Hank and Greg are always very welcoming when I go there I have been going to Monro since I got my first car in 2019 and the service is amazing. They always have me in and out in a timely matter. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone because it is always service with a smile. I feel like I’m around family with them and it is always a fun and respectful environment. I got new tires here a year ago & they were really great. They helped me get the price down as much as possible and seem like genuine and honest people. I got an oil change there as well and had a pleasent experience again, even though they had to deal with my gunked up motor from me waiting too long to get an oil change. A great place to get your car fixed!

I recently took my Nissan in for a check engine and TPMS light. They did a great job with fixing my car! Theyre always friendly and I feel like they have my best interest in mind. They also easily explain what needs to be done and why. Ive had no issue after their repairs and oil changes. Ive had experiences with other shops where the job was poorly done or their fix instantly caused another issue. Not here. I will be going back for future oil changes and car issues!

Called this shop with a detailed explanation of what I wanted done on my car, waited 4 days for an appointment just to show up and them tell me they thought I only wanted to look under it. Excuse me? I don’t have a lot of time at all being an over the road trucker, and I wasted 4 days waiting for my appointment to be able to get a job done on my car I’ve been trying to do for weeks and show up just for them to tell me I need to wait longer to actually have the job done and the appointment was basically just to raise and gawk at the car. Incompetent workers, do not recommend this shop if you want to be taken seriously .

I came in to get my Colorado serviced and they found a nail in my tire! Not to worry though, they patched it very quickly and for a very good price. Craig is a good manager and very sociable. The men in the shop were also incredibly polite and nice from my interaction with them. Im going to start coming here!

I go to this location particularily, because the service here, as well as the environment at this particular location is great! The lobby is always comfortable when waiting, and the employees are friendly.

Craig was very professional and personable. They were transparent on what was wrong with my vehicle and the cost of repair which was competitive in price. I also liked the detailed courtesy vehicle inspection which was more detailed than I have received from my normal dealership. They have earned my business for any auto repairs moving forward. I would recommend them because of their great customer service and ease of doing business.

My car always comes out spic and span when I bring it here for oil changes and miscellaneous fixes. The service is very fast, and the manager, Craig, is a fantastic young man who seems to quite enjoy his job! Its always nice to see upstanding young men in the service industry.

The charge $100 an hour, this is not a $100 an hour shop. If you got more money then time you could do worse. Nice guys, clean shop and all, I did give them multiple chances, I wont be taking my trucks here. So close to our new house, I will be and should have been taking my stuff to our trusted shop across town.

I wanted to bring my car in to get fixed but I had stuff I needed to do at home, these wonderful gentleman told me that they could drop me off at home and pick me up. What a wonderful service center.

Funny how my review was deleted. But Im posting it again. We took our 09 Dodge to have work done to the undercarriage. I spent over $1500.00.when i went to pick up the car work was done that was not discussed. I told them that I had to make a 10hr trip and wanted the car in tip top shape. They told me that I would not have problems.. Well yep you guessed it.. I didnt even get out of Michigan and car trouble. I took it to a Dodge dealership and they showed me that Monroe used new and old parts and proceed to show me the frame. The mechanic at the dealership stuck his finger threw the frame. Here we are in Chicago and had to have anoter $1200 work done to it bcause of Monroe. Would I take my vehicle back to them? NO

We showed up with two vehicles without an appointment for an oil change in each vehicle. I also had a coupon for $50 because of a crappy experience at another location. They were accommodating and able to get one vehicle done right away and we left the other while we ran errands. They got it done quickly and adjusted the price of the oil changes to equal the coupon. Im grateful for their accommodation and the timely service.

Great Experience! The manager Nathan took time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle and what was causing the issues in detail both over the phone and in person once they had diagnosed the issue. Ive brought two vehicles to Monro for brakes. They gave me a fare price, not the cheapest but Im overall happy, especially with the turn time. They are able to get their customers in and out within a very reasonable time! They are honest about their diagnosis which is clearly HUGE when it comes to mechanics.The prices on tires are out of this world in comparison to Berger Chevrolet, Discount Tire and Kool Chevrolet.

No place to park pulled up in front of doors to check hours seen they were open so I opened the door to ask how much an alignment was and before I even could dude said you need to park your car. I said I was just wondering how much an alignment was and he says park your fricken car and Ill tell you.very rude I will never go back.

Here are the reasons why I gave one star to this business and do not recommend it:1. One of the mechanics (?) almost damaged my manual transmission trying to move the car. He did not know how to drive a car with a manual gearbox but wasnt humble enough to admit it. That was so embarrassing.2. They advertise that free tire rotation is included in their oil change packages. Well! Good luck! They did not rotate my tires.3. They damaged my oil drain plug and had me purchase a new one (from them).4. They have a sign there asking people to give them a five-star review on Google for a discount. Had I seen this before they started working on the car, I wouldve left immediately.

I was very happy with the friendly and fast service. Loved the convenience of scheduling appointments online. I know nothing about cars so I really appreciated that employees didn’t treat me like an idiot and they respected my concerns about my vehicle. Love Monro! Their lead tech Hank and manager Nate are extremely thorough in their work and are always finding ways to save me money when and where they can. Professional, polite, knowledgeable, but most importantly they stay on top of communicating what is wrong when they find out what the problem is, what other options are available, the time frame and prices from start to finish. 10/10 experience every time.

Service seems fair and reasonable. Only reason I give 4 stars is because I was quoted a price then they called back later and said they made a mistake with the pricing. Didnt offer an apology but said Well at least I didnt do the work without asking and charge you more. I get it that they cant exactly give away services due to honest errors but even $10 off the oil change and an apology would have gone a long way.

Bad customer service. I just called for an over the phone quote and spoke with Matthew. I asked if he was able to give me an over the phone idea or quote for front breaks on my vehicle. He said he was not. Didn’t try to explain why or ask me if I wanted to come in or try to help or obtain my business in any way. No wonder why this place has not so great reviews. I was just trying to understand if I was going to be paying 200 or 600.. I would pay more just for better service.

My 2002 Saturn broke down on me. The tired rod was broke and it needed a new coil and strut. My daughters graduation is in a couple days and they originally quoted me about $486+ tax. I told the repairman that was way over what I could afforded. He told me to hold on and recalculated the price and dropped it down to $415 out the door for me. He took off a hour worth of labor. I cried when I went in and paid for it. I was glad they were compassionate given that I am a single mom. Would definitely use their service again and recommend a friend.

I needed a muffler gasket replacement, they want to replace it with $1500, including catalytic converter, oxygen sensors and what not ... mind you that sensors are perfectly fine ...

I came in here for breaks and they got all 4 pads and rotors done in a quick fashion for a very good price. Craig was very polite and Brandon and John worked like a team to get me in and out as fast as possible.

Have been coming to Monroe for several years now. Always had great service. Managers have come and gone from the stores, most were good, John from Jenison store was horrible. Ended up going to Division store and I was owed a new tire senser. Bill helped me out with that and even the same day. Thank you for your good service.
