My 1st time in, the Owner Lucy and her husband are absolutely lovely, making me feel comfortable and at home, immediately! Busy for a Monday, yet everything flowed nicely, and attention to detail was top priority. My nails feel healthy again and I will go back!!!

I came here yesterday to do my nails around 530ish and for some reason they were rushing us to pick a color etc.. but in my mind why rushing bcuz I still have time since they closed at @7pm! Oh no the process of them working on my nails was horrible as you can see photos attached smfh! I’m going back for them to redo my nails bcuz this just bs work they did yesterday😡😡😡

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! Me and my sister in law came in as walk-ins and were helped immediately. We were welcomed by the whole team, and were given options of services with cost and colors right away. Nails looked great when done, and massages were great too! We have found our new favorite spot - make sure to say hi to Lucy, she’s the best!

Literally love Vincent and Henry. Such gentle souls and hilarious. Very kind, professional and do amazing nail work. The salon is very clean and cute, comfortable chairs, proper covid precautions in place.Unfortunately have to change my review. The past 2 times I came in was ridiculous. The first time it took over 1.5 hours to complete a full set. The nails were still good quality.When I came in for a fill and 1 nail fix, the woman, I believe Vincents wife, did my nails. Not only did my thumb nail break THE NEXT DAY.. She charged me $48 for a fill and 1 nail fix. What? I only pay $45/$50 for a gel full set w Henry and Vincent. Polish was put on thick and lumpy, not nearly the work I am used to here. I am really sad because I loved the first few sets I got... going to give them another chance and will update when I do!

This place is too overpriced and tells customers theyll give them a discount for work that was not the best quality and didnt last two weeks and then charge more than what they charged customers the first time for the same service. My friend got her acrylic nails done last Saturday, and they came off five days later when they should last at least two weeks until they need to be re-filled. She went to get them done again yesterday and was told they would give her a discount and then charged more than the first time with the same service with no discount. I will never go back to this nail salon because theyre too overpriced and do not treat their customers with excellent service or do what they say.

I use to go there and it was great service in the beginning before they renovated. Unfortunately when I went there recently to get my nails done, the customer service wasn’t too great but got the job done. My last straw was when the person that was doing my nails was carelessly filing, cut two of my fingers. One of them bled, the person didn’t bother to check in on me and just wiped off the file and continued. I didn’t want to say anything about it because at that point I wanted to pay and leave. I gave a two stars only because I feel sad that this was my go to place when getting my nails done, and I hope that it becomes a bit better. But won’t be coming back unfortunately.

Honestly the stickers didnt stick at all the first day I got them done on my nails but overall the experience was awesome but I would recommend not getting stickers done on your nails I thought they were supposed to clear coat over them after they stuck them onto your nail but they didnt for me

They dont really do a good job cleaning under my toe nails or scrub all of the dry skin off my heels. Massage was like 5 mins and they painted my toes in a rush so they can get the next customer, missing the edges of a few toes. I feel they also reuse their toe separater because when they removed the one they used on me, it was put back in the drawer instead of tossed in the trash can. This is gross and a big concern as some people may have athletes foot and thats contagious. I would go elsewhere next time.

Best service ever very professional staff !

Friendly service. I have very sensitive hands & skin & the guy technician was so gentle with my hands. He did an amazing job on my nails & I definitely will be going back to get my nails done there. Even though its quite a ways drive from my house, its definitely worth it.

My boyfriend and I decided to stop in for pedicures ahead of an anniversary trip to Hawaii. We were told that they would not do a pedicure for my boyfriend because they don’t work on men...? Disappointing because I had a couple good experiences with them in the past. We took our business elsewhere and ended up with great pedicures.

I love my nails whenever I get them done here.

Saw good reviews & gave it a shot. Pinky cuticle cut & bled, now infected. Thumb cuticle cut & bled.... not infected, thankfully. Will absolutely NEVER return to this nail salon. Over 20 years & Ive never gotten an infection from a nail salon.

I checked their hours and they said they close at 7:30pm so, I go and their customer service was horrible. They didn’t even greet you. We just wanted to get our nails removed and they said no because they don’t get paid overtime and keep in mind I got there at 6:35. I’m new to the area and this location wasn’t a good idea.

They always have available appointments and super friendly employees. Every time I come back into town I come here. Love the service!

100% love this place! They do get busy at peak times because... they’re AMAZING... so sometimes there is a wait. But they’re work has always been great for me, the staff is friendly and personable, especially the owner. He’s wonderful! And he does great work. Definitely my go-to salon in this area!

I usually don’t get a manicure or pedicure as much as I should but every time I come into sky nails it’s been a pleasurable experience! I usually come in to get my eyebrows waxed! I have not had a problem with that but my daughter did! I think the wax was too hot and it caused her to blister and swell but that has only happened once in the many times that we have been here! They have always been kind and attentive to us when we have been here! There are different pedicure options at different price ranges! We will be back! Thank you for always going a great job

Got the deluxe pedicure and the owner did a half job. Was there for 3 hours and they switched technicians multiple times because they became busy. Nails didn’t dry after 3 hours when I went home I noticed my nails smeared. Rushed the pedicure and my full set. Would not recommend this place!

Ive been here many times but after taking a break from getting my nails done for a few months came back and the service was terrible, I asked for a acrylic french tip and was given a gel set..even after i interjected and was ignored..I wanted them oval instead of my usual square I was told how aweful they would look by the only gal in a face mask and after I insisted my preference she rudely pushed my hands toward a warmer blow dryer and said my hands were too cold for her she then roughly worked on my nails and more than once shook my hand and told me to relax at point I actually teared up and almost walked out...Im a mom of five kids plus extras I have living with me and rarely do I treat myself...this was a non relaxing, rude,brash environment. My husband was mortified and asked if getting nails done was always so rough..no I said this lady was ridiculous. Really should have walked out...never again will I use this salon! One star because my nails actually looked ok...for the treatment I indured....

Henry typically does my nails. I enjoy hearing Vincent sing and Henry humming which makes the experience so relaxing and calming. Awesome way to pamper yourself and enjoy consistent self care. The salon can get pretty busy but I never feel like Henry is rushing me along to get to the next person especially since it has been quite a few times I have been one of the last customers prior to the salon closing!

Lucy the owner did my nails after an horrible experience at another nail shop not far from sky nails spa. Lucy gave my nails life I love them. Ill definitely will be going back for my fill an pedicure. Oh an did I mention they have different selections for pedicures?

He not only gave one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon, but took care of small details that I usually have to ask to be taken care of. He was such a pleasure to talk to. I used to love this place. Then after their remodel they raised their prices significantly. After the 1st visit of their remodel they over charged me. Went back in the 2nd time and and showed them what happened and they accused me of lying and told me to never come back. Worst customer service ever!

Stumbled upon this salon 45 minutes before closing and were treated like royalty. A family-owned business that cares very much about the service they provide. My friend and I both got great manicures (thank you Lucy and Vincent) and commented to one another upon leaving that we had never had so much fun getting our nails done! Highly recommend.

I was a walk-in on a very busy Sunday (hardly any shops are open on Sunday). Vincent came over within 5 minutes of my walking in to ask what services I needed that day. Once I told him I needed a fill and color (regular, not shellac) he showed me the appropriate polish wall (great color choices). He was very upfront about costs. I am beyond happy with my choice to come to Sky Nails Spa in Kent because with the fill, they corrected the ridges, curves, etc. that I have hated since a previous fill elsewhere. Everyone at Sky Nails Spa was very personable and professional. The lady next to me getting acrylics had even brought her toddler in, whom was welcomed into the shop with open arms. This is very much a family business and Im grateful to have finally found a shop I enjoyed going to, even if it is a 15 minute ride.

Vincent and (I believe her name is) Susan are my two favorites! They have never let me down and always treated me amazing! They always remember me and are so kind!

When we first began going in, they were great. The last three times we were barely greeted or acknowledged. Im friendly and tip well. Always a $5 tip for a fill or pedicure. Not sure what changed but my friends and I wont be returning. Im happy that their business is doing so well that they can be rude and pick and choose who they want to serve.We stopped in today and yes I realize its Saturday and busy when you are a walk in but they barely spoke to us. One sentence... You want a fill? I said yes. The person didnt say another word. Like its a 30 minute wait or can you make an appointment for later... Nothing. Just ignored us. We walked out. Which actually was a blessing. We found a place that it brighter, cleaner and does high quality work. So all in all, their rudeness resulted in us finding a gem of a nail salon!!

I had such a fantastic experience here compared to other nail places. They were nice, friendly, and funny. Not to mention beautiful nails. Cant wait to come back for my next set!

I have to agree with other reviews this place will nickel and dime you for every charge they can see fit. I took my daughter in and they charged her extra for everything possible, even for the shape of her nails! I have never in my 20 years of getting nails did I get charged for shaping of nails. What else is she supposed to do bite them down??? Never going back just be fully warned to pay at least $10 to $15 more then what they mean

I love this place. They are nice and friendly. My daughters and I come here for our mommy and me days evey other month. They enjoy getting their nails painted and the big fish tank.

Personnel do not finish their jobs. They leave you hanging in the mix of finishing your appointment and goes to attend to other customers who come to the business. If you try to address the issue they try to play it off pretend it didnt happen while you are there. I highly recommend people to stay away.....Take your money somewhere else.

They always do a great job and are very friendly but I have concerns of how clean their equipment is. The towels are really disgusting and they used the same electric file on me as I watched them hand it to another technucion who used it on her customer. No cleaning or swap out for a clean one. I just feel the lack of keeping the place and their equipment clean is a real concern.

They do great work! But they ram up their prices. My first session was shellac for $20 then $25 then $30 and I always tip $5. I got short nails but this last time I went I paid $35 total it was just short nails, shellac. The gal next to me paid a total of $25 for acrylic fill and a design. $35 for just shellac lol I think it’s a bit pricey. Will look elsewhere because their prices are not consistent. I think it depends who you get. When they finish they ask you “do you like your nail” I do but damn I went from paying $20 to now $30! No design, nothing fancy just short nails.

I really appreciate the fact the workers here actually try to have conversation, and are really nice. I also appreciate that they cater to their customers every want, and always respond, Yes to every request. And lastly, they do a very lovely job.

I moved to Kent From the Bonney Lake area, and I tried 6 other Nails places in a 3 month period around this area and Sky Nails has the absolute best Customer Service and reasonably priced. They are now my new home for any nail service needed. Walk-Ins and by appointment. 5 stars!!

I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!! Lucy is my favvvvvv, my nails are always done perfect! I love how they always take their time, I was the last customer if 2017, they stayed about an hour and a half for me, such great personalities.

I love this salon! I walked in with only 30 min left before closing. Lucy and her fiance Vincent (ownera of salon) were more than happy to see me (even though I wanted a full set with design). Lucy sat me down right away while Vincent helped me choose a color and design. They are so cute the way the work as a unit. They didnt rush me or push me into getting something easier or faster. They seemed more than happy to stay late, LONG after hours. They even gave me a pedicure!Im not too sociable and they were very mindful of that and slowly got me to warm up. I learned they just opened the salon TODAY. I had no idea they were very organized and prepared for just opening. They are getting married at the end of this year. After they save up enough money so I made sure to give them a big tip. Make sure to look up sky nails in Kent NOT federal way as there is two sky nails.

Not too bad. Average work. Make sure you are clear as to what type of services you want as communication does not transmit well between two different workers. Asked for a deluxe mani pedi ($55). The pedicure was done very well. The manicurist had no idea that Id asked for the combo package and proceeded as if it was a regular manicure, I had to say something about it early on. Also, she didnt do the entire manicure, she skipped the exfoliation piece. This is the 2nd time Ive been here and I dont have a desire to return.

I waited for an entire hour to get my nails done. It was kinda busy so I didn’t mind, except one worker was watching someone get their nails painted doing nothing. I assumed he was learning a new technique and did not say anything however after an hour of waiting a new customer walked in and he immediately began serving her. Disappointing that I wasted so much of my time, I will definitely never go back.

Beautiful clean salon. All equipment is new. The deluxe spa pedicure with the hot stones is amazing. All the techs are nice and do a great job.

Got the 35$ pedi; was surprised at how much I got out of it. It involved lavendar salt scrub, both mint and jasmine lotion rubs. There was a hot towel wrap, stones, and 2 different foot soaks.

Been in 3 times, as a new customer you’re treated like gold. As a repeat customer I find that they’re rude and don’t really care about your business. Don’t acknowledge when you walk through the door, just look at you and continue.

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. The guy took the nail machine to my nail and cut my cuticles up on multiple fingers, when I asked him to fix it, he began to tell me that I had to pay an extra 5 dollars for something HE MESSED UP. Then continued to say since I was bleeding I was fine. Then to top it off, they wouldnt let me finish getting my nails painted until I paid them beforehand. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Was a regular customer for the past 6 years. After this past weekends trip, Ill never go back. Word of caution IF you do go here, dont let ANYONE other than Kim (the owner) do your acrylic nails. No one else is even remotely capable of doing a decent job. So very frustrated. I attempted to go back in today so they could fix my nails and the nail tech just stared at me, like I was rude for asking them to fix them (even though I pointed out the issues at my original visit and she still didnt fix it then).

I went to get a full set which was 45 I think but I got gel and they did a pretty good job. The nails were done fast and nice, the only thing is that they didnt do anything with my cuticles but other than theyre fine and the customer service was good

One time I came here got a foil set for $65 which is fine came to the second time hey girl promised to do a job and then left at closing time leaving me with a half done terrible job then came back to have her finally do a foil set and I had prepaid that same night that she said she could do the job $100 now the second time I was here which we just went over I ended up paying $35 more and twice a headache for the same job came the third time went home a week and a half later the set started to break call them to correct the error they try to charge me half price clipped my nails off essentially and just chalked it up to loss even tried to come back the 4th time I was told there was nobody there who can help me and to come back to the next day terrible practice very unhappy and shame on you

NEW OWNERS!!!! The staff here are so friendly and they do the most amazing manicures and pedicures!!! They have so many polish colors to choose from!! I live 30 min sites away and it is worth the drive every time!
