Worst nail experience I have ever had. We had appointments for 10am for my grandma and I, which were supposedly in the system. Only one lady did them, first my grandma, then me, instead of at the same time, we requested.She also filed my nail cuticles so much that my cuticles were bleeding from 3 different fingers. She had to stop multiple times to wipe blood off. And she filed my nails down so much into the nail beds that every one of my fingers are sore. I have never had this much pain from nails. She also didn’t even ask the nail shape I wanted and was very difficult to communicate with. I’m not sure if she just couldn’t hear us with the plastic shield in the car or if she was choosing to ignore us.She also did gel on my daughters nails. I was worried about doing gel on a child, but she assured me it would be better because it would dry fast and it would stay longer. Well it started lifting before we even got out of the car. And by the end of the day, every nail had peeled off.Everything about this experience was bad. Do not recommend this place.

Just did a bad job. $80 for this and a pedicure. Not to mention, sanded my skin five different spots and made me bleed. One spot I put neosporin on because it started getting infected. Pictures are three days after I got them done.

Unfortunately I wont be returning, she hurt my finger and made me bleed. Added pictures of my experience.

I would only go back if they can actually do the service in a timely manner. I waited an hour with my feet soaking in the tub before they started on me. The actual pedicure lasted maybe 15 minutes. Would have appreciated knowing how long I would have to wait.

Mai always takes care of me . She takes her time and makes sure I like my nails every step of the way . I’ve gotten my nails done with her more than 6 times and my nails have lasted me up to 6 weeks (insane i know, and no nails broke!) I always ask for dip and she’s so eager to show me all the things I can get with dip so I leave with cute nails that are HEALTHY . Always recommend this spot .

Nice salon, reasonably priced. This is my go to place. Mai is amazing and so nice! She convinced me to get rid of the acrylics and switch up dipped nails. Best decision ever!! The creative possibilites are endless.

I just came out the Canyon Chiropractor and my wife mention the nail spa on the same strip. I have 2 in-grown toenails that have been bugging me, so I stopped in. They welcomed me inside and took care of me. My toe was already in pain because I already botch my toenail. But the nice lady took care of it and Im back to running. Thanks a lot, Ill be back with my wife!!!

I used to love this place. It was quiet and clean and well cared for. Today, I came in for a pedicure and the service was horrible. She pinched my toes and gave me a painfully rough massage. Wont be heading back any time soon.

My toes hurt and they did a bad job! The sticker they put is in horrible shape took 85 bucks for my whole family.

I needed my eyebrows done real quick and tried a new place. Definitely my mistake for going somewhere new and my mistake for not asking for a mirror when she was done anddidnt hand me one herself. I just paid and walked out. Got home and half my eyebrow is gone on the left side and the right is so thin you can barely see it! Never going back there.

Not enough staff on. They start on you and then make you wait as they take on more clients. I have been here for almost 2 hours and they are not close to done.

I wanted to love this salon. My shellac nails looked beautiful after I left. But they only lasted 2 DAYS before they chipped! And now, after 4 days, every single nail is chipped. I have always had shellac last at least 10-14 days and have never had an issue. I’m so disappointed. Not sure what they did wrong but I don’t think the gal cleaned the nails off well enough before she started painting. Feel like I just threw $30 away. I won’t be back.

I Love love love my nails 😍I naturally have long nails &I was just needing to make them a little tougher! I had the dipping method done & they came out completely beautiful 😍 I would definitely recommend this nail salon!! It was so clean & spacious it was so pretty inside!! I will definitely be coming back here!!!

I went in for a full set of acrylics, and although the lady was very quick, I felt like she was more interested in what was happening at the front of the shop than what she was doing to my nails. When I requested that she fix a crooked nail she just kept making it shorter and the longer side was still longer than the other, but shorter overall. The paint job on my nails looked like a 5 year old did it, and she put it on so thick that before I even walked out the door the polish was almost moving to the side and super wrinkly. I am very unhappy with the nail shape, polish job, and my fingers a very sore. I have had acrylics many time, and never had my fingers be this sore. The place is cute, but I am not impressed with the quality of work.

Excellent job and they use the liners in the foot tubs!!! Very clean and great selection of polish - reasonable prices and friendly staff. Lots of options for the pedis too, which is great to add services. So thankful they opened!

Horrible place! I said I wanted SHORT acrylic nails. The lady doing them told me NO, that they would look bad. I left the salon in tears because I hated how they looked because of how long they were. I paid $45 for my horrible nails, and had to pay a extra $25 the next day to get them fixed at another place. I would give 0 starts if I could. I will never go back!!!

Never Will go back. She kept saying natural nail and look good...The dip power wont come off so now I have to go home and some how get off! They removed the picture also!

Went in for my daughters and I pedicures... she was really excited. I selected the advanced pedicure.. the stone massage lasted about 30 seconds me pedicure took about 15 minutes total including the soaking time to where the water turned so cold I couldnt keep my feet in it and drying time. My daughter was getting her pedicure and felt super uncomfortable by them referring to her as a doll. Then talked me into getting her a manicure for 5 dollars more.. got up to the register to pay they charged me full price for her manicure that is already chipping and half her nails are only half painted.

I’m not one to complain usually but I work on my feet all day long. I couldn’t wait for a pedi. They were very rushed, she only massaged my feet/legs for maybe 30 seconds- 1 minute each, did not file my nails at all very uneven. So sad 😭

I treated my daughter out for her birthday to get a full set . She chose a dark blue power to fade out to white with coffin shape. They had a sample nail already done . The lady that started doing her nails, seemed like she had no clue what she was doing . As i got mine finished i went and seen my daughters and was horrified by them ! They were really really thick and were shaped ugly a combine of square to round ! I just couldnt believe it . I told another lady and then they began working on my daughters nails. We were there for 4 hours, til they finally got them decent . They then told me, the lady that was working on them 1st was one of there best . I said, im sorry but she needs way more experience. Sad and very disappointing .

This way my second time going here after the first not being a great experience, but figured I would give it a second try since its a convenient location and is a clean place. I walked in for a mani and pedi, expecting some wait time, but the lady that sits on the first row of chairs with the short hair told me to sit in the second front chair for my mani. I waited for about 5 minutes before the lady from the 2 chairs behind us left a client with her nails soaking to come help me. I was told her name was Mary when I asked at the end. Medium length brown hair. Again I was expecting a wait. This lady was very sweet and did her best with detail and fitting the nails and my several readjust requests. I was told her name is Mary. The lady had directed me to the seat originally was still doing the nails of the client next to me. As that client went to wash her hands, the lady manicurist made a call to who I assume was another manicurist, telling them they needed to get there because the first client was now waiting and I was getting my nails done while the first client waited. Firstly, unprofessional to make a call like that in front of your clients. Once the originally manicurist was done with the client next to me, she told the lady doing my nails to go back to the waiting client. The lady doing my nails I assume said no and would finish. The original lady then proceeded to pull the chair away from my manicurist and arguing with her. Very awkward. I told them that I wanted the lady who started to finish, whom was appreciative of me speaking up. She sat back down and continued her work. The original manicurist then proceeded to just sit next to us doing absolutely nothing but sitting on her phone making snide remarks to my manicurist, when she could have gone to help the lady waiting. I stead, she then started to make a video of my manicurist working on me and then viewed to the lady waiting and then back to my manicurist, just sitting holding her phone at her. I was very annoyed by the behavior of the older manicurist by this point and asked her to not record where I am. She just said she wasnt and continued holding the phone at my manicurist. It was very clear that manicurist was frustrated, but kept very calm and professional through out. The old lady that sits in the middle of the room just sat and watched and did nothing to correct the horrible behavior the the old manicurist. My manicurist finished my nails and apologized several times. I explained it was not her fault and she did great. I would only go back her to have my manicurist do my nails again, but due to the other rude manicurist, I most likely will not go back here. I didnt even stay to have my pedi done.

I went in asked for a full set she said okay and we sat down. To strike conversation I had asked how long shes been doing this cuz they dont make you feel welcome. She had said she had been doing this for 15 years. Im going to say she hasnt been doing nails that long because normally they ask the length you want she didnt ask the nail length I wanted. Just assumed and then when I told her a specific length she went shorter than that. I definitely wont be going back there to spend money. the nail color is beautiful but before I go back I would love to have different staff.

I love this place !!! Been here four times now, for both pedi and mani. Jenny is fantastic on pedis, takes a great deal of care with cuticles, calluses, and a beautiful job on polish. Her attention to detail is outstanding. The trick to getting a great pedi (anywhere you go) is to be willing to pay for a great job -- it takes more time in-n-out pedi. I get a consistently good job with Jenny, and I go during a time when they arent super busy (avoiding weekends).Salon is super clean and they use disposable liners in the pedi spa. They always use freshly blue-lite sanitized instruments -- no nail fungus from this place !!Mai is also great at manis -- I only get a simple grooming mani -- cuticles, buffing, massage, moisturizers. Both Jenny and Mai listen to what I ask for, and deliver on my requests and theyre both super friendly.I rate this place best in TriCities -- and Ive tried a lot of them over the past three years looking for high quality results -- this place delivers.Sign me, Happy Customer

My nails are horribly done they were incredibly rude and they didnt do the color or the shape that I asked for and I got them done yesterday and there already coming off it hasnt even been a full 24hrs .... Honestly dont go there, they shouldnt even have a business if they cant do what I ask and argue with me telling me Im wrong when I know what I want. My nails didnt even have the top clear coat . They honestly need to be shutdown

I came to this nail spa do acrylic and the lady with eyeglasses she not professional and took me over 2 hours, she talk the whole time never stop made me so tired and all my fingers very painful but i dont said anything and she told me she does my nail very pretty,OMG I cant believe she can said that and laughing, when i paid and ask her name, she said Marry,Im so sorry I cant give any star for horrible service and never come back.
