The place was empty when I got in. In a heat wave they had no water. The pedi was not the best. Colors were limited feet were scrubbed for about 30 seconds only. I was highly disappointed this time as I have not been back for 4 years. Prices have gone up as they say supplies have been limited. Anytime I have come here its has not been busy and I can tell why.Even though they had no customers I felt like they were rushing and not welcoming.I have not had such a fast pedicure before but still tipped as I feel bad if I dont.Wont be returning as I am not happy with the work either. Nails could have been filed better and choice of design and colors were limited for a shellac.I also got asked if I did my nails at home which didnt help the situation.$40.00 was cost plus tip.

Perfect way to get beautiful nails and support a local business owned by two sisters! Don’t let the negative posts deter you. There are just three women that work there and if a party of 4 or more come in they can get busy quickly!! When in a hurry, call ahead and they do their best to make it work for your schedule. I never write a review ever but I wanted to do this one just for excellent service. Today, I called two hours before they closed to check if they have an availability and they said yes, and I went to federal way before and they were super expensive and did not do anything good for pedicure, but here I love the pedicure and she spent really great time to do it and also, it was with great affordable price. I would definitely recommended this place and will go to this place again surely.

Mother daughter nail day. I love getting my nails done here. The woman knows I like my sparkles. The pricing is on point and its a very relaxing experience overall. Pedicure is nice with a real orange scrub.

Im so disappointed because this place has great reviews. I just came for a pedicure, the polish looks terrible and each of my toe nails are a different shape. I pointed out that there was polish on my cuticles and they fixed it by there is still polish where there shouldnt be, they look terrible. Highly disappointed, will not be returning.

Came here to get mani/pedis with my sister before my bachelorette party. Im so disappointed, I havent had much luck with nail salons I chose this one based on reviews. I got acrylic pink ombre it was horrible. She nicked my skin on the right side of my finger and it bled a little and burned. Didnt apologize for it. She wouldnt start at the base of my nail, I didnt want to leave the nail salon looking like I needed a fill already. So I said something about it over 10 times each time she tried fixing it and never actually did. I made an appointment for my sister and I they seemed annoyed when I said I wanted acrylic ombre in the store (I also stated that when I made the appointment). They were very unorganized. She couldnt find the pink for my ombre so she used different pink and it has glitter in it which I didnt want.Oh and there were baby ants on the floor around the desk to pay.

She did a beautiful job 😊. Its my birthday today and she really made me feel pretty. Nice and neat and she took her time. Thank you so much

Driving up looks sketchy, dont let this deter you!! Its such a perfect place!!I brought my husband & we enjoyed an amazing experience!! We both got pedis & it was incredible! Hot towels, hot stones, amazing smelling lotion (Hempz brand), nice massage chairs... it was a solid 5 star experience.

The salon was clean, the nail techs were very welcoming, accomodating and worked quickly. The prices are reasonable, but my nails were not filed and buffed evenly, the dip around cuticle area was rigid and not smooth. It wasnt noticeable from a distance but my hair kept getting caught in the cuticle ridges when I scratched my head or fixed my hair. The powder dip on my nails lasted over three weeks before I decided to get them done again somewhere else.

They don’t know how to do feet. The lady doing mines rushed painting my toes and told me to have a nice day . I got shellac and my toes look like regular paint

The ladies were awesome. Became so relaxed i feel asleep! Had a nice nap after a few chaotic days. My hands and feet look wonderful.The only bad thing I can say is I live in Portland and cant come on a regular basis.

A friend introduced me to Nail Spa. I have been going back any chance I get. I no longer live in the area but can not wait to visit and go back. They are all wonderful.

This is the best place to get your manicure, pedicure, nail extensions, natural nail product waxed it has nine pedicure chairs. 4 nail exstension chairs, and one of them also sells some Faboulas jewellery. The ladies are all so sweet. They have flat heated rocks they lightly message your legs and feet with. They may massage your arms and hand too.Tons of color choices. Also if you want a unique design on your nail bring in a picture so you get exactly what youd like.

I wanted silk nails, not many places do them anymore. I noticed the window sign from the steet. Ive been going here ever since.Wonderful place to relax for an hour or so. Very friendly ladies.
