We love renting from Tri-City Furnished Homes! My wife is a travel nurse and we had trouble finding housing to accommodate us short term. Laura has been amazing and easy to work with! Everyone is always pleasant when I talk to them!They have pretty much everything in their apartments including a big 55” 4K TV. Definitely 5 star service!!!

Me and my husband are actually moving from Georgia to Washington and finding this company has made the move so much more stress-free! A 3000 mile move is hard enough but finding a fully furnished home with a yard for our animals was perfect. Laura was very patient and kind. This home will be our home until we can buy and we couldn’t be more excited to make our way in March!

I am a travel nurse and was moved from Oregon to Washington very quickly, then after a few weeks had to leave and go home. Laura Niver was absolutely amazing!! She worked with and for me so much, just like I feel she would have a family member! She was so sweet and helpful! The property was wonderful and clean!! It was fully stocked and quiet! I loved working with Laura, she is hands down the best leasing agent I have ever gotten to work with!! Very highly recommend her and Tri City If you are in the Tri City area of Washington.

I was on an assignment here for 3 months. Laura made everything super easy getting set up and moving in. She was accessible if an issue arose during the check in process. The apartment was furnished with everything I needed, and then some. It was nice not to worry about liquids or extra bedding/towels. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the neighbors were awesome as well! If I am ever back in the area, I would not consider staying anywhere but here.

Honestly, this company made my temporary housing easy and stress free. My spouse and I completed temporary work in the Tri Cities and I was worried that finding affordable and comfortable short term housing would be difficult and it totally wasnt due to finding this housing. Any little thing we needed replaced/ fixed, it was immediately taken care of. We were able to easily extend our lease. The move in and out were smooth and not complicated at all. I wish they had properties near Seattle area ( where I will be working next) because I would absolutely use them again for any housing needs! Without a doubt would recommend this short term housing to anyone.

We stayed with Tri City Furnished Homes for 9 months. We just vacated this past week. They refunded all of our deposit without question, and even gave us some of our rent back because we gave them our vacate notice early! We have never been treated so well by a housing company. Highly recommend!

I contacted the company about renting a furnished apartment while I was working at the Columbia Generation Station during their refueling outage. I ended up getting a one bedroom apartment with a washer and dryer very close to the plant and in a lovely area. Everything I needed was there: it was like borrowing a friend’s apartment while they’re out of town. The kitchen had all sorts of pots, pans, plates, cutting knives, cutting boards, colanders, casserole dishes, baking pans, bowls, a blender, toaster, microwave, oven/stovetop, full size fridge, dual sink...etc. There were plenty of bathroom towels and kitchen towels, a comfy couch and tv with cable, and the bed wasn’t bad either. The move in and move our process couldn’t be any easier: it’s done such that you can arrive and leave at any hour without hassle. I would recommend this to anyone and would do it again in a heartbeat if I am back in the area for an extended amount of time. The staff was friendly and helpful, the process was very easy, and they were the best price in town (and it beats a hotel room hands down).

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Laura definitely made my short term stay stress free and very comfortable. She was very easy to work with and very accommodating. I would recommend anyone looking to a short term fully furnished place to contact Laura. 110% completely satisfied!!!!!
