Not that they care, but one of their vans nearly crashed into me. I tried contacting them directly, but there was no service or ability to talk a representative. If someone is monitoring this this happened on February 8th, 2020 between 3:30 and 4:00. Snapped a pic of the back of the idiots vehicle.

I generally don’t leave reviews on anything, but I live outside of Benton City, I had an order to be done today, I stayed home all day because I’m a college kid WHO NEEDS INTERNET TO DO MY ASSIGNMENTS, I have bills to pay and decided to take care of those on Monday, because the technician was supposed to come today. Come to find out he said that no one was home, but I never received a call to say he was outside or on the way. This is the last thing I need, honestly this ruined my day. I was rescheduled for Tuesday, it’s Friday... I have to wait 5 more days without internet for me to be able to submit my assignments effectively :(

After finally getting someone in the phone. I dont care what your CEO says hes waiting my time. Give me the collections number so we can get our refund. So not transfer me and than after holding say I need to transfer to supervisor and than hang up. Send the refund without it having to be asked for it. It diesnt belong to you.

Internet service is too out dated and slow to accommodate a normal busy household....and thats if its even working! And fyi.... if you cancel service they not only charge you for the rest if the entire month, they also tack on a $9.99 closing fee. Im not sure what kind of retention skills those are but if and when they catch up to the 21st century internet needs I will never pay money to them again!! Lost a customer for life.

Spent over 2 hours on the phone tonight, AGAIN! No internet, which means no Netflix etc. Had me on hold forever, cut me off, would not let me speak to a supervisor, NOTHING!!!!! While they had me on the line the internet just kept going up and down. Try paying bills online with that going on. And I have been with Frontier for almost 20 years paying for service Im not receiving. That ends December first. Id rather go to the library and use their computers. FRONTIER STINKS. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT SERVICE! And saying sorry over and over is a lie if they dont fix things.

The worst internet provider ever, customer service is lacking. I have been 5 days without internet. The tech has not shown up to fix it, each day we sit here and wait and just keep getting told he is on his way guess what never ever shows up. The tech department is the rudest people I have ever spoken too. DO NOT O REPEAT DO NOT GO THROUGH FRONTIER YOU WILL PAY FOR A SERVICE YOU DONT GET TO USE. Each day I call in several times aday I have been on hold 30 minutes or more just to be bounced around.

This company is the worst Internet provider possibly on the face of the earth. Do not go to them and less you have a hankering for pain. Despite now five different service calls, our Internet barely accelerates above crawl when it is working, however we find out that most of the time it is not. This is very frustrating for us as we are trying to run a business, and now are finding out that our basic most need is not being met. One star is more than what they deserve.

I had to cancel with Frontier before my internet got installed. They sent someone in Saturday, he started the process and didnt finish the job because he said there was an issue with my phone jack. He said he would try to return the same day and didnt. Then he called said he would be here first thing Monday morning. I waited, no show. He called, again I was patient and thought it was all part of the process. He said he would be here first thing Tuesday morning. He never showed up and called me about 4:00 p.m. (Im assuming to reschedule). I finally said enough is enough and called the Frontier office and they were quick to cancel my order, free of charge. They said I dont have to return the router or anything that was left here. They told me that my address had been checked off as completed. Mike Christian was the person doing the installation, and he continued to call even after I had cancelled. There seems to be no communication between the office and the people they send out. I wish I had looked up the ratings before giving them a chance.

Words cannot express my disappointment in all aspects. Endless calls to the call center back east. They cant deliver what they promised. They cant keep their own notes straight. I have called over 5 times and each time they say the last call never happened and my requests were never recorded. You have been warned.

The 800 service and help lines are a disaster. Constantly getting left on hold for half an hour and then disconnected. Then getting conflicting information from all the different departments.Do anything other than Frontier. I finally went with Straight Talk Home Phone for half the cost and not paying $30 in taxes after the $30 monthly payment to Frontier that I was not told about when I signed up.This make a home phone close to $60 a month. Ridiculous. Then after being told to ignore my last bill they turned me over to the connection department.

ZERO STARS! The service guy is like a family member Ive had to call him out so many times. Every time within 30 min after he leaves the service gets worse again! The service guy is great, the company sucks. I was actually told that a blinking light was good! Unfortunately we have to swallow our pride and go with our local cable provider which gets a whole 2.2 stars. Seems like there should be a business opportunity here.

What a horrible company! I moved back in September 2016 and not only did Frontier fail to disconnect the internet service as scheduled..... they have continued to bill me for services. I have been fighting with piss poor customer service, managers that have the authority and knowledge of an entry level customer service rep to resolve this issue for SIX MONTHS! I average 45 minute hold times while waiting to be transferred from customer service to billing with my fingers crossed that someone can actually transfer me the first time with out being disconnected. One rep was honest with me and confirmed that once an account is closed its not a priority and can take several months to resolve. WOW!

I was actually a little frustrated by Frontier because I had some issues with scheduling my appointment to install a basic phone line at first. In fact I thought about writing a poor-fair review based on that. BUT, the Customer Zone Technician, Rey Cueto, who came to install my services completely made up for the issues I had with the company itself. We needed our phone line for a very specific and important reason, and Ray went above and beyond to make sure we got it installed in time. He was very respectful and friendly... he even fixed our broken gate without being asked! It is rare to find someone who is knowledgeable and extremely helpful, normally its one or the other. So thank you Ray, I truly appreciate it and I would recommend you and Frontier to anyone!

I am at a complete loss as to how a company that is this terrible at providing internet service, and even worse in providing customer service is still in business. It has been over two months since I was sold internet service from a Frontier sales rep that they ended up not being able to provide to me, because there were no ports available in my area. Ever since then I have been fighting to get my deposit back from these incompetent jack asses. I have been lied to multiple times, hung up on more times than I can count, have been accused of not even making the deposit, or being told that the transaction was declined, even after I faxed in proof directly from my credit union. I am convinced that these tactics are used intentionally so that people just give up, and Frontier just keeps the money. I am currently on another 30+ minute phone call with Frontier, spending more than half of that time on hold so they can research things. Every person is more incompetent than the last. This company is an absolute joke. The only reason I selected one star is because you have to select at least one to post a review. People, if youre thinking about paying for Frontier service, take your money and flush it down the toilet because that is essentially the same thing youll get when actually dealing with them.

Horrible download speeds I’ve tried upgrading with y’all and say I can’t upgrade..no fiber optic available it seriously takes me 5 days to download a game on my Xbox..I can’t watch Hulu in two different devices because it won’t buffer ridiculous

Horrible customer service! Set an appointment (Mon 2-13 between 8am and 6pm) to have internet transfered to new residence- TWO DAYS later than still have not shown up to the appointment. They havent even had the courtesy to call me. I had to call them only to be told there is nothing they can do. Supposedly, service calls not able to be attended to that day are a priority the next day, but that doesnt explain a second no-show. Go elsewhere for your service!

First, I was told that I could not get service in my area when my neighbor who is on the same pedestal has frontier. Then my service plan was set up with a bunch of things I did not want, but had to pay for on the first bill because I did not receive a bill until the second billing cycle and was not allowed to pay for my service without an account number which I didnt have because I didnt get a first bill. So I had to pay a late fee on top of the other charges. Then my service was disconnected for no reason less than a month after I got service. If there was any other company I could get internet from I would switch in a heartbeat.

They told me by doing the self isntallation that it would be less money, then if I had a rep come out. So I obviously chose that route. Well they sent me the box, I hooked it up did everything it asks, still doesnt work, so I end up calling the technical support line and they tell me theyll get some support sent out to me because it was a problem on their end, a guy comes out and tells me hell be right back. Never heard from him, so I call the next day letting them know everything that went on and I need my internet turned on ASAP for school purposes and they tell me tomorrow someone will come out Ive heard that response for a week now!!!! Cancelling ASAP Im so done with them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I never thought a company could possibly mess up bills every single month. Absolutely horrible service. Was charged for services that I didnt even request nor recieve, one Coustomer service representative said he fixed the problem and I would be refunded, then they did it again with the next bill, that guy said that there was nothing on the account about canceling the service. Now Im getting 2 letters about bills and late payments when I already paid on the phone! Dont use this company.

Just a little feedback after being on the phone with you guys for 40mins to remove a security bundle I never ordered. I never ask for it on my account in the first place. After being on the phone for over 45 mins it was removed and you guys were so kind to give me a $15 credit for my troubles. No, $10 should be for the service I didnt order and what about the time I spent on the phone with multiple people. I guess this happens so much you have a department to removed these charges for a Security Bundle that your customers never order. First bill from you guys and first time on the phone and so far the only reason I can think people use your service is because that is all we can get. This is unacceptable in my eyes that I had to wait over 40 mins on the phone to have something removed I never wanted to have any way. At first they said to pay the charge and I would receive a credit but after another 20 min conversation I got a $15 credit. Failing not happy at all with you customer service let along the internet speeds.When we set this up no one showed or called for my appointment got set up the prior week. Should have known then how bad this was going to be. I guess this is the only service I can get in my area so they know they can get away with whatever they want.

I wish we had ANY OTHER OPTION. We live in West Richland and literally have no other option.We have had nothing but problems with them for the last 3 years. Everytime we have a problem and they have to come out, it takes multiple calls, multiple days, and is such a pain in the rear. Weve replaced 2 routers and STILL I get intermittent service.I would say that you could choose ANY OTHER provider and it will be better than Frontier.

I have had Frontier internet service for about 3 months (located in kennewick) and in that time I have had to reset my modem almost every morning. I also Get kicked out of online gaming every 30-40 min and Movies cant play without buffering. Oh and 800 customer service is terrible. Hope this helps!

Worst customer service ever. I first ordered just internet service and they added home phone to my bill and would not remove it. I called them, asked for it to be removed and that did not happen until I called 3 more times. Then my first bill was never sent to me and so I couldnt even log in online to pay it and my service was almost shut off due to this. Because of these occurrences, I overpaid for internet and ended up canceling services. I called they said they would send me my refund in 10 days, it has been months and I still havent gotten it, just bills proving they owe me money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The actual service is mediocre at best, not worth the time and effort

Talked with a representitve on Monday, Nov 2, and set up all the information for internet service. A installation rep was to be in touch in a day or two. Called Friday, Nov 6, to determine when I could get installation. They had my information, but no work order had been created -- and no plan had been indicated. A week passes and no one cares. This is a company of thousands of humans, and all calls are recorded for training purposes. But if I am late with my payment, I know the response will be swift. They have you by the short hairs, and remember!

Ask for a written copy of any information they give you. A verbal contract is worth the paper its written on. The only consistent thing about Frontier Comm. is that you never get the same answer from Cust. Service on the same question. Save yourself the headache and just dont do business with them.

I run a business with several employees outside of town. I was using a wireless ISP, which delivered only 5mbps, and Frontier claimed they could deliver 15. We really needed to speed, so I switched. Once in a blue moon we get over 10mbps, but frequently its 1.5 or less: a tenth of what they advertise. T

If i could give it negative stars I would. Youll have okay internet for about 5 days then just completely unusable internet for 3-4 its incredibly inconsistent. Actually the worst experience ive ever had with an internet service provider... if you can even really call them an internet service provider, smh. Idk why verizon chose to sell out to this company but all i can say is I miss big red more than ever. Frontier, plz just go out of business

When I finally got someone that was helpful they severed all ties of communication with me and when I finally got in touch with someone he left no tickets or notes on our account.... Cant provide stable internet and speeds are slower than advertised, costs are more than Charter, and internet crashes 1-2 times a day and has even more connection issues when it isnt down. Get Charter, cheaper, faster, and they have people that know what internet is.Frontier needs to stop providing internet, it is the worst thing ever. It crashes multiple times at night when there is no one awake, and anything else on the internet causes high ping times to anything.

Terrible company, I called and set up an appointment to have a tech come to my house. I waited all day for him to show up, literally never left my house, and he never showed up.I called to ask why he never showed up, and was told that he put in his report He had knocked on the door at 1:10pm, and no-one was home. Funny, I was here all day and no, you never knocked on my door, and there were 2 cars in the driveway...The next day the guy was supposed to show up again, and guess what, he never did. Their technician had lied, and their customer support kept giving me different stories. Needless to say, I canceled the entire thing and went with a different company.One of the worst experiences with a company, would not even recommend to my worst enemy. Very, very disappointed.

We were paying for 6 mbps internet and didnt realize we were only getting about 3. We decided to upgrade to the 12 mbps package, but the tech needed to come out and upgrade some hardware to make it work. When he did, he informed us that we were getting slow internet speeds due to some faulty hardware in the pedestal outside. When he replaced it and checked our speed, we were getting 13 mbps. Yes, the customer service phone system is a pain. However, the assistance we received while upgrading to faster speeds was more than expected and quite refreshing.

I paid my deposit 3 weeks ago and no one has come out to install anything at all. They keep saying they showed up when in fact they didnt. I finally said I didnt want their service anymore and somehow now they cannot find my account. It took them 3 seconds to take the deposit and 5 days later and still havent got my deposit back and no one calls. Im about to file a claim.

Absolutely, positively, one of the top two WORST, most infuriating examples of customer service I have ever experienced in my 64 years. I wanted to set up service for my mother, who was moving into a memory care facility a mile from her current residence. After being told that shed have to get a new number because her old number was not transportable, it took 3 different reps just for Frontier to figure out Mom already had Frontier as a phone provider and it was transportable. How can they be so dense? I give them the phone number, they punch it in, and their reps cant even tell Frontier is already providing service? After finally getting a transfer of service date set, no phone service. 4th rep said oh yes, its on the schedule for today; just wait. No phone service. Next day I talked to Matt, who wanted Moms social security number. Matt and I went round and round about why I wasnt going to do that. Yes, he could see I was approved to make changes on the account, but he would need the SS digits....Matt, Matt, Matt, the change order has already been scheduled, I just want you tell me WHY the phone hasnt been turned on and WHEN will it be turned on. This question appeared to be too complex for Matt the Customer Service Rep. I asked to speak to his Supv. Matt declined to put me through. Told me his Supv couldnt help me either. After an unpleasant exchange Matt put me on hold for 20 minutes. Then told me the change order was on engineering hold but he couldnt find anyone who knew what that was, but he might be able to get back to me in an hour or so. Matt still wouldnt put me through to his Supv. I told Matt he had my last name, Id like his last name. No, said Matt the Customer Service Rep, he wasnt gonna do that. I raged on for a bit about Frontiers pathetic customer service, but still didnt get phone service for another day. I dont think Matt has a future in customer service. The cherry on the cake of my Frontier experience was when I agreed to provide feedback. I gave them a Zero, Zero, Zero on their automated questionnaire. Then it says to punch 4 if Id like to leave a voice feedback. Guess what? Number 4 doesnt work! I cannot figure out why anyone with two brain cells would ever, ever EVER use Frontier. How DO they stay in business. Do they have a slogan? If not, might I suggest Frontier, Our Customer Service comes with long term Xanax therapy.

I have had internet service for a couple years now only due to charter not being available yet and it has been very unreiable and the customer service has been worse. I have had my internet go down 3 times this month and the last time was Dev. 15 I called the 17tb and has of Dec. 25 still no internet and all they can say is that its a holiday and we have no techition to help you, and that the service is down in my area even know my neighbors works great!! I would never recommend frontier!!

Buyer beware!! Hidden fees and fake charges! I was talked into a net/phone plan, was told I could upgrade or downgrade at anytime. I was told I would pay no more than $50.00 a month w/ free instillation. My first bill showed up for almost $200.00! Fronteer will not correct the charges and said I can upgrade but not downgrade! Sneaky and dishonest!!!

I definitely do not recommend it at all they are a disaster I called to hire internet services on 11/06/18 and they said a tectécn would come on 06/15/18 to connect everything between 8am and 12pm today is 06/18/18 And still nobody comes today I called them and they told me that nobody will come that the equipment will arrive by mail and I have to install it and that my order was isolated on 06/16/18 ...
