Great salon! They have loyal customers and that’s a good sign. They also have three little dogs who are friendly and obviously well-cared for. I had a 1:00 appointment and had to wait 1/2 hour but they did a good job. I had a shellac manicure and a shellac pedicure—it cost me $75, which for Seattle is a good deal. My feet needed a lot of care and they took care of me. I recommend this place.

AMAZING!!!! I am in love with my nails! I have been getting my nails done for about 15 years and I’ve never had someone put SO MUCH love into my nails like they did here! My initial visit was to fix a broken nail, i stopped by after reading their good reviews and because I reside so close to them and they were such nice people I decided to come back for my fill and I’m glad I did! They are so detailed and make sure their work is perfect! My nails feel super durable and secure which is important for long acrylics. I let Vincent freestyle a design on my nails and I’ve gotten compliments on them every where I go! I would’ve never thought up the awesome design he did for me. Not to mention they haven’t even lifted yet! Everyone that was there were long time customers and they know everyone by name which I thought was awesome. They aren’t the cheapest experience so definitely make sure you ask questions on pricing but I can ABSOLUTELY say they are worth every penny! Nobody will ever put more love into your nails!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I have been coming here for 18 years and refuse to go anywhere else. My nails are always on point and they always make sure I am well taken care of. I come in get in my chair, Vincent puts on a movie for me and they do the rest while I just relax. The complaints I’ve seen on here are people that just don’t know good work and don’t like to pay for services they don’t get done regularly. I pay no matter what because the staff is the best and I feel like family. Love you guys!!!

Pictures do not do justice! They did exactly what I was imagining 😍 I should have asked how much the chrome powder + french tip + fill because I was quite shocked at the end, even though they have a menu on the wall I was eyeballing for an estimate($65 in the end.) The shaping was done by one person and the design was done by another... I came with a friend, however we spent 2 hours here...I feel like Ill come back for friendliness and technique. Be prepared for price shock if you dont ask. Also they have dogs in the shop that do readily greet you at the door.

Amazing service and wow my pedicure not only looks great, but it felt great too! Perfect way to unwind after long week. Only visiting for work, but I will definitely be back before I leave here.

Went in for a pedicure with color. Very nice workers. Lots of color options and they are color coded which is very helpful. Was w/friend who started a bit earlier then me and she was getting great treatment. Felt mine was a bit faster paced but they finished almost a half hour after they closed so I understand its been a long day. Only thing was she clipped my cuticle on one toe a bit much so it is sore, other wise my feet look great. Never had a hot rock message that was wonderful.

Vince always takes super good care of me and makes sure Im an 100% happy with my nails. Lynn always makes sure my eye brows are amazing too!! I love them so much and Im so happy I go there with my sister.

I’ve been coming here three years because my husband works right across the street! he would promise if I helped him with his auto detailing company he would bring me across the street after the first visit I was addicted!!

Edit: I came in with my sister to treat her for her birthday. We got pedicures and one of the nail techs said rude things about my sister’s nails. My sister called her out on it and we left with an unpleasant experience. Please check the other review and maybe mine will make sense.

Ive been coming here for years and have had great nail care. Family business and very friendly and know each customer by name. Also offers a few spa services such as waxing, eyebrows, foot massage. Family dogs roam the shop and will greet u at the door or happily play fetch or sit in ur lap. Dogs are pretty laid back and calm for those people that are not as pet friendly. My favorite are the latest movies or music playing to help u relax!

This place has dogs and I trust dog people!The second I walked through the door I was greeted by everyone, was taken back and made comfortable.They have the massage chairs for pedicures, which usually are meant for taller people (Im 5 foot even), but felt like it was perfect along my back during the massage cycle.As far as nail technicians go, I have never been somewhere so detail oriented and caring.From the temperature to my cuticles, and even my hand massage, they checked in to make sure nothing hurt and that everything felt nice.They play movies and have their small, very well behaved and happy, dogs walk freely.Im very impressed and will happily go again as well as reccomend this place.

I stopped in based upon the reviews and was very happy with the service. They were busy but fit me in for a fill and brows. The fill was very well done, good attention to detail, and they made sure they weren’t hurting me with the grinders. The brow waxing was thorough and they even dyed my brows for me at no extra charge. Cost was very reasonable, shop was friendly, I’ll be back for sure.

I’ve been going to a shop in federal Way for 5 years and I went to this shop and they instantly told me that my nails weren’t put on correctly and showed me how they secure the nails.I love this shop and they do quality nails that are super secure and they have the cutest most well behaved doggies there.I highly recommend this shop to any women who are picky especially women of color !

I have been coming to Vincent and Lynn for 24 years. They are the only ones that can do my nails right and almost everyone I have ever brought here to get their nails done becomes a regular. No other shop compares for the quality of work and detailed attention they give to each customer. Kathy and Gina are consistent and awesome as well.

If your looking for quality workmanship this is the Nail Shop. The only mail shop that can do my nails and they will not lift after 3-4 days. The pedicures are definitely worth the time and money, most shops barely scrub and massage your feet. They just trying to get the next person in the chair. No frills just good work for a fair price.

Best nail shop Ive been to in Washington. The staff are so nice. Ive become a regular in the past few months. My first time going was a couple of years ago, but I always came back from time to time. And Lynn would actually remember my face, very impressive. I went to Houston and got spoiled with hot stone massage. Then I found out they do it here now and theres no extra charge or confusing expensive packages to choose from. The staff is always so nice. I just got the best French Manicure I have ever had. My nails are natural and I had just broken one in the middle of the nail bed. The lady helped fix it by putting a small amount of acrylic to hold down the broken part and allow it to grow out. I wished I had came in before I cut the nail down. I didnt even have to ask for it or know it was a thing to do. Fabulous service! Now, if they only offered wine...

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OVER CHARGED. They do not listen to what you want. They do what they want to do then charge you up the ass. I showed them what I wanted she said no this is better I told her again no thats not what I want. She did get upset because I didnt want what she wanted to do. I dont get my nails done often they but a sour taste in my mouth.

I came in for a gel manicure on a Wednesday afternoon. The very nice woman soaked my hands in a dish of acetone multiple times and proceeded to pull off my current gel with cuticle nips and use the sander. I understand every place is different but for me, this was very uncomfortable. I did not keep my thoughts to myself; she and the owner were very nice while explaining things to me. Honestly though, if I wanted to pull off my gel I wouldve done it myself! Then another customer came in for her appointment and the woman said that after this she was finished cuz she was busy. I said can I get a manicure and she again said she was busy. So. There you have it. I went in for a gel manicure and came out with a crappy gel removal... With some gel polish remaining on my nails. Very disappointed. Two stars because they were nice.

The reason Im not giving 5 stars is because of the scheduling. They are never on time with appointments. However, they do incredible pedis... Specialty on ingrowns! When they are busy, expect a wait... Even if you have an appointment.

Been going to UV Nails for almost 20 years. Vince, Lynn, Kathy and Gina do excellent work and have excellent customer service. I have tried other places when I moved farther away, but always ended up with poor quality that lifted or had air bubbles.They to quality work and take their time! You are not rushed through and they dont start someone else once you go to wash your hands like some salons do.check out their facebook page to see some of their amazing hand painted designs!

Ive been to many nails salons in Renton and Kent, and this is the first one that doesnt hurt me all the time and does a great and consistent job! They also do the BEST Seahawk airbrush designs!!!

I would agree quality is good and their pedicure are worth $25.00 But when it came to manicures and nails the owners seemed to insist what we needed rather than what we specifically wanted driving cost alot more than expected with failure on their part to tell us the difference in cost. The female owner insisted on medium length nails when we wanted short. The male owner did what ever design he felt he wanted to do driving up additional cost. When disputed she wanted to charge an additional $10.00 paint change. She also over charged $5.00 when brought to her attention. After all said and done we walked out with $800.00 worth of charges. The female owner was overheard saying we only tipped $45.00 .... I personally feel they were well over compensated for their services. Should you seek their services recommend getting a firm quote if you dont want to be gouged.
