Amazingly Nice staff. The apartment is beautiful it had a couple of small issues when we moved in but they are taking care if them quickly they were small any ways. Plus my dog is my best freind.. he love it there is a good size dog park for him to play in. Only been here for 1 month now but we love it.

It took over a week to process our applications and once approved they expected us to move in in 2 days... fortunately someone from management was able to pull a few strings and push the date out 3 weeks. Communication with some management was awful. When I messaged to ask questions about the unit they ignored those questions And requested more info from me that should have been requested the week prior when the applications were submitted.

I recently inquired about living at Aspen Hills. The office staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. They even told me things about the property and area that I hadnt even thought to ask! Such amazing customer service and a great price! Also sounds like everyone is trying to move in here since they are full so I am hoping to move in as soon as they have something available :)

These apartments are very well maintained and have a great property management team! It’s a peaceful clean place to live! Very much recommend them!

I absolutely do NOT recommend this place, at all. The management and maintenance do not do anything timely, if they even bother replying at all. The buildings are old, and the units are left in terrible condition. They bait and switch you to get you in the door, and dont fix anything after that point. It is clear that this place only cares about money, and not their actual residents. The amount of rent you pay is not worth the outdated units with appliances that are falling apart. As another review stated, the furnace is not strong enough to properly cool down the whole unit. Save your money, and peace of mind, and live at one of the many other suitable apartment complexes in the Tri-Cities.

Pretty horrible experience. Buildings are old and unkept. They throw a fresh coat of paint on top of the growth and dirt, and convince you its clean. We found black growth on the ceiling of our bathroom after a couple months of living there. 2 story apartments are not designed for the climate, and the furnace isnt strong enough to pump air to the upstairs. Temperature reaches above 80 degrees upstairs until about 9 at night. Vents looked horrific, full of dust. We lived there with a 1 year old. His room was upstairs. He slept regularly in 80+ degree nights. We told maintenance that we werent happy with this upon day 1 of moving in. Their response? They told us to buy box fans to push the cold air upstairs.One morning I awoke to find a leak in my ceiling. Paint was peeling off. Notified the emergency hotline and was told since it was Saturday they couldnt do anything about it until monday. Luckily I work for a water restoration company so I was able to run to my shop and grab equipment needed to dry the ceiling out. Otherwise we would have a wet ceiling sitting for 3 days. We payed for a pet deposit. But upon moving out received an outrageous bill for carpet cleaning, and repainting our whole apartment. I didnt expect to get my deposit back from this management but I did not expect to receive a bill for hundreds of dollars. (I personally cleaned the carpet a month before moving out and our animals never had an accident on the carpet.) We were told that we payed for the right to have a pet. So beware...the deposit does not cover pet cleaning expenses.Sprinklers broke in our front yard. Took months to fix, leaving our grass dead and looking horrible most of our time there. Management is really bad at communication. We left multiple voicemails, then upon calling them 2 weeks later, we were told sorry we havent listened to our voicemails yet. The landlord acts very nice before you move in, and even over the phone, but her actions reflect the opposite.The first day we moved in, I flicked a lightswitch and a massive spark came out of it. They came and fixed it soon after. All in all. AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY!!! They are the definition of slumlords. If you have no other place to live...please live here dont be homeless. But if you have the choice...avoid this haven of distrust and misinformation, owned by people who treat tenants like rent checks and nothing else. Check my account. I never leave reviews. But my familys experience at Aspen Hills was one so jarring and unpleasant that I made it a point to tell the Tri Cities how awful this place is. If anyone wants any more info or stories I have lot. Just message me. Lots of amazing places to live in the Tri Cities. This is not one of them...

While the units and grounds themselves appear to be upkept properly, it is offset but the poor management and big corporation feel. Upfront rent is a bait and switch as the renewal rate is significantly higher. Management has no consideration or flexibility regardless of how good of a tenant you are. For example, charging a complete months rent for being 1 day late on move out notice after a verbal notice was given months prior. Avoid if possible.

Place is very bad. Infested with termites, and maintenance requests are not answered within appropriate time. Walls turned black due to no ventilation upstairs. It cant be washed with bleach and water, have to paint over it. The apartments put that cost and labor to the renter. Additionally we are charged monthly utilities like water and sewer and once we called to follow up on the amount they dont have to tell us. There is no way to confirm the extra fees per month are accurate. DONT MAKE THIS PLACE YOUR HOME. you are wasting your time

I have really enjoyed Aspen Hills! The staff has been very friendly and knowledgeable. Avenue5 is doing a great job at turning these apartments around with upgrades and remodels, I can tell where my dollars are going. The location is great as well, close to everything. If you are looking for a nice, clean, quiet place to live I recommend you move here! Only complaint is I wish the pool was open more during the summer.

Living here is peaceful and everyone is really friendly. The property is well maintained. Service requests are completed in a timely fashion. I’ve really enjoyed living here! ❤️

This property is amazing and their grounds are always so clean. I love that they have stainless steel appliances and unique apartments in Washington. I would definitely would love to rent from here!!!

This place is in the ghetto, the management staff sucks, they will charge you for everything they possibly can. You can be the best tenant there and if they decide they dont want you here anymore they will evict you without telling you why!! DO NOT RENT FROM ANY AVENUE FIVE PROPERTIES!!!

Toured with a friend who is looking to move to the Tri-Cities area. Staff was great, very welcoming. Location was excellent and the available units were well maintained. Keeping our hopes up that my friend passes the screening and can move in!

The manager Lisa is amazing! Always upbeat and cheerful. The property is close to everything. Highly recommended!

They keep raising my rent even though they haven’t fixed anything in 4 years. I have black toxic mold and cockroaches. The ceiling leaks from water damage. The whole complex’s over watered and the management is unprofessional. This is how Avenue5 is with all of their properties that I know of. They prey on lower income families and charge you for everything they possibly can. They try to stand behind their policies knowing that most people don’t know their tenants’ rights. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone!!!! Don’t rent from them!!! I’ve been a good tenant and I’ve got health issues to show for it!!!!

As a vendor for Ave 5 Prop Mgmt, I’ve had the pleasure of working with and getting to know many of the same people, even when ownership/mgmt changes. There are always challenges with taking on new work and meeting new people but at the end of the day we all are on the same team. Knowing that we delivered a great end product along with great service far outweighs any obstacles along the way. The staff at Aspen Hills have had a few changes but we have grown along the way and will continue to do so no matter where we end up. They are friendly, very knowledgeable and work hard to keep tenants happy and strive to keep the community above Ave 5 guidelines!!

I love aspen hills I have lived there for 3 years the apartments are amazing very spacious. But Aspen hills is amazing because of their dedicated employees who always mow the lawn always pour salt in the morning during winter they make sure there is no trouble around the complex and whenever something needs fixing in our apartment they fix it as fast as they can they are an amazing staff

I did not know why I left two stars Maybe it was a finger error.I lived in this apartment complex for 2 years and I had a very good experience, in the office they always helped me and if at any time there was something wrong in my apartment, it was very quickly repaired. maybe in the end when it comes to charging the cleaning of the apartment is a bit excessive, but from there on out I had good experience

Do NOT move in here. I paid a double deposit, spent hours cleaning before moving out and got $15 on my return. While I lived there I had multiple maintenance issues. When I reported them they never sent anyone to fix them so I had to get them fixed myself. My AC stopped working when it was 100 degrees outside so I called the 24 hour maintenance number just for it to tell me that was a non working number. The office never answers the phone even during business hours and they’re rude when they do. On top of that the neighbors either party or scream at each other until 5am and when reported nothing was done about it. I do NOT recommend aspen hills for anyone, unless you’re a tweaker. If so you’ll fit right in.

Laura and I love it here at Aspin Hills.The staff treat us like family, they also put in a new asphalt parking lot,recently which is great.The maintenance crew are the best always there when you need them .we couldnt be happier, the grounds are alway clean and neat. P.S.This Is Are Home.

Absolute worst office admins I have ever encountered. The main office lady, Lisa, was always very rude and seemed to glare. They charge any extra fees they can and scam money out of their tenants. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. I hope they get better people working for them so others don’t have to deal with the same stuff I did.

Aspin hills is a great place to live. We have lived here almost two years and have had no problems. The apartments are big and nice. The office staff are great and the maintenance staff are number one. I would suggest these apartments to anyone who is looking for a crime free place to live. Dog runs all over for the happy furbabies.

Its been a rollercoaster experience over the last few years with ownership changes. Avenue 5 is doing a good job cleaning up the place. Complex old, thin walls you can hear everything, including your neighbors using the bathroom! Overall, its ok.Update: I have been pleased with Managements responsiveness to all of my questions and concerns. As with any business, you have to have the perfect management team to have everything run smoothly, and I believe Avenue 5 has finally got that team here at Aspen Hills. The best for the price, thats for sure.

This was our first apartment we ever got and are really happy with the community, nice and quiet. Lived here since 2013 moved out 2015. LOVE LOVE THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!

Lived here 3 years. theyre way too expensive. You could be buying your own house with everything you pay here.

DO NOT RENT HERE! New owners since April 2017. .office girls are rude, and never in office when you go there. They have raised the rents at least $200 for 1 bedroom! No smoking allowed...not even in your own car. I can understand the spartment, but to say you cant smoke in your own car??? There have been 5 home inspections since they purchased the complex.very inconvenient.the wont thing is on top of high rents & no smoking anywhere on complex, they now require Renters Insurance ! Oh, and they are requiring it be a minimum of $100,000 in coverage! If I had a 100,000 in value, I wouldnt be renting here! I know of 11 units that are just fed up and planning on moving out.my friend lives thete and is putting their motice in..Just FYI, remember, NICE REVIEWS can be created easily, and most times are phony..especially after a negative review is given... .Pay attention to the negative ones.

RENT WENT UP ABOUT $200 FROM IT WAS, NOW YOUR REQUIRE TO PAY ELECTRICITY EVEN THOUGH YOU ALREADY DO WITH BENTON PUD, SEWER AND GARBAGE ALSO YOU NEED TO PAY FOR INSURANCE MONTHLY INSTEAD OF $950 WE ARE PAYING CLOSE TO $1200/MO. EVERYTIME I CALL DURING BUSINESS HOURS NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER THE CALLS AND THE ASSISTANT LIED ABOUT MY CONTRACT NOW WE ARE STUCK HERE FOR COUPLE MORE MONTHS, I TALKED TO THE MANAGER ABOUT THIS AND ITS BEEN MORE THAN 3 WEEKS I STILL HAVENT HEARD BACK, DO NOT RENT HERE !!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, MANY OF OUR NEIGHBORS THAT LIVED HERE FOR YEARS HAVE LEFT FOR THE SAME REASON. AND IF I COULD NOT EVEN 1 STAR FOR RATINGS.

I like this apt I have like 3 months living here and so far I love it! I had everything new carpet, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, ect ect love it!😉☺😸

Theyre the worst place to rent and they dont care about their tenants especially the elderly, they gave my mother a 30 day notice to move out she has COPD and they gave her the notice they were laughing about it.
