Terrible business practices. Went in as a walk in they told me an hour and 45 minutes until theyre able to get to me. 2 hair stylist werent doing anything except sweeping the floor. I sat in there for 20 minutes as I watched her make phone call after phone call trying to get ahold of people who scheduled online. Never once did she talk to anybody, just left voice mails. After about the 7th call she walked in back and never came back out. I will never be going back. Thanks cassie you have motivated me to never come back.

For the price of around $28 you’ll get a quality cut and a wash. There just isn’t much in comparison around here for that price.The customer service has been great and the environment is also welcoming and family friendly to all.I wouldn’t recommend buying hair product here last it’s a little on the expensive side.

I was standing there for a while no one waved or said will be with u shortly they just looked at me and looked the other way so i decided to take my buisness somewhere else where is appreciate it.

They charged my 11 years kid as an adult hair cut, and they didnt even washed his hair before to cut it with scissors.

It is busy, but that is to be expected. You check in and wait in ur car or the stores close by. They call u when u are on deck. Just expect a small wait first thing in the morning.

I have been a customer of the Lancaster Sportsclips since it opened. I have received mixed results-mostly so-so haircuts. But I’m a creature of habit. Recently I received a haircut that was bad on one side. Didn’t notice it till after I left. Since then been either out of town or working till around 9. On the 8th day since haircut had time to go in to ask them to fix it They said I was past the 7day grace period and would have to pay for a full haircut. Really for a loyal customer? One day for an obviously bad haircut? Wouldn’t listen. I won’t be going back.

I was very pleased with this venue. My stylist was very polite and professional. Even though the place was packed when I arrived it is obviously well managed and is next door to a Starbucks, I had just enough time to get a beverage and to start drinking it before my name was up. Overall I was happy with my haircut as well.

Been there 4 times in the last 12 months. I went in on the first part of the week each time and never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. I always got there very soon after they open. Gloria twice gave me the BEST haircut of my life, A+! The other 2 times my cut was still an A, much better than any other place Ive been to in the last 60 years.They are a bit pricey but then you get what you pay for. Ill be going there from now on. I have no doubts about the skills of the folks working there. They act professionally and seem to be happily into what theyre doing. The only minus is apparently you cant pick and choose who you want to do your cut.

Due to Covid-19 I had to sign in and wait in my car.1 hour later they called me and said they were ready. As far as I’m concerned your not that good and nobody should wait more than 15 minutes for a haircut. Very unreasonable. Don’t know if I’ll go back.

To be fair most of the girls do a great job I had a couple that didnt want to even touch your head,ears,hair...guess what type of job you signed up for? Cut hair. So pls dont make the customer uncomfortable by your disgust of touching a human being.

My husband comes here all the time and he really likes this place. He believes its a reasonable price for the hair cut, service is good as well. One thing I just saw reading the reviews was that who ever is replying to these unsatisfied customers is not applying customer is always right. Of course some of these people are making things up, but as someone who is trying to keep customers coming back you have to apologize and seem like you care because it really looks like youre not taking responsibility for a bad review. Everyone makes mistakes and some may not be made up. It just makes this company look like youre not on the customers side even if theyre wrong, but hey what ever works for you. My husband will most likely keep coming back because he likes this place. He hasnt had a bad experience here yet and I hope he never does.

Great place like a mens salon you can get the mvp and get a warm face towel lil neck massage and a great haircut. They also keep track of how you get your hair done so if you dont have the same hair stylist they still know what you get. Sports on big TVs as well while you wait. If you get the app you can check in on your way and have lil to no wait time.

I am very picky about my hair and this place is the only place Ill go to in the AV. I have very thick hair so it takes a pro to cut it and the girls here know what they are doing. People complain about paying alot for a haircut but if you want a quality haircut then you need some cash. Plus the MVP is just nice and relaxing. Keep up the great work girls.

My boyfriend stopped in for a quick trim and we are very disappointed. Though service was quick and the shop appeared clean, the job itself was very poor. For a simple buzz cut we came home to find areas around the ears and neck with missed spots, as well as the top off the head with long strands that were missed.Another disappointment was the large amount of hair all over his face and neck. The girl said it would be extra to wash it out, but didnt offer a mirror to check her work, a wet rag to wipe up her sloppy job, or even a simple brush to sweep away the hair.As another reviewer said... being irritated enough to take the time to write a negative review should speak volumes!

I took my son and they messed up on his hair not once but twice and his hair is completely uneven and it just looks absolutely awful!

Aesthetically picturesque, large flat screen TVs everywhere; similar to a sports bar but without cocktails and wings. Waaaay overpriced for a simple haircut for an 8 year old ($22) . The haircut took 17 mins total and was shoddy; any untrained person with clippers could have accomplished the same results. Perhaps it was an awful haircut because we walked in without an appointment but YIKES. I tipped $2 because the girl that cut his hair tried to initiated conversation with a gabby 8 year old, albeit awkward at least she tried. Ill never visit this place again merely because the haircut was simply bad, it looked as if it had 2 weeks of growth from an appropriate haircut. Dont waste your time, go elsewhere!

Had to go back and point out the hair that was not trimmed properly on my son. Also, they do not give you a choice for a tip. It forces the customer to give a tip, even when the haircut was bad. Not recommend at all. And I do not know any of the competition. Fix the problem and do not point the finger!
