Dont go to any other boost mobile store, this is the only one thats actually running like a retail store that values its customer base. Thanks to the young man thats always there and always on point. Hes professional and always tries to make you feel valued and is smart enough to actually help with anything that might come up with your phone or plan. Word to upper management.. he is the soul reason I still have a boost plan. Hands down best store check them out.

Showed up 20 min before closing n they refused to assist me. Because according to him it takes 2 hours to set up a phone account and he didnt feel like staying after. And we all know it dont take 2 hours to set up a phone account he was just being a lazy and did want to help a customer. Where I worked if a customer showed up one minute before closing we help them until they were satisfied.

Walked into the store and the guy working was very welcoming (wish i caught his name).. He walked us through everything and got my girlfriends early Christmas gift all setup!

Bought a new Boost phone online and the Hotspot. Paid all activation fees on line and yet it said to bring into the store to activate. Took in and the owners son was rude and said if I hooked it up wrong I had to pay the fees to active at $35 each (phone and Hotspot) . Unprofessional and will never recommend it if owners son is there. Ill deal with owner who was great last time I needed help. Also, he needs to learn to greet customers with a smile and remember that US customers pay his wages. Without customers he wont have a job.

Had a horrible experience with customer service at this store! So rude so I went to the store a cross the street from Panda Express in Kennewick. The people here are awesome! Don’t waste you time with the Boost store on Clearwater. Come to the one by P E and 395! Plus Rose is back and at this store!

The guy was nice enough but probably, with all pre-paid places, it was a lot more to walk out with a phone than the face value...so I left the phone and kept the cash. Website said there were no activation fees.

This is the only Boost Mobile I go to, their customer service is by far superior to other Boost Mobile stores. They really go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied with their services. This store has a very large inventory of devices and an equally large inventory of accessories and even a few more surprises then your average Boost Mobile store. The staff are always eager to assist customers and seem sincerely enthusiastic to do just that. I should mention another perk this store is up to date on technology I was very impressed. Finally if none of the above convinces you that this Boost Mobile store is the best then the following will. This store also repairs mobile devices including tablets and laptops. Repairs are made right there on-site and prices are very reasonable compared to other businesses.

Two times in the past year Ive had the pleasure of experiencing extremely great customer service at this boost location! This means the world to me because my daughter has type 1 diabetes, shes 8 years old. Her phone is a medical device as well as my phone to track her blood sugar numbers. I deal with so many stressful situations on the daily due to this disease but upgrading to a new phone at this location has never been one of them! I highly reccomend this Boost mobile store!!

This was the most welcoming place Ive ever been to. Customer service service was fast and efficient and the people here are extremely nice and helpful! Plans are so affordable and the process was made easy. By far better than Tmobile Sprint and Verizon! This was the best experience Ive ever had in a phone store hands down.

I purchased a Galaxy S9+ from them on 5/04 for the price of 400$ because It had a tiny centimeter dead pixel on the right lower edge. The man at the counter ensured me that it didnt effect anything at all. This was not the case at all once I got home. 1/4 of the lower right portion of the phone will flash and disappear randomly, starting with where the dead pixel is. He had told me it is unlocked as well, but Ive spent 85$ on Straight talk sim card plans trying to activate and multiple hours on the phone with Straight Talk trying to activate it with no luck. I am not pleased about this.

Paid $130 to fix the screen. Worked for A DAY. Now my phone is completely unusable. I was traveling and now have no recourse. I looked at the receipt to see what I could do. They offer a 90 day warranty on all repairs. However in the same paragraph it says, We cannot be held responsible for devices no longer operational after we attempt a repair. Oh, which is it?! SHADY. Dont get anything repaired here. Its worth it to pay Apple just a little more money to have it done right. Youve been warned.

The employees are really helpful. They always work to get me the best possible deal on the service I need. They also take the time to know their customers. When I go in some of the employees even greet me by name. I would have never guessed something like Boost Mobile exists. Im so glad I switched from Verizon.

I Have been coming to this store for about two years and i used their services for about 3 years a few years back i was given a verizon service as a gift and i was not impressed with verizons prices or services or customer service at all so much so i chose to swith back with boost and pay for my phone myself and I have always been pleases with this service but most importantly the amazing location on clearwater across from the flash cube building!! Tim and his staff have always been extremely helpful more tgan willing to take the extra time and put forth the extra effort it takes to help make sure that i leave satisfied or my issue if any is fixed! They have been more than Affordable and fair with the price of their phones accessories and service. I highly suggest this location to anyone looking for a new service provider or any current boost customers needing help!!!

Dont try to come here until at least an hour after they open... website and door say they open at 10am, but I have tried to go in multiple times to pay our bill around 10-10:30am and the door is locked and lights are off! If you arent going to be open at 10am, you need to change your hours so customers dont waste their time.

I highly recommend this place I have had a Boost Mobile for many years .. but the best customer service ever and the best help ever is a lady named Rose who works here she is awesome and she always helps me with every little thing whenever I need anything I will drive the extra miles to go to see her I live in East Pasco and there is literally a Boost Mobile up the street from my house but I would rather go see Rose at this Boost Mobile before I seen anyone else because I know that my service is guaranteed and she is able to help me with anything I ask I give Rose a triple five star shes awesome
