Absolutely horrible! I called them this morning to see how much it is to get my acrylic nails off and the lady on the phone said $10. I also called two other places and they said $10 as well. So I’m guessing that’s the standard price to get them off amongst all nail salons. I chose this place because it was closest to my house. Right when I walked in the ladies that were working had awful attitudes. They were rude and unprofessional. After waiting for while one of the workers (I believe her name was either Kimmy or Kimberly) rudely told me to sit in the next chair as she was rolling her eyes. When she was done taking my nails off I asked how much it was (knowing it was already $10). She spoke to her co-worker in their language and said it was $15. I told them that I called them this morning and they told me it was $10. Of course they were acting like that never happened and said $15 again. I didn’t want to make it into a huge deal so I just gave them their stupid $15. Oh yea they did a horrible job too. It was very rushed and there is still some acrylic on my nails! I called them back when I got home and asked them how much it was to get my acrylic nails off to see what they would say this time. They didn’t answer! But then I just called again and one of the ladies answered and told me she’s busy right now. I said what about tomorrow and she said see you tomorrow I then said so how much is it and she paused and hung up! So yea I won’t be going there again! They’re trash!

Under new management and it shows! Love the new owner. She did a great job on my pedi and mani. She took her time and care with my nails, I could tell she take pride in what she does. I will be back. Worth your time and money.

Came in & asked how long it would be for a fill. The lady said thirty minutes. I asked if it was okay that I came back & she said yes. Left & was back in 25 minutes. They decided to take someone else in between me instead of honoring their commitment already made to me cause all they care about is money, not their customers. I have had to wait almost an hour past the scheduled time to get my nails done & I will NEVER be back. Not to mention when I came in I was handed their “new colors” to pick from. I picked one only to be told they don’t have it. Picked a second one to again, be told they didn’t have it anymore. Terrible customer service & that doesn’t even begin to cover it.

The lady that did my and my mom’s pedicure did an awesome job. She was very attentive and did her best with what she had to work with (me)

This is the WORST nail shop ever.. she didnt even paint my nails all the way I had to tell her to paint the sides.. smh and they over charge way too much.. never again!

They over charge and dont understand English. They only have one worker that speaks English. I went back with my daughter 3 weeks ago and about had a heart attack! The woman didnt speak English and she tried to charge us $65 for a regular pedicure. She had many people come in and she kept saying 12 minutes for the owner to show up. Two hours later the place was full of upset customers complaining and leaving. The lady lied, for she was the new owner and was trying to RIP people off. She said she would call police and we begged her to, because they were already outside... This lady was in the wrong completely!!! Dont go here!!!

Out of all the salons Ive gone to, this one is definitely my favorite, they are always so nice the place is always nice and clean and they do a really good job at making sure that their customers arent suffocating on the fumes from the acrylic! And to top it all off I dont think any other salon knows how and can give a manicure as good as these guys let alone how nice and quick they get you taken care of

They sold the shop to some non English speaking person who is over charging for all services. Dont go there you will be very disappointed. And upset when you get done...

So I have to change my original review would you can see below. I went in today. 12 PM left at 2:30. My mom and I were the only ones there. I wanted a shellac manicure, polish change on my toes, my mom a regular pedicure. Her sign says ine thing out front but she tried to charge more. If I could give no stars I would. She bought the salon 2 months ago I did not know. I had asked her where Lee was she said she is coming 15 minutes to hours later she wasnt there . Multiple people ended up walking out these were people that came in after me mind you I sat down she foiled my hands then she did my moms toes she forgot she was supposed to do my toes after being there for 2 and a 1/2 hours and me explaining to her that she should not advertise something if she was going charge more than that 1st she told me that the sign didnt matter so that I showed her how to erase the whiteboard and she got mad at me and snatched the whiteboard from me all in all horrible service one worker who had her baby laying on a back chair the whole time period I drove over 30 miles to continue my service in relationship with my nail salon. I guess I will have to find a new one. At 1st I was gonna let everything slide but when she told me $65 which was not what is advertised I was pistol never paid $65 for a manicure pedicure Polish change. One woman came in and told us that the worker had messed up somebody elses nails and they had to redo them and another woman that was sitting there suggested to me that I should not pay and that I should leave she left. At the end I ended up paying $45 after that she threw her chemical water out the front door which is illegal because of all the chemicals in it but through on to me then she tried to take pictures of my license plate and then she flipped me off throughout the window. We wont even talk about the Polish on the sides of my hands or any of the other horrible things just dont waste your time.🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭Amazing service really trying to help me get my nails healthy again the owners husband does the most amazing pedicures and hes very thorough I showed up at 7 on a Sunday and they were closed. It actually closed at 5 but since somebody was in there finishing up they took my friend and I and I did our pedicures and then they did my nails great people great service highly recommend

Horrible horrible experience! She asked me what shape I wanted I told her, at the end I told her my nails are all different shapes and hers responds was yes ur nail different u serious? Ive been doing nails for 4years never in my life and them like this! Dont go!!!!

The owner of this location has a good variety of Joyces in terms of nail polishes which is something I really love and she has really good prices plus shes a very nice lady so I recommend this place to everyone

HORRIBLE!!! Please don’t go here. They might have good prices but they never do what you ask them to do on your nails they do the opposite. She cut my skin two times really bad and didn’t even apologize and charge me extra. They have horrible attitudes and they always want to call police for EVERYTHING. Dave your money and go somewhere else.

Honestly I Feel Like They Pay People To Give Them Good reviews. I Went There A Few Days Ago & Got The WORST Service Ive Recieved In My Entire Life. When I Called To See If They had Availibility They Had A Customer Answer The Phone & Talk To Me. Then When I Got There The Customer Approached Me To The Point Where I Had To Ask If She Worked There She Told Me No I Just Always Come Here & I Was The One On The Phone. They Were Really Rude Made Me Wait Over An Hr Jss To Get A Fill & A Simple Paint. As Soon As It Was My Turn They Rushed Me Through & Cut Me Several Times Just Really Sloppy & Unprofessional. They Also Tried To Charge Me For Unnecessary Things When All I Got Was A Fill, They Eneded Up Making My Nails So Thin I Broke One The Next Day & Had To Go Back Then Thats When They Got Worse The Guy Was Really Rough & Cut Me Again But It Was Feelin Like He Was Purposely Doin It He Was Really Angry To The Point I Had To Ask If They Liked Theyre Job. It Was The WORST Experience I Dont Recommend NO One To Go There Your Waisting Your Time & Money. I Hate Filling Out Serveys & Reviews But They Were So Rude & The Service Was Horrible I HAD No Choice But To Write & Let Everyone Know These People Dont Deserve To Even Have A Shop.

Just dont go here. My full set almond shaped nails came out looking like toe nails! flat and wide and poorly shaped. I drove directly from here to another salon and paid to have them fixed.

Very bad service I asked them to do acrylics to my daughter and they just pushed back her cuticle and charged me 15 dollars for pushing back her cuticles when she was supposed to get acrylics.They try to do many things at a time and leave you and go to someone else.

I hated this place they worked very quickly on my nails they didnt do what I wanted and the Asian woman who did my nails was very very rude and she didnt listen to what I told her to do she was ignoring me and then they charged me $45 .. Ill never ever go back their again

If I could give this place a no star I would . I came in to get a pedicure . Worst pedicure I’ve had and by far the worst customer service . The owner was extremely rude and can’t do a pedicure to save her life . Save your money and keep driving to the next nail shop . Should be shut down .
