Love these ladies, they always take good care of my nails. They take walk-ins or by appt. They are friendly and fast service. I have been going here for years.

Got a mani and a pedi, and i normally like to get one thing done at a time since i hate it when they rush you, but luckily things went okay. Staff was okay, good service so far. They only thing is that i feel like the chairs and everyone’s station does not get sanitized right after every customer, and i get it were all busy, but imagine going to the doctor and seeing that your room was not clean right after the last patient. We all gotta play our part, to have fun and enjoy relaxing things like these.

Ive been looking for another place for a couple of months. ( new management at old place and my girl quit. I dont blame her) My first time here. The ladies are very nice and helpful. I think I found my new place.

My sister and I recently moved to Kent and needed a new nail place, and Elegant nails was a wonderful find! All of the ladies are so sweet, but I showed Jennifer a picture of these abstract nails and she executed them perfectly on me! I’m super obsessed with my nails and can’t recommend them enough!

Ive been to Elegant Nails a few times now all with different techs for a manicure and gel polish. Everyone has been absolutely great, friendly, and listen / will replicate designs Ive shown from Pinterest. Theyre very reasonably/fair priced as well. Salon is clean and theyre taking precautions for covid with plexiglass dividers and hand washing. Will definitely continue returning!

Came in for the first time to get dip powder. Overall my experience was good, my nails turned out pretty and the shape was perfect! The only things that kept them from getting 5 stars in my opinion was the woman who did my nails stopped halfway through to go do someone’s pedicure so I waited quite awhile and I didn’t see her wash her hands in between. Then I felt she was rushing a bit and cut a few of my fingers. But I understand salons get busy and they do what they gotta do! I would just recommend coming in earlier in the day when it might be slower for a better experience. Otherwise they do good!

They are amazing at this nail salon. Oh my gosh Ive never been disappointed when I have gone here. Seriously. Their colors are amazing and when u show them the shape u want u can totally expect to get it. I love you.

I love this place! It’s my first time ever going and I had such a great experience. I’ve never had acrylics on my nails that literally feel like I have nothing on. She also gave me the most perfect pointed tip to my nails. Really good prices as well. I had three missing nails and needed a fill plus color change. I would definitely recommend this place ☺️

I just got my nails done here for the first time after being referred to elegant nails by a close friend of mine. She said they take their time and do an amazing job and thats exactly what I received from them! Im not sure of the ladys name that did my nails ill have to remember to ask next time but she was so sweet and made sure that I loved my nails. I feel like she took extra time and attention to detail and I couldnt be happier. Theyre so beautiful!

From the moment my friend and I walked the staff were all very friendly. I’ve gone to other nail salons in the past but I’ve never been truly satisfied with my nails until I came here. The girl who did my nails took her time and was very sweet, and the results were beautiful. Super happy with their service and my nails. 20/10 coming back for sure!

Pedicure was very good. But manicure the deluxe one was not good our nail paint get messed up while coming back to home. After 30 minutes the nail paint was still wet.

When you make an appointment at 4 and are still not seated at 4:30 because another customer “wanted a design,” the fee that customer pays for their design should go straight into the tab of the customers who’s time it effects. Seriously. Your time is important and so is ours. The nails turned out great, but the owner did not respect each customer appropriately. I still tipped well because it wasn’t my manicurists fault that the owner can’t understand that.Additionally, I was horrified how the owner treated a walk in elderly lady. The lady was already politely waiting when my sister and I arrived for our 4pm appt. After we were seated 30 minutes later, the lady wondered over to the sign in device and put in her reservation as nobody told her to check in. Approximately 20 minutes later (probably an hour after waiting now), she worked up the courage to ask the owner when she’d be seen and that she’s been waiting. The owner told her they were too busy. No joke - zero respect for this patient lady. She asked the lady to come back in 30 minutes. The lady never came back, poor thing.Just wow.

Back in the area and back to my favorite nail salon in Kent, always has the best choice in colors. Great service! Thank you Jennifer for your friendliness and attention to detail.

Me and my best friend went to get our nails done and we love them i love the colors they have and they were very clean had hand sanitizer everywhere i thought it was cool right as we were done they had the hand sanitizer spray so we didnt mess our nails up! clear dividers between the guests and employs all the employs are supper nice i would 10 out of 10 say go here we also came 15mins early for our appointment and they got us in within 30secs!

I’ve gone a couple of times for a fill, and a new set as well as a pedicure. They staff is very friendly, especially the owner Jen. I will definitely be a regular!

I got acrylics for the first time since COVID today, so I wanted something fun. I did a bright yellow ombré with black designs and Jen did an AMAZING job. Cannot wait to keep coming here.

Did gel polish manicure on natural short nails and they did a really great and clean crisp job on my cuticles and with shaping them.. I really like the way she painted my nails and applied the decals. Thank you Kelly!

Went in for two pedicures. We normally go to the nail salon in Kent station area but this place had good reviews. Called and was able to get in for a 6:15 appointment.1. They directed us to sit in a seat where one had a dirty bag in it and the other had goldfish all over the seats. The woman kept pointing at the seats maybe not noticing how dirty they were?! She finally got a cloth and wiped it down2. When the woman was cleaning my cuticles and etc. she actually tossed what was on her equipment from cleaning around my toe nails back into the water that my feet were soaking in instead of just on the towel like every other place does.3. The massage you get is not a massage. It was more of a rub down with moisturizer.4. When she put on my sandals, she ruined my pinky toe. I saw her grab the alcohol remover because it got on the top of my foot but she left the pinky toe as is. Seriously?It was the quickest, most non-thorough pedicure I have had and my friend was equally disappointed. I would go somewhere else.

I came back in and gave them another shot.My experience was wonderful and I changed back from the dip to acrylic and lived the look. She was careful and listened to what I wanted and did a excellent job.I am happy and going back but make an appointment before you go as they do get busy at times.

Been here twice now and I’ve had a great experience each time. Kelly took care of me my 1st time in (didn’t get the names of the other artist’s the second time in 😬) and she’s great! Glad to found my new nail place!

So glad I found this place! I just moved to WA a few months ago and have been trying to find a nail salon to go to in Kent. I’ve been to another one that’s close by but they did a horrible job with my nails. But I luckily came across Elegant nails and it is perfect! Everyone is so nice and Hieu (not sure if I spelled right?) always does an amazing job on my nails! She really takes her time and perfects it! I have family and friends in the nail industry and not being able to go to someone I know and trust is difficult but the search is over! I would 10/10 recommend. Also the salon itself is beautiful!

This was my very first time visit to this shop . Started out very good. Enjoyed my pedicure in the massage chair. It was reasonably priced and the lady who work on my feet was very sweet even though she accidentally burned my toe. Afterwards I got a full set of acrylic nails and I liked the shape and length. My nail technician seems to really know what she was doing and was pretty quick . The problem was that the shop was extremely busy and the more people came in the worst my nail technician started to rush. Even though I showed her several things that needed correction, because she was rushing to get to other clients, she ignored me. End result was that she left pieces of dried Acrylic underneath my nails and stuck to my skin and also along the edges and tips of my nails were not fully painted. I was very disappointed and as a first-time customer I probably will not come back or refer others to this shop. I guess if youre already regular customer you get better service

Jennifer and her staff are always friendly and helpful! And Tram is always willing to take my ideas from pinterest and make them come to life! The vast array of colors means I never run out of options, or new ideas, and my nails always turn out amazing! Call ahead to make sure they have time, though they do take walk ins, it can get super busy!!

They did a fabulous job. The massage was excellent and the shaping and painting of my toe nails are SO PRETTY. The staff is very friendly as well. I have been coming here for s year or longer and every time it’s better and better. I won’t go anywhere else.

I was using this salon for almost two years but I kept noticing them not using clean tools nor do they sterilize anything. The last time was the worst and I can’t ignore these dangerous practices. I would pay more to have a clean environment, sterile tools and take cleanliness seriously. Beware!!!

First time there and I loved it. I definitely will be returning. They took their time making sure everything was to my liking. I showed them a pic of what I wanted and they delivered which was my favorite part. Every other salon I have showed a pic too doesn’t do what I showed them. I can’t stop looking at my nails I’m obsessed. Go give them a try it’s worth it and their prices are fair.

I originally went in for the first time three days ago and my nails turned out bad. Acrylic over the cuticle, thick acrylic and wide shape for my tiny nails. I called and told them what happened and they had me come in and nail tek Kelly went straight to work and completely fixed my nails and made them look gorgeous free of charge! She spent a lot of time and attention making sure that my nails were done perfect. I am very impressed with the customer service and I will be back to see Kelly again soon!

My nails turned out great, just like the photo that I showed them. However, customer service was terrible. My mom got cold water for her pedicure, they made us wait 15+ minutes even with an appointment, and the lady that worked on my nails FaceTimed her boyfriend for 10 minutes while doing my nails.

I’ve finally found a great nail place and I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve been here several times now and can honestly say they are consistently excellent. They’re able to do a wide variety of nail styles and looks no matter how complicated. My acrylics have always lasted at least 3+ weeks without coming up and they always look amazing. The ladies are also professional, kind, listen to feedback, and strive to give you exactly what you want. So happy!

Felt rushed and the owner or manager didnt help with the situation. She needs to act more like a leader and calm her employees and customers down. Instead of making the situation worse.

This is the second time this place has given me horrible service. I called before i went to get a manicure and get my nails done and make sure that they had availability and they told me yes to come right now. I got there 5mins after the phone call and the owner told me they were fully booked. But the lady on the phone her name was JEN which is also the owner said that she can take me. And they told me they never got a phone call and she showed me her phone. And i pulled out my cellphone and showed her right there that THEY ANSWERED and had a full on conversation with me about me coming. And she said that she had her phone the whole time, which i showed her the number i called and told her the name of who i talked to. And she still said well thats not me. She said she was sorry and tried to take me, and had me sit. So i sat for a few mind and decided to walk out because i heard them all talking about me and i felt so uncomfortable like i couldnt hear them. So i walked out. They just lost a customer.

Great service. Good pricing. Friendly staffs. I have been wanting to have my nails done with a cat drawing but non of the salon can do it except this one. All others that I went to are very off the look of what I wanted except this one. Would definitely come back again.

Jennifer does a great job shaping nails and helping pick a color. She is quick (which i like as I am always busy with my kids or work schedule) and I always leave feeling satisfied with amazing nails. Never had a problem with chipping or fading polish. This nail salon was very unprofessional. I felt very disrespected I’ve been here a couple time and I’ve gotten a couple good full sets here. But for someone reason this time was 100% different. Like I always do I chose a photo of nails that has already been done at this nail salon, the purple ombré nails with the butterfly’s, all was going fine. The lady who did my nails didn’t get the ombré effect on the nails which wasn’t an issue I mean they don’t really look that good but I was trying to be understanding that maybe she personally hadn’t don’t that style before. But when I went to pay the owner or the lady who is normally at the register asked to look at them as I went to pay her and the lady who did my nails proceeded to laugh at them I finished my payment and walked out. Then I received a missed call from them. And then I left a review with the online check in and received a text message from them apologizing saying she would like to make it right I responded say I would call in the next day and make an appointment to fix the nails that needed to be fixed. I never received a response so I made the appointment the next day and when I showed up to my appointment they were really busy she came up and looked at my nails and the picture and tried to tell me they looked exactly the same. I am very frustrated and disappointed in the way they handle their business today. I will not be going back.

Love this place! Even with all the craziness, they were able to accommodate a party of 4 for pedicures, take off, and a full set. Great quality, very clean, and the masks they had for sale were so cute! Jennifer is the absolute best and has been doing my sister’s nails for years so I knew I was in for a treat.

I got my nails done last Saturday at a shop across the street and by Tuesday I had multiple broken and cracked nails.I have a friend that comes to this shop regularly so I decided to give it a go and I couldn’t be more happy! My nails look sooo good!!! They shaped my nails to a T!!!, the dip was done evenly and smooth and they took their time most importantly. One thing I really appreciated was when they were speaking in their native language and it clearly involved me, they would then let me know what they were speaking in regards to and how it was a plan to execute my nails because they were thin and break easily. I am beyond pleased❤️.

I thought I would try out a new nail salon by my house and I was so glad I came. I was unsure of what I wanted and Jennifer helped me along the way. I came here for a shellac fill, brow and upper lip wax and spa pedicure. The experience was amazing! I literally fell asleep during the pedicure. I felt like I was getting pampered.The thing I love the most is they take your temperature and sanitize your hands when u enter. It is very clean. They are not playing around in there. Clear dividers that separate their customers but are not a burden for your relaxation.I use to go to a few places in Bellevue then Renton and a couple in Kent. This by far is the best. May get a second pedicure this week just to relax.

Got my nails done today but noticed that they don’t wear gloves or wash hands after one customer leaves and they don’t clean chairs too especially during these times, they are not following sanitizing procedure, everything else was good but the lady who did my nails gave 2 cuts on my fingers because she got distracted with other customers, i do feel that they should ask of customer would like a bandaid or not.
