Kim does great. I am one that doesnt know half the time what Im getting, and on a time crunch half the time and am always a walk in. Yet she does a good job in a timely manner!

Got a pedicure and everyone was nice but equipment was worn down, the place was dirty. Literally nail clippings (that weren’t mine) on the side table of the pedicure chair…. Talk about GROSS. The lady who did mine seemed rushed and didn’t take her time. Almost like she was trying to keep up with the other person getting a pedicure. The nails were fine. But the cleanliness is what will make me not return.

They were very kind and very attentive to detail. They took good care of us. The atmosphere was very relaxing. My mother was well taken care of.

Worst place I have ever gone to. I will never go back. Except to get a refund. The pics are from the day after.

Did a horrible job on my nails and I only got French tips ... !!!! I asked them to fix them. And the gentleman acted like he didnt understand what was wrong. Then when he attempted to fix them. He was ready aggressive about it. And then said thats how they are supposed to be. Very poor customer service. Then he charged me for a full set. Instead of just a fill. Very very unhappy. I will not return.

Worst nail salon in the tri cities. Incredibly over priced and horrible quality service. They dont listen and when they ruin your nails they just tell you oh well.

Great place!!! I brought my 12 year old daughter here and she loved it. Everyone there was really friendly, it was very clean and they have those Chanel nails which I thought were pretty cool.

First timeI went in on a Friday at 11am with my sister. It was supper busy and chaotic. There were 2 people doing pedicures, 1 doing nails, and 1 (owner) flowing back and forth from pedis to nails. I wanted a natural coffin acrylic looking nails, so I request a light pink power. My request was met. However, its $5 more for the shape of nail, besides square or squavul. The guy who placed the tip and acrylic did a sloppy job, missed areas by my cuticle, did it bulky and the shape was off... The owner fixed the nails and SHE made them look much nicer. Yet, the shape looked more like a squavul tip than a coffin tip.I believe it would have been better service and quality if it was not busy.I did like my nails, they were pretty, but they could have done better... And also the price was a little silly for a simple look $35(Pictures were taken a day after. I did have acrylic residue on several fingers after the manicure)

We went in four of us, and they got us in right away, did all of our full set of acrylics. They did it all in an hour. So nice, easy and fun to talk to. We had a great experience !!!

1st visit, had my toenails done with gel polish. The price was reasonable and the nails look fine. However, I probably wont go back. When he started, he accidentally blasted me with the sprayer. No worries, its just water and I will dry before I have to be at work. He did apologize and bring me paper towels. But, what I didnt realize was that he also blasted my purse and sandals. My purse was just short of dripping wet and left a wet spot on the seat of my car where I set it. My sandals are squishy. Accidents happen, but how did everything get THAT wet??? Also, a customer got up, grabbed a towel and wiped up the water on the floor while he was in the back room. Just not the signs of a well managed business.

They cut up my fingers multiple times andb made them them bleed without fixing them. i will never go back to this place.

Went in today to get a fill and pedicure. I have been going to this place for years now but never been as rudely treated as I was today. I have always asked for and scheduled an appointment with Kim, the owner. I figured the owner would do a good job because she would want to keep the business. I guess I’m mistaken. She evidently doesn’t want the business after all. I dropped $70.00 today, got a lousy job done on my fill and was treated extremely rude. That’s what I got for $70.00. Not the best use of my money. I’m looking for a new salon. I would never recommend this to anyone again.

I went in to get my nails done on my birthday, with no wait time. I was the only customer. I let the guy know it was my birthday hoping he would take the time to give me great birthday nails. I asked for a manicure as well and the guy told me I didn’t need it if I was getting a full set. Long story short I’ve never had a set of nails so poorly done. I’ve also never left a review but it was that bad! You shouldn’t have to ask them to fix your nails by removing excess acrylic from the sides and underside of your nails, and you shouldn’t have to ask them to smooth over the acrylic so that it’s not bumpy. Also, he placed acrylic over my cuticles. Horrible.

I got a pedicure, today. The man used the scrub on left leg but not right. He messaged so hard it hurt really bad, had to tell him to stop, I was in such pain. Very Disappointed, wont be going back. I dont think its new York nails anymore, but Im not sure. My calf is still sore from his massage.

I love this place! Ive been coming here for over 2yrs and whenever Im out of town and have to go somewhere else I always regret it. Kim (the owner) is absolutely the best and has an amazing talent and eye for fashionable nails. I would hands down recommend this salon to anybody and everybody! !

My experience here was very bad today, I asked for a set of nails, she wanted to force me to grab the gel nails but I do not like I said no, I just wanted pink and white my tips she angry told me no I had to grab a color., well I said ok apart from leaving hollow in my acrilic at the time of painting it was horrible I leave unpainted places in the corners I said I did not like it and she said that I had grabbed the regular set as if that justified her evil I take very angry work and I take it off so angry that I was hurting a finger and in a sarcastic tone he told me that he would charge me more I told him that money was not a problem for me then I would paint them again in another color but of In the same way he did not do it well, I better leave it that way !! his horrible treatment I do not recommend.

I won’t be going back, I told them one of my nail was crooked and she got offended that it looked good to her. All my nails look different sizes and shapes. They don’t even care, they want your money and out of there fast.

Visiting Kennewick and needed to get my nails done. The girl at my hotel desk recommend NY nails as the best place nearby. The shop looks a little older than Im used to. The guy did a good job with my Mani and it was quick which is what I needed. I would go back again.

Excellent mani/pedis just wished more of them spoke english. It would make it easier to ask for what I want without a translator.

Worst place ever! First time ever being there i went to get my acrylic nails removed and the guy was not gentle and ripped my nail making my finger bleed like crazy, i was in so much pain. He still charged me!

I have tried multiple places for Shelac and no where provides the care that Kim and her staff does. Every where else my nails would chip or come off completely at day 5 and they would charge me for a full appt again! Kim goes the extra mile to make sure I am happy! Great service!

Terrible service, the guy got irritated with me cuz I had him cut one white tip too low and then I changed my mind and wanted longer. so he wiped glue on my finger. then he sent me to his wife, who seemed irritated and got upset at me for grabbing a different color for the heart then what she grabbed...and in the end she messed up the heart and didnt even try to fix it.

When first started going they did a great job...then they got sloppy and i stopped going. I needed a fill months later. Thought id try agian. I got a new person. Omg..i was so upset. This guy was new, and i was so upset that i stopped him. Pointed out how thick and uneven...he had burned my natural nail file filing. Never going back!

One set of nails longer than the other, indents and all around shotty work. The guy doing my nails seemed to have no idea what he was doing! Never going back, Ive never cried over spilled milk before but this takes the cake. How do you work there if you dont take pride and care in what your doing? If I could give no stars I would. Miserable experience, the sad part is this was just a fill and they did my nails before the fill and they were great! This time not so much. Horrible job never going back. Even worse I felt like I couldnt tell them anything because he wasnt interested in listening to what I had to say to fix them.

This used to absolutely be my favorite nail place.I was loyal to them for 3 years (which for me is saying a lot bc Im picky)The last time I went I got a basic full set with gel top coat.So I was expecting my usual 30Well I was nearing the end and she took my card did not tell me how much(LIKE THEY HAVE DONE EVERY TIME IN THE PAST)Came back with my reciept that said 45$I asked and could not get a straight answer and not wanting to one of those people that caused a scene I walked out telling myself I willNEVER GO BACK

Horrible! Got my fill in less than 5 minutes and they were empty! My gel is lumpy and uneven and she got the acrylic all over my skin. Then my friend with me got a pedi and they put no lotion or anything and paid extra for callus remover. She asked if they could do it more because it was still bad and the lady told her no. Very rude, rushed, and careles.. dont waste your money

Great experience with pedicures here, I like places that take an hour or more and they definitely do a great job but they do have a stank face at least the male doesnt.

This place dont even deserve 1 star..A guy did my nail repair today..he did not know what he was doing! it was so terrible!!,my thumb nail looked like a toe nail on a big toe!! I told the owner and she filed it a little,put the clear coat and said there!..wow what a careless snob!..the acrylic is thick and way over on my nail sides on my finger! And cuticles..i tried to file it myself but my thumbs in pain..after several attempts to get them to fix it and get the acrylic slop off the under part of the nail tip too..i just gave the greedy jerks their $3. And said i will NEVER come back!! And left! VERY BAD SERVICE!!!..NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! THE OWNER DONT CARE!!! :(

Got my first ever pedicure here...It was nice

If I could give this nail salon 0 stars I would. They made my nails super short and didnt even get the nail stuff out from under my fingernails. Also they didnt lotion my hand like most salons. They also got the nail Polish on my fingers.

Went in for a full set yesterday. After waiting 30 min I had the older lady do my nails. (Basic white tip) nothing crazy or fancy. All my nails look awful they are crooked, uneven, not cemetrical, globs underneath, awful. Not only that but she cut my cutical and put a glob of glue on it there was no sorry or anything as this is being done. Worst set I’ve EVER had. Paid $35 for nails that look like garbage, waisted an hour an a half and they don’t care at all. Sloppy and unprofessional. I use to be ok with this place but haven’t been in 6 months and never will go back or pay for there crappy services again. I didnt have time to deal with it then as I was late for an appointment, but will be going back today to see if they’re willing to compensate for this god awful set or fix it and have someone that knows what they’re doing make it look how they should.

1. Pedicure was good until they burned my legs with the dumb rocks and left burn marks on my skin2. Put higher paying customers or large groups before you3. They just want to get you out of there and get more people in and will send you home with dry nails even after you tell them theyre still not ready they just want you to leave4. All employees except 1 are rude. Theyll get mad and not say sorry after they hurt you.5. Youll leave in a bad mood from the terrible service. I will not recommend this place to anybody. Im still searching for salon in tri-cities that will make me want to keep coming back.

Garbage. Worst experience ever. I went in on Tuesday for a full set and the guy sucked at painting. There were bubbles in the paint and he completely missed the sides of my nails and got rude and defensive when I asked him to fix it. Theyre already lifting and chipping after TWO days. Then I went in on Thursday to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady seemed inexperienced and careless. She messed up my eyebrows. They were uneven and my left one had a bald spot on bottom AND on top. Never going here again.

Went in to get a gel manicure and was not ok with using there tools . Got a get polish and it was terrible my nails werent fully polished, polish everywhere on my skin under nails my cuticles plus one nail was lumpy. Lol what a joke my 11 year old does better nails.

Super awkward. The guy doing my nails didnt speak english and the chick next to him kept answering. The tv was off and after all the others got done with their clients they just sat on their phones watching videos. I basically sat and stared at a wall for an hour and a half.I paid $35 for uneven length nails, different widths, etc. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt and regretted it.

When I first walked in the lady was super rude and was like what you want nothing else but what you want she seemed angry. The nails seemed crooked and unclean and bulky. At least it was $25

I went to this nasty place on 07/13/17 for a fill and by 07/20/17 1 of my nails had lifted, when i took a close look to my nail I noticed it had fungus on it. I shouldve seen that coming, since the service was in less than 15 minutes and during that time the lady was arguing with this other person. 😡😠 IM SO MAD, WHAT A NASTY PLACE. I HAVE NEVER HAD FUNGUS ON MY NAILS AND I KNOW THIS IS FUNGUS BECAUSE I HAVE A COSMETOLOGY LICENSE 😡😠

Went here a couple days ago got a REGULAR full set no gell, no design just color. They charged me 35$!! I complained and she said itd cause I got them to long literally have got this length here so many times and was never an issue and wouldnt give me money back. Plus she made me bleed multiple times. NEVER GOING BACK.

Workers were nice and were using clean tools, but other than that my gel set was not very good, lots of gel was on my cuticles and the gels started peeling within three days.

Uneven, some nails longer then the rest, they dont match up with the other hand. They seem to care more about the high payers then anyone else.

It at least took me an hour to do a pedicure and they used the same nail clippers and other equipment that the other person had used.
