Such a great place ! Everything has been recently renovated and it’s just amazing. The inside of the apartments are beautiful very modern and a new playground was built that has way more things for the kids. All Staff from maintenance to the office girls are so nice helpful and professional, all my questions and concerns are always handled in a timely matter. Overall this is a great place to live

My family and I were pleased with our stay in these apartments. They were quiet and my neighbors were friendly. The apartment itself was very nicely done, they had remodeled recently and the updated appliances, countertops, cabinets throughout the unit were very nice and durable.My only complaint, which is really a worldwide complaint, would be the parking lot. We only had one space for a 3 bedroom home and 48 hour spots would be taken quickly. We purchased a carport which was helpful. However, for friends or family to come visit they literally would have to park in the far reaches and hope for a space availability.I did have to call the tow company on a car that was parked in our numbered space at around 9pm at night and gave them an hour grace period as no one was home to claim their vehicle.The only time I had a problem was when a new neighbor moved in upstairs a few doors down and they proceeded to light fireworks right next to my car in empty parking space. Benton County has a no aerial fireworks ban and Heatherstone doesnt allow any fireworks to be set off. Clearly people need to read their leases and the laws better because they completely disregarded the rules, which are their for their safety as well as ours. I dont want my home to burn down or my car to catch fire.Luckily this was only a month before we were set to move out and pretty much until they moved in a few months before we moved out, everything was really great.Payment is really easy through the Tenant Portal. The mailboxes are really secure and I loved the new packaging system. It was nice to know my packages were safe.Overall, Heatherstone was a great resource we needed when we moved back to Washington and needed a place until we were in a better financial standing.Thank you!

First off I would like to say these apartments turned out amazing! Office team is very friendly and I just love all of them MARIA is super sweet & MELANIE IS MY FAV! Maintenance team tho, that is such a spectacular group! Darren has stepped up the game as maintenance supervisor and Now the team really comes together and makes sure all residents are taken care of! What more could you ask for:) great come back heatherstone!!!

It was great living here. After the remodel was done, The apartments look so nice. We had friendly neighbors. We never had any issues. The staff was always very helpful. We worked with Tania for all our requests and she was always very professional, and really nice. Thank you for allowing us to live at Heatherstone.

Nice and a spacious apartments. Despite other reviews, I can say I haven’t had any issues with office ladies nor maintenance. The ladies in the office are professional. I have worked with Tania with my apartment requests and she has always been nice and very attentive. Maintenance is great when it comes to work orders, they get the job done. The apartments are getting a lot of updated things like mailboxes, mail delivery system and keys cards.

I love living here at the Heatherstone. I have lived here for close to nine years now. In that time all office and maintenance staff have become my friends. I can always count on a smile and wave in passing and sometimes a little chit chat. My studio apartment is spacious and clean including two walk in closets and a full kitchen. My bathroom is spacious as well. The apartment also has a floor to ceiling window which my cat loves to keep an eye on life here at the Heatherstone. All apartments are recently renovated. IThe Heatherstone is working actively with the police department to prevent crime. I have learned here at the Heatherstone to keep my head up and greet those around me because I have a lot of friends in my neighbors. I love it here!

Ive been calling for WEEKS and they dont answer the phone! I was considering to live here but I dont think I wanna live in a place where theres poor service and management. I cant imagine the hell it would be living here.

This is a great place to live I love it,the upgrades are amazing,the maintenance crew is rocking they are right there to help, the new supervisor darren is totally amazing, also Melanie the office manager is super awesome,goooo heatherstone

The whole apartment complex is a dead zone. If you do not have wifi to fall back on you completely lose your cell service! Cant make calls, texts and the internet forget about it! Beware!

Love living there place looks amazing after renovations

The ladies in the office are always helpful and polite. I’ve had to have maintenance to my apartment a couple of times, under no fault of theirs, and maintenance has been prompt, professional, and proficient both times. They worked tirelessly during the recent snow storm to clear sidewalks. We are kept abreast of upcoming community events, such as the security Luxor room for packages, weight room, and playground. No complaints here

Rude staff, I went to the apartments for a tour, and they told me there internet was down so they couldn’t see that we made an appointment. I made this appointment 2 weeks In advance. There’s no way their internet was down that long.

My boyfriend and I were there Friday from Portland Oregon, finishing up our process for getting an apartment. We absolutely have nothing bad to say about receptionist at all. They were awesome!!! The apartments are awesome. We cant wait to be able to move in.

Great! Lots of recent improvements.The new security is making it feel a lot safer, protecting tenants from roaming transients. Especially love the employees, they are friendly and do an exceptional job. Parking is becoming very good to and the storage units are very handy. Best apartments in the area for price.

I love this place.

Worst apartment complex ever! after a year of living here they raised my rent. The ladies in the office very unprofessional. Maintenance sucked, I waited over three months with out a working stove or oven. The only way I could get anyone out to fix anything was if I called them everyday and bugged them. Absolutely no parking and they will tow you. They kicked me out around tax season because I used to be a full time student a year previous, and they are tax credit so they couldnt make any money off me. Ghetto people, and no one ever watches there kids. Trash every where. So thankful I moved I will never live in another apartment again, Heatherstone Ruined that experience for me. Honestly I am a hard working citizen who attended school and payed my rent on time every month. I would recommend living there if you live off the state they can make more money off you and all of us who pay taxes!

I really dont write reviews but after reading through the reviews for Heatherstone it sadden me on how people can just write out of anger. Ive lived here for 10+ years and I have NEVER had issues with management or my neighbors and I have had many new ones come and go over the years and never once had issues with any of them. Yes, the property needs some upgrades but I but hearing many great things about the renovation that is to come. I know Ill be excited as many other resident who lived her for years. People seem to forget that this is a big community of apartments and multiple people with different cultures live here. The girls in front as always very nice to me and even have my package ready as soon as they see me come through the door. Its a very busy office but I can say that they try their best and thats all I can ask for. The maintenance staff are always very attentive and friendly and they always make sure to wave if they see me outside. Heatherstone is INDEED a great place to live if you like apartment living!!!!

I would NEVER RECOMMEND these Apartments to anyone ever not even rate them a 1star.Lived there quite some time and my experience there was horrible. Til this day they lack in management, staff, customer service, maintenance, etc. & that’s because I just moved out on December last year.Staff is rude, when calling no one ever picks up. But when they call you they call once & expect you to pick up even though you are currently working, & they won’t bother to call again until you start calling back several times again.Also My apartment got broken into a month before moving out and they did nothing all they were worried about was if any damage was done to the apt & On top Of that they wanted to charge me for some window screens the robber took. Dealt with noisy neighbors for 2 years it came down to me having to call the cops several times.Finally moved out, CLEANED OUT My apartment. THEY NEVER CALLED ME FOR A WALK THROUGH & I got nothing back from my deposit BUT yet I end up owing them not surprising.I tried several times to get a hold of them especially on my pay days to pay off that amount with them within the 30 Days. Finally I get a call back after those 30 days to only find out I am now in collections. Can say so much more but I’m gonna have a good day today. Word of advice to people looking for a new place please read your reviews!!

Office and grounds keepers dont know there jobs. I pay rent on time explain my concerns they dont care. Its just about them getting there rent. They do not care about tenants safety, they attack certain people let others do what they want, pay way to much for a small box apartment that is not maintained probably. They enjoy how to dictate on how you live.

I live here will be moving out soon, my experience here has been great! from the neighbors to the leasing and maintenance staff. Never had any major issues, the layouts are very spacious considering your in an apartment. The walls and not very thin like most apartment communities hardly heard my neighbors. Pet friendly. Ive worked with the leasing office before and they care very much for their residents, although many residents think otherwise. You have to keep in mind that your are not in a private home, it is one of the biggest apartment communities in the tri-cities. I have seen slow but substantial improvements made at the community, from exterior to interior and continue to hear of all the great improvements to come and the location is close to everything which is a plus.

Rating 0 these people that are currently running the office have locked down the basketball court where children play in an attempt to inspire to play college and possibly pro basketball would rather let drug dealers and gun dealers drive around the complex all day and all night. If a renter like me tell the manager Katie she tells me that she already knows whats going on at Heatherstone less than a week later a man is shot and killed and Im out there helping the girls who work in the office clean up the blood the next night a guy stabs himself same apartment what do you do with people that are so inane and inept that they cannot decipher or discern right from wrong right is playing basketball wrong or guns and drugs. Moreover they told me oh it put a hopscotch and Foursquare for the kids to play theres

Honestly, dont move here. They are running a scam and when you dont fall for the scam they call the cops on you. The police office was so kind and let us know that happens A LOT and encouraged us to write a review so that it doesnt happen to more people.

Nice apartments. But not enough parking. How can you only alot 1 parking spot for each apartment when a Two bedroom apartment likely has 2 drivers associated with it? Thats just poor planning. My car got towed because there werent enough parking spots and now i have to pay $300 to get it out all because you guys dont have enough parking. FIX THIS, HEATHERSTONE!

I dont even know where to begin. Here lets start with the staff. Non of the staff know what they are doing. You will ask a question and get told something incorrect and then they proceed to deny any conversation being held. Being a new to the rental world someone doesnt worry about keeping record of anything due to thinking they are honest people when this is not the case. Shall I go on? No because we would be here all day..

Lived here 8 years and its gotten so bad, management didnt give me another lease agreement after living here 8 years, when i asked about a lease they replied they are not giving lease agreements to existing residents, only new residents, seems fraudulent and illegal

I would give this a no-star if that was an option....my tires got slashed again for the 3rd time this morning. I keep to myself and there is no reason for it. Owner wont put cameras up for the residents safety. They dont protect the residents here. Ive complained about our neighbors smoking so much weed 6 times that it is coming through our floor and my kids blankets even smell like it, and they just say write it down but do nothing about it. Wont even move us. Its putting me kids and myself at risk. My kids cant even play outside since the area is extremely unsafe. Management doesnt care......my suggestion to any of you looking for an apartment....DONT MOVE HERE!!!!

I would rate 0 star but I cant. Worst management team ever lived here 6 months have a $890 down payment And they wanna return $59. Aside from all of this every time you call management and you wanna ask a question they seem to always be in a bad snobby mood. Lady Im not telling you to work here. They have no customer respect whatsoever.

If it gave me the option I wouldnt even give it one star. Worst place to rent hands down. When they try to get you to lease with them they are calling you making it seem like they actually care about you. As soon as something doesnt work and you try to get a hold of someone they go missing like my dad did 21 years ago. They play hide n seek so well that Im starting to think no one works there. The girls there are always on their phones. I feel like it shouldnt take a whole pregnancy for them to get back to me on a question or concern that I have. If you are looking for a place to rent DO NOT choose heatherstone unless you are wanting to get ignored, and sent to voicemail.

The worst apartment ever DONT NOT MOVE!! The office people are rude and they will never help you with any maintenance at all the worst. Kids brake windows and throw rocks on cars all day and nights the walls are so thin that you can hear everything from your neighbors if someone lives above you good like getting the foot steps and running of your head DONT MOVE THERE ITS THAT WORST EVER!!!!

Rude staff. Scheduled and confirmed a tour. When I showed up for the appt there was a closed sign on the door. Then when I did get to meet the person whod show me the apt, I was told that it would not be ready for move in until mid November, nearly a month later than what I was told.

Stafe matnance lied the hole year I was there of when they saposably went to fix my apartment problems that I wasent home I was there the hole day waiting for them even call the office they said they went but I wasent home there was only one good office staff but she wasent made management so decided to leave when I did cleans the hole place up but saposably they had to paint and clean agane they took my hole diposit and added a few hundred to it WHAT A BIG RIPP OFF AND SCAME DONT GET SCAMED LIVING THERE LOOK FOR A BETTER PLACE

Ok first of all, no parking! None what so ever! The service is horrid, no response ever and when they do its oh well get back to you. never hear back. They raised my rent 50 dollars and wouldnt acknowledge it.Theyve lied to me, stolen from me, and ignored me. From a.c wont work and Ive had to fix it myself, to being promised a washer and dryer for 6 months and then being told they never had any for me!! My hot water didnt work for 3 weeks before somthing was done about it. Somthing doesnt work they wont fix it, they paint over the mold and will lie to get you to sign a lease.DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE HERE! If you ignore my warning then have fun dealing with the disasterous concenquences of living here. All you are is a pay check to them, nothing else.

Rude unprofessional receptionists and manager assistant. Very poor maintenance service. When you move in the apartments are so dirty, sinks clogged, no blinds on the windows, and stains everywhere in the kitchen are but you move out and you get charged for what was already damaged when you moved in.

It’s not a safe place. Within the last month people have tried to break into my apartment twice, had my car window bashed in and someone was stabbed, all within the same month!
