Ana was great help. She was very knowledgeable & had great customer service. She helped both of my daughters set there phones up & helped them transfer all the info to the new phones. Very pleased with her. Would highly recommend this them.

My son and I went in to upgrade his phone. We worked with Mikey and he was wonderful. Made us feel like we were the only people there and gave us 100% of his attention. He worked to get a new phone and accessories. Also looked at my plan and advised me about ways to save money - which is always nice! It was distressing to have to switch cell providers. I had been with a different company for 12 years. It was familiar. Recently Ive tried to work with my provider to no avail. Which brings me here. Brenda was absolutely lovely and understood my distress. Brenda was a pleasure to work with. Brenda was able to get my 2 lines connected and ported my tns. So I went in with a phone to activate, they met me at the door and promptly provided assistance activating the new phone. After years of being local and an att user Ive never had bad service at this store and for that reason I give it a 5

I worked with an EXTREMELY patient and kind gentleman who was an absolute pleasure to work with. At one point I was the only customer in the store, and several employees would randomly approach me just to chat. Everyone at this location is super personable, and made what could have been an annoying experience enjoyable! I highly recommend this location solely based on my customer service experience.

Miguel was amazing and completely salvaged my day after I had an awful experience at the at&t store by Winco. The associate there had kicked me out after refusing to sell me a phone without starting a new phone line under a 30 month contract, when I needed help filing an insurance claim. Miguel not only helped me file my claim but also helped me find an affordable phone option while I wait to get my other one repaired. From now on I will ONLY go to this location. The management at this store is obviously head and shoulders above the person running the other location.

I had an 😩 moment when my phone (in vibrate mode) walked itself off my kitchen countertop and the screen dislodged from the phone on impact. This was approximately 7 pm, and I just knew I wouldn’t be able to do anything that night, but I found this store was open until 8pm, so took a chance and headed over. I arrived at 7:35, and the gentleman at the door greeted me immediately and asked if he could help. I explained the situation and he immediately went to check their stock to see what was available.When the other gentleman finished with the customer he was helping previously, he was immediately able to pull up my account and switch the phones (and was very patient while I attempted to remember the password that was saved on my dead phone :), and he even reviewed my account and was able to recommend a different plan that would meet my family’s needs better, and at a lower cost, than the current one.I’ve been eligible for an upgrade for months, but had postponed it because it’s been a hassle in the past, starting with an hour + in the store, but I was in and out within 45 minutes, and it was a quick 5 minute setup when I got home and on my Wi-Fi network.If it had been this easy in the past, I would’ve had a new phone months ago - thank you so much to everyone at the Columbia Center Blvd store!!

Came in needing 3 lines for the deal that is shown in the website, the person helping me said she could not do it, that I was confuse about the pricing and how the deal works, I got on the phone with a representative and he confirm that I was correct about the deal. Went inside to ask if they had the phones I needed in stock and was told NO, when I checked online if those phones where in stock, it said they had 3 left in that location.

I usually don’t like going into phone stores because it takes forever and usually doesn’t go as planned. This last time though, I had ethan help me and he made it as smooth as could possibly be. He answered all my questions and didn’t pressure me into getting anything I didn’t need. I just feel bad that they have to be out there in the heat like that due to social distancing. but you wouldn’t be able to tell. If I were out there like that, I would be cranky and fussy. He was so patient and very happy! I recommend going to see ethan at this store!
