I would like to acknowledge to Verizon, Damian, manager of Go Verizon in Kennewick, WA. He is so knowledgeable, kind, patient and helpful. I have had a number of problems getting use to my new phone. I am technically challenged. He easily explained in language I could understand while showing me what I needed to do to resolve my concerns. I had to go back several times and was always treated as a valued customer. I am so pleased with Damian and this branch it will be my go-to as long as I live in Tri-Cities. I have recommended Verizon to many as well as Damian and his staff, and I will continue to do so.

I just switched from a different service provider to Verizon since Ive heard that they get great reception everywhere and I also got it as a Fathers Day gift for my dad. I loved that they explained everything to me and helped me choose which plan would be best for us.In addition the customer service by Sandee and her coworker were amazing they made me feel really comfortable and I am so far please by the service.

Needed a phone replacement, I broke the screen on my old phone. The transfer of data was a bit challenging however Austin was accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend this store!I had visited several other Verizon locations and they were all unable to help.

I recently bought a galaxy s9. I did not use the phone until I came back the same night and bought a case. Took extreme care of it as to where I placed it when not using it until I got a glass screen cover. After getting the cover I have had to have it replaced 3 times due to it not fitting and staying attached to the phone. Tonight I replaced the cover myself with a new one because of it being cracked without ever being dropped or anything like that. I remove the cover they installed and find what looks to be a chip and a crack in my screen. Not at all happy with the product they sold me or the treatment I got when I tried to come to them with the issue multiple times. I do not recommend this location, go somewhere else.

The customer service was excellent. They take their time with you and they make sure you have everything you need and are willing to spend extra time explaining things and paring my Bluetooth for me. I felt comfortable and not rushed. It was an excellent experience.

Yes the Verizon store off of 395 in Kennewick is nothing but a great store find great people theyre more willing to help a manager there I think her name is Sandy she is like Tata line she helped me so much Im so grateful to her had some of my family members go see here cuz I needed phones Ive been in several times cuz Im kind of new to the phone scene and they all help me out with no problem I dont think you could get a better personality have there and like I said this Sandy lady I dont know her last name thats my fault I guess my she is really great nice personality always smiling at I enjoy the place thanks again Verizon

So long story short I messed up on inputting my checking account on my bill and got put on hold so I couldnt turn my Note 7 in for a new device on payment plans. David, Amber, and Omer constantly worked with me for a few weeks always with good attitudes to help resolve the issue. Everytime I come in they do an amazing job of making me feel important and do everything in their power to help. They did get the issue resolve and Im posting this with my new Google pixel. I will always recommend this store and its fantastic customer service!!

I dont normally review places even when I have a bad experience but this time I feel like I have to. I showed up and only one person was there which is fine because it was later at night but this person had no idea about the promotional offer I was looking for. He had to keep calling his boss asking questions and asking where they were going to lunch at the next day. I thought everything was going fine until he tries to tell me that the promotional offer only gives me in store credit which in the fine print says trade it value towards purchase of new phone in same transaction. He refused to help me even with me showing him what the promotion said and called his boss again and he very quickly just said no and hung up and told me he could set me up with accessories for trade value. I went to another Verizon store located a few minutes away and they were professional and set me up with the new phone and the trade in value TOWARDS the new phone per the promotion. I will never go back to this GoWireless store again and you can be sure I am going to let all my Verizon customer friends know to not go here because they wont take care of you. If GoWireless actually sees these reviews then you need to retrain your people, look to see who was working on 06/14/17 and fix this store before you go under.

We stopped by the Verizon Wireless location on 27th in Kennewick to get some help with our account. Adan was extremely helpful and presented us with some options, a few that even saved us money. I highly recommend stopping by this location.

Well, when I bought a life time glass for my phone I was not told it would cost me $10 to replace a broken one.And they charge $15 to do a phone to phone transfer even to their customers. Not very impressed with customer service.

I come over all the way from Hermiston there were 3 guys that work there and they said we don’t talk to anyone and don’t know anything I ask for the name the Mexican guy was mean and rude didn’t even give me his name. He said I don’t have to give you my name.
