told it would be about a 25 min wait i did not get out of there till 1241 seems a bit long but i am not complaining they did the best they could they checked the lights and air in the tires and wiper blades all before i got into the building to get my oil changed and all the guys stayed busy and did a great job when i pulled in line there was 3 lines 2 cars ahead of us all so if you look at the big pitcher it took them. 1hour and 40 min to do 9 cars so technically it took 15 min a car i think that is a good time

Avoid this place. Oil changes are overpriced. They claimed I had oil in my coolant and advised I go elsewhere to have this checked out.They claimed it could be a head gasket issue. My car had less than 45,000 miles.... so obviously I didnt believe them. Instead of arguing, I just decided to leave as I did not trust the staff at this point.Upon arrival back home I checked my coolant there was no oil found in my coolant, not sure why they made this claim, unless they just wanted me to go elsewhere.The cost of the oil change was also astronomical. Avoid being ripped off and being given false information, shop elsewhere.

Fast, friendly, fair and wonderful

Great place to work if you do not mind work place retaliation. I took a better job elsewhere. Because I did this the store manager John Alspaugh decides that my personal belongings belonged in the garbage. I had to dumpster dive to retrieve them. Corporate told me it was my fault. So I do not recommend Valvoline as a company, that is for sure.

Get my oil changed here regularly. Very polite and respectful attendees and answer questions I may have. Helpful in many ways and if unable to help with something, have had good referrals of where/who to go to.

Best Valvoline instant oil change Ive been to. Joseph and Ty(lan?) were both very diligent and thorough. Very friendly and answered all my questions and didnt push reccomended maintenance after I declined it like other places tend to do. Very satisfied.

ORIGINAL REVIEW-Quick and easy oil change.Used an on line coupon for a good price.UPDATE (2nd visit)-Returned at 3,000 miles. Had a coupon but, even with coupon, this visit was more. Wont be back at this price ($41)!Feel taken advantage of, with coupon deal to get you in the door but, then price jumps up at next visit.

I would strongly discourage someone to go here. It was very clear that I was being ripped off. I arrived and all of the attendants were nice. Matt began to take my information. He stated that the oil change would be $100 dollars, which is outrageous. I no thank you, then he said okay I’ll take off $20. Which I continued to say no. He continued to try and up-sell me until I left. After leaving, I had asked a few passerby’s where to get that oil change. Since I am new to town, I mentioned this specific Valvoline. They stated it has a bad reputation as well. Please avoid if possible. It is outrageously expensive.

I spoke with Manager, Brock, as he guided me throughout my visit on what I needed today and didnt pressure me at all when I needed to postpone some of his other suggestions for a later visit and gave me a printed list of things in case my son might want to fix himself instead.I will definitely be back.

Gregory did an amazing job of running through what is recommended without being pushy. I wish more oil change services could be as informative while understanding that not everyone wants to have an oil change turn into a sales pitch.

Not impressed. I told the workers that I only wanted the cheap oil, not the high end stuff that costs an arm and a leg. They insisted that I needed the high end oil and I kept politely saying that I was okay with the normal oil. They still went ahead and put in the high end oil and proceeded to charge me $107 for something that I didn’t want. On top of this, they continued to tell me that I needed other things done, just for a few more bucks. Not impressed. Will not be returning.

I have been using this Valvoline for several years on all my cars and they have always been GREAT! One time they fixed a wiper blade arm with some WD-40, when the dealer wanted to replace the arm for over $100! Its been 2 years and the wiper blade arm is just fine. I keep going back because of things like this.

They never fill up my windshield washer fluid even though I ask them twice and then they lie and say they do. I drive 8000 miles a month so see them monthly and I pay 80-120 bucks. You would think they would listen yet every 2 months I always have to go buy washer fluid when I run out. They are only concerned about selling me every upgrade possible. Never using Valvoline again.

Fast and cheap

Most of the time I receive great service here. I go here Everytime I need an oil change, and its nice they top off everything and check a bunch of stuff while youre there. The prices can be a bit steep, but its nothing I mind too much. The main reason for the three stars is this one employee there Ive gotten the last couple times Ive been there. He was visably irritated with me after I pulled in incorrectly (which was an easy quick fix) and for the rest of my time being there he was blunt and kind of rude to me. I dont want this one employee to ruin the entire experience for me though, so 3/5.

Its a great places, they write the date on the filter and hand it down in to the Bay. I appreciate that. Just remember they will try to up-sell you everything, however they dont seem dishonest about it though, just like theyre being pushed by their manager to sell. I personally know my vehicle and tell them no about everything lol.

Service was friendly but lengthy. The sad part was they put the wrong amount if air in my tires and when i returned to have them correct it, the manager wanted me to wait again instead of handling the issue right away! Not very good customer service! I will not be returning!

My go to location for oil changes and any routine maintenance. Staff is always friendly, and even with recommendations by them, I do not feel pressured to do something. Definitely worth checking out!

Will not return! They didnt put my oil or air filter case/lid on properly, the tubes were clearly not right and left other parts loose. Another mechanic recognized it and refused to work on my car until they fixed it. Manager was fake and blamed it on a new guy which was standing right beside him. Then he gave me a 10$ off coupon, no thanks!

Had oil change done there in November will never go there again never put oil cap on tight had a major oil leak drove to Arizona for winter when we got there found out when it was serviced in Kentwood oil cap underneath was not put on tight could of ruined our motor beware of this place never use this place again bad workers !!!
