If I could give a 0 star rating I would without hesitation. The pictures uploaded are not real. Owners website does not work and is a scam. My s/o and I were looking to rent here and she blatantly deceived us about price of rent. Sunset apartments are listed as low income specifically to take advantage of low income situations and desperation. She lied multiple times and was going to lead us into a trap. Live in your car before you give this place any of your business or vulnerability.

I can first hand tell you that the pictures on the website are not real, i live right behind the apartments and they are much smaller and older. The website barley works. And on top of everything they will charge more than it’s worth.

I have lived here since these apartments have been built. The managment is terrible, rude, and changed constantly. The apartment walls are paper thin. And nails stick up through the carpets. I have pictures of the cuts my kids got from them. I wish I could move. And will as soon as I can.
