While I dont live here (yet!), I have talked with the manager/landlord and I was taken aback by how kind, sweet, and amazing she was! She answered all of my questions and even threw in extra information I didnt realize would be useful, and made me feel welcomed even before any official steps toward starting an application. Even though it will be awhile, Im definitely happy to choose Sage Creek over everywhere else around here.

Great location, spacious apartments. Office is quick to resolve any work requests in a timely manner. Staff is always nice and friendly, I would recommend!

The management is supper nice and friendly. The aparments are very spacious and if you like peace and quiet I highly recommend them.

I do not live here personally but I know a few people that do and the atmosphere and the management are awesome

Iv lived here for 3 yrs love my Appartment, it is very Roomy & spacious all up to Date. The STAFF is always very polite, Welcoming & on point with Any Maintenance Request that iv submitted to the Office, the property has a Laundry Room Facility for Tenants open @ any Time of need. One of the other Great Things here is the location, close to Grocery store,Gas station,Licencing Dep, highly Recommend yo live here.

Love these apartments! The townhouses are large and well maintained. The management is amazing and makes me feel welcome!

I have lived here for 3 years now. It’s very quiet and relaxing here. The staff is nice to me and my family when they come to visit for the holidays.

Yasleidy is super sweet, also very clean apartments. lived there for 2 years. She has a community yard sale 1 time a year. She listens to your concerns & questions. Another thing I liked about living at sage creek it’s a calm area.

I absolutely love the manager Yasleidy and the staff at Sage creek. Every time I need help with anything they are always so helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Sage Creek

Not for me cannot see the draw. I am sure the stairs will kill me one day yet! My opinion on the new ownerz is as of yet undecided. Changes so far all appear positive in my not typically humble opinion. Maybe someone will finally do something about the joke I have that is actually a perfect metaphor to my ideology on parenting that exists in the back yard. That however you must explore personally and at your own discretion as my thumbs are wore out and nobody cares about my opinions on parenting anyway.

Poor management. Maintenance guy is lazy. Text in the office all day. Under new management, she seems more trustworthy. Old manager was an idiot and lazy herself.

This is the worse place to live. Under new management: No management response. No control over tenant parking spaces. Paying tenants have to fend for themselves because management does not take control of the situation for their paying tenants. I have to park on the other side of the parking area away from my unit, which makes it difficult for me to carry my groceries and let alone the stress of falling on ice during the winter time. I have lived there for 10 yrs and since new management took over it has been a nightmare. The floor in my kitchen area is rotted, my heel went through the floor, theres a hole in the closet area in the first room that has been there for awhile already yet nothing has been done about it. Not to mention the hole in my 1/2 unit on the ceiling which I must admit after months of fussing it was repaired but only because the hazardous fumes from a chemical being used to treat another unit traveled directly only into my vent and it almost killed me. Luckily I got out immediately after walking in and felt dizzy. Had I dismissed it and stayed there I would have died. I later learned what was being used by the maintenance guy, thats how I learned the chemicals were hazardous. The carpets have never been replaced they are from the 80s or older. I have to keep matts over the flooring to hide the worn out carpet. Ive asked for update status to my unit since my rent escaladed. No response. The lack of management has created discontent between myself and the tenants around me. It used to be a great place to live before new management took over. Youd think theyd have sense enough to assign parking spacing to each tenant properly to avoid such discord/ discontent. How difficult would that be..... Its not Rocket Science....

I like it here but the random vandalism and lack of accountability i.e. no cameras on site or allowed in appartments our building and my car has been vandalized on numerous occasions was New now needs a new paint job no one to claim so no insurance and they dont take responsibility
