Currently still living here its been really good neighbors arent bad i always get a quick response our fridge went out one day n that same day within a hour I had a brand new fridge in they have always been really good at fixing any issue. one neighbor moved in n the first weekend they blasted music so loud my walls vibrated I had to call non-emergency to make it stop Monday morning I called n talked to management that following weekend no issuesso I had a roommate n 3 months before the lease ended she ended up moving out she signed a agreement with the office lady Angelica. that although she wouldnt live on the premises she would continue to pay her rent. my ex roommate didnt write any conditions n lied about verbal agreements she made with Angelica, I took it to court for her to pay the backed up rent she owed as a agreement she and the property manager signed. I DIDNT SIGN IT! now they have been harassing me trying to tell me I need to pay it although it is not my signature on the paper.  I spoke to a Laura from billing n she refused to let me pay for the damages stating I need to pay the full balance 1,400+  or nothing. I attempted to talk to her n got no where. DONT RENT HERE.

Terrible. Never answers the phone.Issues in apartment: mold ants everywhere slugs in the shower fleas in the grass in the summer and earwigs. Always sneaking in charges and fees. Never resolves problems. Flat out lies about handling problems. Doesnt care about anything but payments. Currently no lighting outside working so its impossible to see after 7pm unless you use your cell phone. This place is terrible and the worest place I have ever lived in my life. This is the seventh apartment complex I have lived in and I never had any issues in any other complex.

After the first month here, they raised the rent from $770 to $818.57, they stated its a water and sewer charge, which normally comes included and they did NOT tell us that when we signed our lease. We got ants instantly, had to personally take care of them. The neighbors arent bad, but they have SO many drug addicts living here so be expected to see and hear people at all times of day. Also after the first 2 weeks living at this location someone attempted to break into our apartment. NOT WORTH IT. In all the places I have rented from, this one is the worst.

This place is absolute garbage. I’ve had a maintenance order I’ve been trying to get completed for 3 weeks. I came by Friday (the first day I was scheduled to have maintenance stop by) and he changed it to Monday, and I understood. He said “for sure Monday at 3-3:30. I bring my dog all the way to my mom’s in Finley and even poke my head in the office and ask the property manager if I’m still on the schedule to have my broken dishwasher, my busted out kitchen light, and my broken exhaust fan taken care of, and she said yes. I check back in at 4 and he’s left for the day, absolutely ridiculous. This same man is the person I spoke face to face with on Friday, they just don’t care. Other than that, it constantly smells like mold from the single pane windows, there’s only AC in the living room, you’ll have to buy a unit for the bedroom. The place is INFESTED with ants, the neighbors park their cars blasting loud music in front of my unit with paper thin windows, and there no actual laundry facility. Just the tiniest washer imaginable that’s $1.50 for a 1/3 load a normal washer has. Don’t rent here unless you just need a place to crash, but even then being behind Winco’s loading dock will wake you up every morning at 2:30 a.m. sharp.

New owners they have been cleaning up the place new carpet and new windows workers been here for months putting new siding on Buildings and new roof its shaping up and i love living here

Im not happy with this apartment complex, the management sucks at getting back to you, they always say to leave a msg or if you do talk to someone, they say they will get back to you asap, horrible maintenance that take months to get stuff done, and to top it off i moved out 4 months ago and i still havent recieved my deposit back, they keep saying that corporate has sent it out and still nothing. Never will i rent for this company again and nor do i recommend anyone to rent either.

These appts suck. Magoli (spelling?) is now the manager and she’s great, she’s the only redeeming quality of the whole place.

Im not happy with this apt.complex owner doesnt care about what tenants need..horrible black mold problems,landlord unwilling to assist with pest control..but ready to charge for it.they also charge you for Ambulance,Common area Electricity,pest control,Sewer,Trash and Water like if you are living in a house...I dont really reccomend this apts.😠😡🤮

Many maintenance issues, brought to the attention of the property manager by tenant, were never addressed nor resolved. In a recent meeting with the current property manager, she addressed tenant rudely, unprofessionally, and in a demeaning manner.

Old building, owner doesn’t care about tenants—until rent time

Horrible black mold problems landlord unwilling to assist with pest control and it takes the maintenance staff forever to fix anything and when they do its just a band aid.
