Terrible parking choices for these apartments. Never had this problem before at other apartments, but some days I can’t even go anywhere without risking losing my parking. Then if I do leave Im later having to park Illegally and hoping that my car won’t be taken away because there is nothing due to the fact the some tenants have more than three vehicles parked outside in the only options available for those who don’t pay for covered parking. Another issue there is no available covered parking anywhere near my building and I’ve been here for a year and my handicapable roommate for two and nothing. Always been an issue with parking I have had to circle around for awhile in hopes someone will leave. Honestly hoping they do assigned parking here soon to rid of the issue multiple people are having. I have never complained about this issue. On another note there is no handicap parking near my building that my roommates desperately needs, yet all the other buildings do have one and get occupied by vehicle with no sticker or anything indicating the need for said parking space. I overheard my roommates speaking with the office ladies and it seem as they can careless about the issue brought up. Honestly would not recommend just alone because of the parking. The apartments are nice but parking is terrible.

April was very professional and patient in helping me find what I needed, and she got all the paper work done in a timely manner. Apartments are well kept and have alot of space. I would definitely recommend!

I currently live here. We moved in a couple months ago and we were so excited because the apartments are really nice, affordable, and the location is perfect! However, our experience here has been nothing but unwelcoming by the office staff. The lady who gave us the keys the day we moved in was so sweet, but had a complete 180 with her attitude towards us the next day. We have had nothing but issues with her since. With the way we have been treated from the office, Id move out tomorrow if I could. No matter how nice the place is, it doesnt make up for the disrespect and lack of care we have endured here.

I reached out to April for some pricing on a two bedroom apartment after seeing her video of the renovated apartments. She helped me with pricing and explained the application process to me. I definitely will be considering these apartments as an option when im ready to make a move.

We have lived here for almost 6 months now and when we first moved in our ac didnt work the maintenance guy came out and fixed it immediately. Than our microwave went out, our wash machine went out and the pipe in our bathroom cracked and flooded our bathroom all in the same week. The management team and maintenance guys were amazing. They fixed everything quickly were kind and understanding through the process. The ladys in the office are so sweet. They have kept me up to date on everything. They are so helpful and have worked with us through it all. The maintenence guys are quick and get the job done. Thank you crosspointe apartments!!

You cannot beat the location so close to shopping and the endless amount of dining options.What sets CrossPointe apart from the rest is Trista and her staff. Very Nice Place for the most part very clean and well kept. Feel very safe so far nothing to show otherwise. Only problem I truly have with this place is the lake of lights in room but not only that but the electrical is very poorly setup. There is a light switch which controls all the electrical in each room. So to circumvent accidentally turning off my computer I had to tape each switch to the on position in each room. Which is why this place loses a star. Also I can just barely open the dryer door because of the door to hide the Washer and Dryer.Wish the Pool and Hot Tub would open up as well. But I do understand because of Covid-19 can make it difficult. But at the phase we are at now it should be possible.All and all its a nice good place to live. Had some minor issues and they were dealt with in a very timely manner with positivity.

The manager Trista was always understanding anytime I had issues and always made sure it was handled promptly. Im going to miss living here but I just bought a new home. I have been living in these apartments for about almost 4 years now, and all I have to say is I love it. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. If I have any issues the make sure to take care of it ASAP. The apartments them selves are also very nice and well taken care of. The inside of them are great and feel very homey and no so apartment like. Also dog friendly which in my opinion a plus. Would decinetly recommend this place to any one.

I have lived here for a couple of years now. The staff has always been kind and professional, and personally I have never had any issues with maintenance requests or paying my rent. I have had times where I needed more time to pay rent and the office is always super nice about it. With COVID there are lots of things the office cant do, but I get it. The office people Trista, April, and Emily who are in the office now are really nice and professional. I dont really know the maintenance guys very well since they are new, but they seem to be nice and they get the job done. I havent decided if Im going to renew yet because I want a house, but if that falls through I will definitely stay. Honestly its quiet, the property is well kept, and Im close to everything I need (I dont drive for medical reasons).

Very quiet nieghborhood considering the location. The property is nice and well maintained. The property manager Trista is always courteous, available for questions, and on point with concerns when they have them. For instance. Yesterday we only had to wait couple hours to have maintenance to come look at the dishwasher and fix the issue.This is one complex I have totally enjoy living at, the location it is so close to everything with in 5 minutes.Thank you for making it worth living here.

Moved here a while I go to school very military friendly. The managers Trista and April are extremely helpful, polite and very professional. Every time we put a work order in they were right there within hrs to fix what needed to be fixed. They are very personal and always strike up a conversation. They try to make you feel right at home and a part of the family. One of the best apartments hands down

I was looking for a 3 bedroom apartment I called and spoke to Trista at the time there was none available so she offed to put me on a wait list. During the last month April has consistently checked in with me to keep me updated. Even though I have since found a place else where I had such a great experience that I will definitely keep Crosspointe in mind when I am in the need of a new home.

Ive lived here for about a year and a half. The managment has always been super nice and friendly, they are very professional. They are very quick to fix any maintenance. The grass is always cut and the place always looks beautiful. I never see trash or anything like that on the ground. Its very well kept. They answer all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. Its over all a quiet and nice place to live. I would highly recommend.

I helped my brother move in to one of these apartments. I am a property manager in Walla Walla and I was quite impressed with my experience with the staff and the condition of the apartment as well as the grounds keeping. Hes lived in this complex for several months now and has not had any challenges. In fact, his AC went out a few months ago and they were super helpful and quick to respond to get that taken care of. I highly recommend. Great staff and affordable, clean units.

My experience working with Crosspointe has been nothing less than exceptional! My sister ended up renting after we toured with April earlier this year and she was very helpful and made the process hassle free. Her apartment is updated and the location is close to everything.

I love living at this community! All neighbors are very friendly, the office staff Trista, Emily and April are absolutely amazing! Not to mention the maintenance team Luis and Miguel who are always so prompt to help in every possible way! Never had any issues here.

Our maintenance request was taken care of very quickly by Miguel. We put the request in late at night (non-emergency) and he came and fixed it the next morning. He also fixed everything correctly. We were pleased.

I talked with Emily over the phone about moving here from California. I had a million questions and honestly I don’t know much about Washington or the Tri Cities. She was very patient and kind and when I get my work orders to move I’ll be choosing Crosspointe. Very professional staff. I moved into the Crosspointe community in March and have lived here for almost 5 months and have largely enjoyed my experience thus far. During the move-in process I exclusively dealt with April in the office and she was a great help and was very patient with the litany of specific, and sometimes odd, questions I asked. I have been mistreated by previous apartments (Center Pointe, for example) and am very cautious now. I also was given a fantastic deal on my lease where the first month was free, which made the transition to a new apartment much easier....though I don’t know if that deal is still being offered. The community itself is very spacious and had a park like atmosphere. Instead of the overly crowded layout of some apartments, Crosspointe is spread out and gives you room to breathe. A few criticisms I have had are a lack of parking, though there are paid spaces available( which I use), normal parking is scarce and many of the paid spaces are already occupied. I can’t offer any insight into the amenities offered because they have all been closed since I moved in due to the pandemic, which is understandable. But it would be nice if the office offered something to compensate for the lose of these feature that have to be accounted for in our lease terms. Overall, I have been very happy so far at Crosspointe and intend to stay as long as there are no obscene rent hikes. I will also update this review when I eventually do move to give insight into that process, because anyone who has ever rented knows that’s when they usually take advantage of you. But so far so good!

I’ve been searching for an apartment in the Tri-Cities area to relocate in the next couple months after my job transfer gets approved. After having the change to see whats available in the Kennewick area, I can definitely say that Crosspointe offers everything I’m looking for and need. It’s convenient location, well landscaped property that I can walk my dog around and the staff has been amazing! April, Emily and Trista have been friendly and inviting when I’ve called with my questions. This is a big step for me and they have made me feel very comfortable throughout my search. And all of the apartments look amazing!

I like living here the trees and green grass makes for a beautiful surrounding. The units are nice with big windows and plenty of natural light I even have a screendoor that is not common for apartments. They allow pets with plenty of space for dogs to run around and do their business. There is a poop station with bags and a covered trashcan for dog waste . Most everyone is good about cleaning up after their own pets .The staff is very friendly and professional.

Ive lived here since January 2018. The unit I applied for was not ready until the day I moved in, but I wanted to see it in person, so they showed one of the newer updated units and failed to mention that mine did not look like that at all. Nor did they tell me that mine was one of the few that have not been updated yet. However, the rental rate was fair and maintenance has always responded quickly to requests. The ladies in the office have always been nice and helpful. The complex is well maintained, but the sprinklers are unnecessary where there is no grass. When the sprinklers come on, they spray me as I walk on the sidewalk and up the stairs to my apartment. You also have to be very careful driving in the parking lot because kids are constantly riding scooters and bikes around and will come out of nowhere right in front of your car very quickly.

Trista made me feel welcome and was upfront and honest about all pricing and availability. She made me feel like what I wanted was Important. When I make my move this is were I will be.

I toured the property with Trista on monday. It was a beautiful community. It was priced a bit high or i would of rented. The property is well kept.

I have lived at Crosspointe Apartments for nearly 10 years (3 different units in that time) and it has been a great place to call home!Nice, functional apartments with spacious bedrooms and living area. Great covered patio and the grounds are always kept up. In the winter, theres deicer on the steps before I leave for work. Management, front desk staff and mainataince are all awesome! Always quick to fix any issues that come up!!

These apts look great from the outside and when they give you the tour they look even better. but after a while of living there the apartment its self is very cheap. The management is very rude and never answer the phones. They also quoted a very affordable price but it ended up doubling because of unnecessary charges... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE!! If i could give it a negative star review i totally would !!

I was already sold on the basketball court so I can relive my high school glory years and probably tear an ACL, when April mentioned the year round hot tub. Granted, COVID is here to rain on everyone’s hot tub parade and I’m a little salty I missed the self-guided tour opportunity because people can’t stay home and numbers are rising faster than than the sea level, but that’s no fault of the staff. On the other hand, I appreciate the availability of virtual tours because if you’ve ever been on Tinder, you know how deceiving pictures can be. Thanks to April, I’m confident I’m not being catfished. That woman deserves an award for dealing with my million questions with professionalism and a smile I could see with my own ears. One of best places to lease. Forrest, Trista, April, Emily, Ross. The most compassionate, attentive, active listeners. All of them take great pride in the day to day work. Im currently renting from Crosspointe apartments. The manager Trista is on point with her information. She is friendly and will do what ever she can for her residents to ensure they are happy. April is dedicated to making sure your happy with your apartment. For example my heater went out and she had a maintenance request turned in right away. Ross and forest were in my apartment right away fixing the issue. The maintenance team is kind and respectful. I would recommend renting from them.

The apartments are close to Target and the mall and theyre pretty quiet. There is a ton of green space to walk my dog and dog waste bag sites available everywhere. Overall its a great complex and Ive really enjoyed living here.

My gf was called by the management and they were harassing her telling her that she lived here even when she doesnt she just has been helping me during these tough times bc I dont have a car they claim that they know that she lives here bc they see her car the management here is horrible they close down the office really early and try to run away quick so they dont have to deal with tenants. Tbh idk whats so hard about coming to me personally or leaving a note at my door if they have a problem. The apartments on the inside are cheaply done. The manager Emily specifically uses her brother in the next apartment to spy on me I thought I was gonna have my privacy when I moved in but ig not
