The salon was clean and had a relaxing environment. I had a Mani + Pedi and enjoyed myself although the polish was put on very quickly and wasnt smooth. The people were very nice but communication was a bit rough.

DON’T EVER COME HERE! LITERALLY THE WORST NAIL SALON! LIKE LOOK AT MY NAILS JUST EWW. THE LADY WAS RUSHING LIKE THERE’S NO TOMORROW. NEVER AGAIN! 💯

Terrible experience. Stood up front for 5+ mins awkwardly with the receptionist while waiting for owner to get off phone. Not once did she offer to have me sit down or anything, just on her phone telling me every so often one second.When I went to get my eyebrows waxed they had me sit in a regular chair with a towel behind my neck and tilt my head back. This chair isn’t like the ones you find at regular salons or eye brow bars, very uncomfortable as this spot was in a hallway with the speaker right next to your head. She told me my eyebrows were “pointy” and if I wanted to keep them that way while making an upside down checkmark or if I wanted them round. I told her whatever she thought was best! She smiled and started doing them…. They look awful. They’re beyond thin, one is shorter than the other and one sits up really high so it looks like my eye brow is raised 😭 I have a wedding today!When it came time to get my nails I showed the tech a picture and said “I get pink and white but with very little white. Mostly pink” She did only pink (it was also not the right shade but I had agreed with her that it was okay) They are poorly shaped, and look dirty. I also asked for, and paid extra, for coffin nails. When she first shaped them, they were great. As she put on the power they became more round and not even. See attached pictures.When it came to the service itself, there was a group of 3 women who walked in about half way through. At that point my tech kept pausing my work to look at or talk to them. I feel like if she had paid atttention to my set, then she would notice they came out terribly. The last picture is what I WANTED, and not what I got.

Literally worst place I’ve ever gone. I asked for short arcrlics with a coffin shape and got squared. I kept asking the lady to fix the sides and she didn’t do anything! this lady did my whole set rushed and under 25 minutes. All my nails are facing different directions. I have so many cuts from how the lady was careless. I asked so many times to get them fixed and nothing changed. No employee wore a mask. Nail texture is gross, and not smooth .

Their color selection and designs are very subpar. Not only do they charge you for shaping, every single one of my nails is a different shape! One of my pinkies is so narrow that it makes my whole hand look weird now. On both hands I got two very different opacity in color. They are definitely not built for nails. There was also no nail care done.. no removal of cuticles or dry skin.. like nothing. Theres a reason theyre on Groupon and their business is empty.

Came in for my appointment early and wasn’t greeted properly or asked to sit down. staff seemed rushed and confused that I was there for a scheduled appointment. they had 3 girls working on 1 customer while i waited 15 minutes past my appointment with no one talking to me. another customer came in demanding to speak to the manager and after reading some more reviews I decided not to let these people work on me and I’m glad I left. there is a reason they are on groupon. also, they falsely advertise their prices on their website, they are more expensive in person - to which I was still willing to pay for good service but this place sucks. not coming back or recommending to anyone.

Two stars because my nieces nails turned out well. DO NOT COME HERE FOR EYELASHES! I had to ask for more after having the fill last fifteen minutes and they looked completely undone. They charged me more because of my request. Then I go somewhere else to get a fill, and I need a removal because my lashes are glued to each other in clumps.

The people there really make you feel important. They did a good job working on all three of us at once. I really enjoyed my time.

The lady who does lashes is a beginner thats why she only charges 40 bucks she did do her best she just needs lots of practice the glue was a very poor grade eyelashes continue to burn for 45 minutes after and she uses glue on the entire eyelash including your natural which makes it extremely hard and difficult to remove even after 3 weeks would definitely like to revisit and maybe about a year-and-a-half when she has more practice

These gals are FANTASTIC!! I hadnt had a pedicure or manicure in years and was very nervous… I know its silly, but they were totally accommodating and did such a great job that I will definitely be back! I got my lashes, nails and peddy done. Overall I had three different ladies assist me. Experience was okay and the lady who did my nails was rushing. I know they were busy but the outcome of the nails werent very good. I had to go home and file some of the acrylic that went off on the side of my finger nails. It was uncomfortable and was digging into my skin. It was weird.

Groupon said 10 min foot massage, that did not happen. 😞 My acrylic nails bend upward. Feels like if you go in with the Groupon you get a rush deal. The shop was empty. I had made a appointment. Another couple came in and wow what a difference in treatment. They treated them amazing. The couple was offered wine where I didn’t know that was a option. I get it if they are regulars but you still have to treat new customers like they matter. Just sucks I was looking for a nail spot but I don’t think this will be it.

I didn’t receive very friendly service for lash extensions from here.she told me she only had 1 type of lash and didn’t know the lengths. I asked for a doll eye and she didn’t know what that meant. She finished in 1 hour and 10 mins for a hybrid set and told me she has another customer waiting so I was basically rushed out.I was happy with the retention but my eyes were very itchy and irritated. After having to get a professional removal I was told the lashes were glued to my skin and most of the lash fans were stuck to 3/4 of my natural lashes. I have lost a lot of my own lashes as a result and this was not a good experience for me.

My wife and I received a deal from Groupon. Manicure, pedicure plus foot massage. I arrived 10 early, and they started in on me as soon as I picked colors. The person who was working on me did a great job. The person who was working on my wife, did not.

I was nervious about getting eyelash extensions. I have very light eyelashes. My lashes turned out amazing. I couldnt be happier. I was expecting to spend at least 2 hours having them done. I was done with in an hour.

I found The Lash Brow & Nail bar using a Groupon and was so happy I did. They are fast, courteous and I was very happy with the the look and quality of the lashes. I will go back for more services at regular prices.

The lashes looked good when done but 1 week later right side loosing lashes. The bonding glue takes your natural lashes too. Only use large fan lashes not individual lash extensions.

My mom got her eyelashes done here using a Groupon and they caused her to have an allergic reaction and caused her eyelashes to fall out!! She kindly went back to advise of her eyelashes being to bulky and uncomfortable. And got it touched up by the manager who put in more glue that was not for sensitive skin(which my mother specifically asked for), and her eyes and her eyelids were swollen almost shut. Due to the torturous pain she wanted to go to the hospital but ended up trying to take some off- it ended up causing her ACTUAL eyelashes to fall out with it!! Which shows improper instillation.She went back again to complain and got nothing, not even an apology. She is devastated and will NEVER come back here and well make sure to let all of our loved ones know to steer clear from this hack job!!

Waste of money. The staff were rude to other patrons. Their attention spent on being rude to other patrons resulted in poor nail work. Then when paying, they pressured for an undeserved tip.

Nice lashes and got in fast.be sure to get confirmation thi if u registered online. They did decent job on lashes, it looks great but it hurt some when they were pulling off dead ones.... usually they wet it to loosen but just plucked here. Either way its a great job and nice looking, lasts.

8/5 soooo the lady who did my nails did a poor job and she gave me a huge gash in my thumb. Not only did she notice and seen blood gushing, she just kept on working. My nails are different lengths, different shapes even after pointing it out. My pedicure was ok but rushed. Very rushed. I was only trying to pamper myself for my birthday and didnt get what I wanted 😪😪😪 not trying them anymore!!!

Michelle was my nail technician. She did a great job!! So friendly, very attentive and I was so pleased with the results!! I don’t know the name of the woman who did my pedicure, she was just as lovely, feet feel great & look good!!

GIANT WASTE OF MONEY. First of all manager was extremely rude from the moment of calling and making an appointment to when we got there. But I went in with my mom and we were getting Mani Pedis because of their Groupon deal. They had us sit in the pedicure chairs and they started on my mom. I waited about 25 mins in my cold foot water and they then started on me. Somehow me and my moms pedicures finished at the same time even though she started 25 mins before me. They didn’t scrape our heals so I still have dead skin cells on them. They were not interested in forming any kind of conversation with me or my mom, to busy talking to the other technicians. I felt really ignore and very awkward throughout the entire service. I had about 3 different ladies working on my nails aswell. They just kept switching out. But the worst part of it all was when I went to pay. I got gel on my nails that were $15 more, wanted to pay with card but the lady saw cash in my wallet and insisted on that. I handed her $30 and said $15 for the gel and $10 for the tip, expecting to get $5 back. Nope. She just said something to the other techs and walked away. Didn’t give me my money, say goodbye, or say thank you for the tip that wasn’t deserved anyways. Worst customer service. Not clean, I literally watched the lady take the stuff she used on my toes and move to the next clients pedicure with out sanitizing. It’s just gross. Don’t go here. Also my paint has already chipped on my toes and it was done 6 hours ago. they thin the old nail polishes they have out with acetone (saw her do it with the color I picked out) and that’s why it chips so easy. ENJOY!!

Service was great, everybody was nice but I am disappointed to say my dip powder nails were done very badly. my sister and I both got dip nails and hers came out way thicker than mine. The process that was done on my nails wasnt done correctly, she put the colored dip powder before the regular dip powder and didnt build it up very thick causing mine to break after not even 3 full days and a nail popped off. The brush that was used to wipe my nails after the powder set was pink and it tinted my nails pink, and in the end you could see the streaks in the color. My nails are thin and already messed up. I just got a bad artist. Im sure done by another person there, mine would have come out better but mine was not worth $45 and I am very disappointed. Eh I’d say I’m more sad than disappointed :((

My mom went here to get her eyelashes done. And when I saw her she had bloodshot eyes and was in a lot of pain ! She went into the salon the next day to ask the lady if she can fix her eyelashes and the lady said no she wouldnt do that and didnt apologize or show any empathy . I had bought a coupon on Groupon for a full set of eyelash extensions and one fill for $60. Less than one week ago I went in to get them done and they were completely packed so they made me sit outside and wait to be able to come in for a good 30 mins before I was ever served and I had made my appointment a whole week in advance too! The lady did my lashes way too quick but I did love the way they looked at first but the next day they started falling out in chucks constantly and getting in my eyes now less then a week later Im walking around with lash extensions on one eye only because they completely fell out on the other eye. Im very disappointed and dont even want to come back in for my fill which mind you isnt until mid June is the date she wrote on a card for me but this was a horrible first time experience. Then not to mention I had to stand there just to be able to pay with my Groupon coupon for another good 20 mins if not more. I will never get my lashes done here ever again. Extremely disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would! What a complete waste of $60 which I didnt have to waste in the first place really!

I had purchased a Groupon for this place and when we came in they said it would be $15 extra for the upgraded shellac nail polish (totally fine by me it was an upgrade) I agreed to this and then when going to pay they charged $55. If youre going to tell the customer the extra charge at the beginning... you cannot then charge 40 more dollars when it comes to pay!Not to mention the 10 minute foot massage was applying lotion to your leg and done in less than 2 minutes

Got my first eyelash extensions done here. They turned out pretty well and I got the natural look that I asked for. Probably will try D curls next time! The corner of my right eyelash extensions were glued down a little too low which is the only reason I’m giving it four stars but other than that they do a quick and good job

Service was very professional as always. Have been coming here for eyelashes extensions and the work is always stunningly beautiful. I normally see Vee and Quin and they never let me down for eyelashes. During this pandemic, I was a bit skeptical I’m going going inside nail and beauty bar. I’m glad I did because services were prompt and the work was quality.

Bad services. We bought the groupon for pedicures including 10 minutes massage but the lady did for mine was about 8 mins and for my hubby only 6 mins. Those two old ladies kept working on our manicures. I got shellac on my nails and the lady had to take them off but she seemed like unhappy doing that. After taking off my shellac, she cut my cuticles really quick and didn’t even massage me, just touch my hands and wrapped them immediately with hot towel and put the quick clear top coat on my nails then left me there on the chair. The service was cheap, irresponsible and uncaring. Because we bought the groupon doesn’t mean we didn’t pay for the services or we are poor. Remember we paid for groupon too. We just wanted to try the services in groupon first before paying full price for our experience.

Can’t say enough about this company. I’m never disappointed and been coming for years. Always willing to listen to my wants and needs. Getting me in when I don’t have much time is never a problem. They go the extra mile to make the client happy. I’ve witnessed many people enjoying their time spent there. Good size shop, kind of cramped with all the chairs. Had to almost walk over some one getting their eye brows waxed to get to the eye lash room. But I love my lashes thanks to Vy, she was very attentive and informative, was my first time getting them done. I used a Groupon Coupon and she didnt treat me any different. Will definitely be back for a fill.

They’re so rude. I was trying to get my lashes done, the quality of service from the lash lady was horrible. I asked her a question about the lashes she get mad like wow. She kept pushing down on my lids as if I didn’t have eyeballs underneath. Oh she also had me hold my own fan, I’ve gotten my lashes done several of times, and I’ve never experienced this type of rudeness. I forgot they started vacuuming in the middle of my appointment, and were loud, what kind of customer service is that?When I went to pay, I told her it was Apple Pay and she kept yelling at me to wait like I couldn’t hear, I told her you don’t need to yell I heard you the first time. I hope she was having an off day because if that’s how she is all the time I feel sorry for her next client. I’m not coming back here ever again, going back to my original place.

I have been going here for the past 8yrs and they are the best. I drive from far just to go there. Mindi, the owner is great and does amazing eye lash extensions. Don does my nails and he is the best and Lisa is such a sweet spirit and does the best pedi.....They are very fair priced and that makes it affordable to pamper myself often..... Jazmine

I always love Mindys lash extensions and eyebrow micro-blading! Her eye lash extensions are so peacesful I find myself sleeping through the process. I also love her eye brow shaping technique - very natural. I drive 45 minutes from Mercer Island to Kent to see Mindy because her salons prices are ALWAYS good, their quality is very good, they are on time most of the time, and they are very good at what they do. I have only occuasionally had an issue with my nails, and every time I do, they fix it without asking why. There are A LOT of choices in Seattle for these services, but for the value, I would really look no further!

Quinn was the reason I decided to change my 1 star review to a 5 star. She was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. She made sure the job was done right and many thanks to her, my lashes are back to how I want them to be. She’s sociable and kind, I highly recommend her if you want your lashes done just the way you want it. If you’re the type where you’re particular with how you want your lashes to be, she’s the one. She’ll listen attentively and make sure it’s good. There are still those that have poor customer service but, regardless Quinn made me feel welcomed.

Groupon users : apparently this is only available from 10am- 3pm. Not mentioned anywhere on the Groupon. Disappointing.

Horrible qualityI got my nails done 4 days ago and my nails have air bubbles and one is completely cracked. It hurts and when I arrived to get it fixed the lady told me she doesn’t have time. Never have I been to a place that treated me that way after something they did needed fixing

Theyre nice there but extremely busy (most nail shops are so I was thinking o biggy until..) they left me sitting for my pedicure for about 25 minutes to where the water was cold. Ive never had that happen before and Ive been to many a nail shops Also the lady that was doing my nails had a bloody scab on her face and she touched it while she was in the middle of doing my nails and thats pretty disgusting. She also cleaned under her nails using one of the tools that she tried to clean my nails with. I purchased a Groupon for the two Manis and pedis so I will go back and give a final update on my thoughts of the place overall maybe it was just a one-off day?

Don’t go here! I bought a Groupon for lashes and one refill. They honored the original set but charged $40 more for them. Not too thrilled but whatever. I come back for the fill and they refuse to honor the Groupon and demand $50 payment for the refill! I showed then the Groupon had only originally been used for the original set and not the fill and they said I was given a card for the “free,” refill. The new girl who did my lashes two weeks ago NEVER gave me any sort of card. I told the manager (?) or whomever I never was issued a card and she yelled at me and said I lost it. I said again for the 4th time, I didn’t loose it, I wasn’t issued one and it’s obviously just the one time fill since I was here two weeks ago. They flat out refused to admit THEIR mistake and demanded I pay $50. I said I wasn’t happy and that I was never issued a card. They made me pay anyway. Don’t ever go hereUpdate, contacted by management and scheduled to receive the free fill I was previously charged for. Will update again after that appointment. Added one star for customer service, manager attempting to fix it says a lot and hopefully it will be fixed.Update. Owner requested to talk to me to “try,” to fix it but there was no trying. She agreed to schedule me for the fill they owed me in the first place and still refused to refund my card for the fill I never agreed to. I called to reschedule my appointment time and the woman who rescheduled told me 4pm. When I arrived the owner said, again, no refunds, and told me I was scheduled for 3. I told her, the girl on the phone was very clear and said 3pm wasn’t avail. Hence why I was there at 4. WOW. This place just keeps getting worse and worse every time I come!I was made to wait and wait despite having a scheduled appointment at 4pm. The owner kept showing me their scheduling book and arguing with me, saying she wrote me in at 3. I said I can see your schedule book, I’m telling you what the girl on the phone said. She rescheduled me for 4pm. Period. Apparently no one here can write something down accurately or tell a customer accurately what their appointment time is?? Let’s blame the customer who was clearly told a specific time and showed up on time. Sooooo horrible! Don’t waste your time or money. There are so many options. I’m furious with the horrible treatment I’ve received here.

I have been going to a different salon for years, but one day I stumbled upon this salon... and I was nervous at first but right when I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and great customer service, inside is decorated so nice and most importantly they are VERY SANITARY! Ive been to a lot of salons that arent sanitary but this salon takes it seriously! they offer so much more than you could imagine! Ive never been happier with my lashes and cant wait to do the eye brow tinting and get a manicure + pedicure next time! these girls are miracle workers and are so polite! Im very picky about where I go.. but Id definitely recommend this place to everyone and anyone. they actually listen to what you like and want and achieve that.. plus they take their time to make sure you are happy with your result, they will fix anything you are unhappy with! never going anywhere else!

This was my first time here and I needed a lash fill, (I had actually gotten my lashes extension done from a different place about 3 weeks ago and was not totally satisfied with the place o went to). I called at about 3:00 on a Saturday and got an appointment for 5:30 on Saturday same day as I called which was a plus! I was nervous because I had never been here before, but when I got there I felt comfortable, the employees were very nice, I was taken back to the lash room pretty quick not a long wait. The girl that did my lashes (I forgot to ask her name) was really nice, I asked a few questions and she answered them, she also did not bash the other place that I went to she just fixed them (which to me says a lot). When my lashes were done I was definitely pleased I really LOVE them, she did an amazing job, they look so AMAZING!! My husband came with me and when I was done he said let me see and he said Wow those are nice, that says a lot!! Thank you, I will definitely be back!!Debbie R.

I love my nails however when I had a jewl removed from my nail she pulled my nail up with it. Causing my nail to bleeding through both my nail and the acrylic.

The quality of the services was good, the interior of the building was a little run down and it was pretty cramped with a lot of people but you can schedule appointments and they have pretty fair prices! They have sanitization practices for COVID also so I felt safe

I don’t recommend you guys to go to this place. You will wasting your money with unsatisfied! I went to this place for the first time and paid $80 for lashes and I wasn’t happy with the results at all, once I left them, the lashes started to falling. I lost most of the lashes in the first couple days after they did for me! They told me to get the refill in 2 weeks!! They are Not experienced at all I didn’t like the customer service neither. I’m writing this feedback I hope it does helps people to not waste their money for nothing.

I absolutely love this place! They make you feel welcome, friendly, always fit me in and do amazing nails and lashes. I go quite often and always leave happy! This is the absolute truth I am always there LOL

Outside the building was very trashy, but inside they really did their best to make the experience the best they could for the client. Complimentary wine or juice or water, lotion scented in a variety of fragrances for the pedicure. I was impressed. The hygiene practices seemed pretty good as well.I would have preferred it, maybe if more people had spoken to us, but not many seemed to know much English.It was however, a place I would probably return to.

Every time I go I dont feel happy about my service. I always tip and hope for better service the next time. They do have the best prices. As the saying goes you get what you pay for.

I have been going to Nail Designs for over 10 years! The owner and the girls are all amazing. They have the best prices on lashes that have lasted me for 5 weeks! Mindy gives a great facial and you can add on a foot and hand massage that one of the girls will do at the same time. Can you say, RELAXING? Their prices are the best in town and they strive to accommodate all of their patrons!

My nails looked good when I left but it only took a few days for them to look like they needed to be filled, plus one was cloudy. they agreed to redo them but ended up just cutting half way up and filled them in. You could see a line. i had never had acrylic nails before but I knew that they should not look like this. One week after having them fixed two nails popped off and most of them are discolored and cloudy. Its not worth going back there.

This is my favorite place. Ive been going to see my eye lash lady, Vy. The service is good and the ladies are very kind.

The nail technician that I had was very unwelcoming and unfriendly toward me. I felt extremely uncomfortable and my business was not appreciated. For a first time customer I shouldnt have to feel uncomfortable. I inquired about eyelash extensions in which I was told make appointment three days later. Prior to my arrival, I called to schedule an appointment for all the services I wanted and no one answered the phone. I was a bit upset because my intended services were not priority to them. I also saw how another customer after me was greeted and warm welcomed by the same nail technicians who were servicing myself. So it was literally a slap in the face. They definitely need to work on bettering customer service skills and being kind to every customer and not just some. I came because of a Groupon deal, but I will pay more to be treated fairly and better elsewhere. The quality of my nails were also similar to the service. I wasnt impressed and it was rushed.

I’ve been coming here for years and the service just gets better and better. To know that it’s still the same staff working shows how well they work individually and as a team. I’ve grown to really know the staff. Their engagement is genuine and heartwarming.

I have been coming here a couple years for lash full sets and fills as well as the occasional mani pedi! I love this place it’s economical yet quality work! Highly recommend!

I always liked this place till it got remodeled and they started over changing like crazy... i used to go for the good services but since mow with the new prices and the fact of there bad parking my car gets hit alot in there and theres almost never parking....

Will never come here again. I called a week in advanced and made an appointment in which I ended up having to still wait for someone to help me early in the morning. The younger male technician destroyed my nails. When he filed my nails he caused indentations from the file to the middle of ALL of my nails. Now I have rough ugly indentations on all of my nails. Now I have to wait months for my nails to grow out back out for my nails to normal and healthy. Im very dissapointed and highly upset. I would never recommend going here unless you want someone to destroy your nails.

Extremely disspointed! Had my eyelash extension appointment set today.I leave for vacation in 5 days and dont have time after today (Sunday) To get it done.My appointment was for noon I arrived they were closed. Wish I would have went with more of a dependable salon for my lashes.
