Love Hana does my nails great everytime

First and foremost the “Ha” that everyone is referring to is HANA. I came from Houston to Katy about a year ago and went from place to place finding someone to get my nails right and after several tries HANA did better than my last nail lady. I go often I never switch it up she’s the only person I go to! I LOVE HEr service. She always offers a drink of water. She doesn’t raise the price for anything. So tipping her is never a problem. And if the shop doesn’t have the exact color or combination you want for your nails? SHE MAKES IT! I wanted a certain with a shimmer and they didn’t have it and she made it for me on the spot! LOVE LOVE LOVE HANA! If you go to get your nails done go to HANA!(Ha-Nuh) and I do suggest tipping in cash in general for any place it’s easier for them! The picture of white shimmer nails are mine! And I love them!

Perfect toes & refill for the summer. I like that the stylists are quick with getting started and if you point out an issue that address it without having an attitude. I like that they have the sani-bags on the pedicure bowls so you can habe confidence in knowing your pedi area is clean. This is now my go-to nail salon when Im in this area + they are open till 7p.

I’m visiting my family in Houston because of my cousins quince and I was looking for a place to do my nails. It was my first time here and I loved the experience. Everyone is very nice and the price was low. In Virginia I usually $60 or $70, but here I paid only $45!! She told me that she probably couldn’t do exactly what I wanted, but she still pulled it off. Every time I need a place to do my nails in Houston, I now know where to go. I really recommend you to do your nails here!!

Ive been going to Ha off and on for 2 years. The first year was good service. This past year has been ridiculous! You make an appointment and she ask you to wait 30-45 mins when you arrive so she can finish someone else. I live 30 mins away so if I make the drive I need her to be on time. Then I wanted to take my daughter to get dip nails for her birthday. Specifically asked for pricing as seen in picture. When we arrived she said she didnt know I was bringing my daughter and only had time for one of us and said it would be $68 for dip Mani and reg pedicure when she originally said it would be $40. So frustrated AGAIN! I will not waste my time going to far out of my way ever again. I can go to many brand new nails salons right by my house for $68...With this crappy review, I do want to say Tom does an amazing job cutting my sons hair!!

Tom know how to cut mens hair very well. Hes fast and very accurate as well. I have been coming to this place for the past 5 years now and is still great!

Kind of a hole in the wall place. But Nancy does a great haircut. I wouldnt let anyone else cut my hair. She is the best

Susan has been cutting and coloring my hair for a very long time. I still get lots of compliments on my hair color and the cut. Susan does an amazing job and I never have to wait. She does it so well that I have referred co-workers, family and friends and they still use her to this day. I also get my manicure and pedicures done at VIP simply because they do such a great job.

I have been going to this salon for years. Yes they are always busy so an appointment is a must. Kim does a fantastic job. She does my refill & pedicure.. I always get compliments. The quality keeps me going back.

Amazing service and professional outlook

Ive been getting my hair cut here since they opened maybe 8+ years ago, and Ive been getting my hair cut by Yadira for 12+ years back when she used to work at sports clips. Very good haircuts and friendly service. Connie is great too!

Awful customer service.They make you wait over an hour even with an appointment. I have been here several times but today was my last. They lie about their prices and two of their employees are very rude. I don’t know their names or else I would say them, but don’t expect good work here I got a manicure and then it was already chipping the next day. The lady charged me $30 saying it was ‘shellac’ but it’s just regular nail polish. As for acrylic nails they break and look terrible when they shaped them I asked for coffin and they looked square and misshapen. Never coming here again. I would rather pay more but for good quality and service.

This was not an enjoyable experience. I typically go to Venetian but they were closed, but I didn’t want to wait two additional days.. I SHOULD HAVE WAITED! I was given a lady that did not speak English. My nails were crooked and super thick! I kept showing her what I was displeased with, but she had NO idea what I was referencing. I picked out a color and once it was time to paint my nails, she realized the bottle was empty! I picked a second color and the bottle was empty! I was so irritated that I finally picked any color with the intent to have the color changed when Venetian re-opened. Hated this place. No sure what some other reviews are referencing, but this place is a NO!

Don’t come here!! The dip powder is old and expired and they continued to use it. I asked for almond shaped nails and they are all a different shape and size. I chose a steel grey color and you can literally see through some of my nails

Ha is AMAZING! I have been seeing Ha for 5-6 years to get solar nails, pedicures, shalac and waxed. Shes sweet and friendly, I rarely have bubbles in my nails when she is finished. Also, she makes sure to prime my nails first so that they dont start peeling around the edges after a few days. She is so popular that its hard to get in to see her sometimes, but she is worth the wait!I have also been letting Thom handle my hair needs for approximately 5-6 years. Thom also styles my hair for formal Christmas parties every year. He handles my kids hair needs as well. Always smiling and super friendly. Great with kids!I refuse to see anyone other than these two!

Definitely didn’t get the “VIP” experience. When my sister, and I got there all the ladies just looked at us and didn’t acknowledge our presence. It took about five minutes for someone to even say a word to us. It was only after a lady came out from the back and told us were to sit. My sister sat down with one lady, and I went to the lady and told me to go to the other chair. I would see a reasonable excuse if she was busy but she wasnt she was on her phone. I definitely didn’t even bother and left. Im not going to spend my hard earned money on a business that doesn’t care about their coustomers.

I love this place i have always had a hard time finding the right person to cut my hair. But this is the place to go to.

Quick and good price for cut.

I have been coming to this place for the past 13 years or so and have always received friendly, affordable, fast and quality service. I am very picky about my haircuts and this place always cuts it just how I like it.

Ha is the best manicurist in the world. The lady who manages the place is rude to most customers but if you can see past that and get into Ha, you wont be disappointed.

I only visit this salon because of Ha! She has been doing my nail for 8 years now. I have/would follow her anywhere she goes. :)

Lets start off by saying that they opened 20 mins late on Sunday. I went in and someone lady said that her colleagues were going to get there soon and they took over 10 mins yo get there. She told me plenty of times not to go and stay so I did. Okay, everything seemed okay until Susan stoped in the middle of my pedicure to go cut someones hair. She left me with another lady that was in a bad mood and with an attitude. I asked her to stop doing my pedi and I would wait for Susan. The lady had an attitude problem when I told her. She then proceeded with my manicure which was horrible... at the end I told Susan that I wanted her to do it and she did. However as she was trying to finish my manicure she had another customer rushing her and she did such a horrible job!!!!!!!!!!! This was the most horrible experience ever!!!! I give them a ZERO rate. Beware dont even set foot in there. They dont care about customer service.

Dont see what the hype is about. If its for the hair color and cuts, that makes sense. They seem to know what theyre doing, but the pedicure I got here was quite lackluster, painful and there was little to bring me back here.The deluxe is hardly that. I got a super quick mini massage that I barely felt, the wax and trimming was OK. The hot stone was decent, but then I started questioning some of the hygiene standards and I started getting worried. The place is not terribly clean, unfortunately. Overall, the pedicure was pretty mediocre. I guess Im spoiled?$35 buys me a hell of a lot more at Prada Nails on Kingsland. I regularly tip those girls $15-$30 for what they do for my wife and I. I was really hoping I could find a nice mani/pedi spot close to home for the wife and I, but I guess thats not gonna happen.Save your money and go to Prada. Clean, friendly people, newer chairs and much higher quality service overall...again, just talking about the mani/pedi section. Cant comment on the hair salon as I didnt get a cut, but I probably wont give them a chance just because of this experience, honestly. In their defense, two of the women coming out did look, dare I say, fabulous. But I didnt see their nails getting done or anything, just the hair.Also, I had to wait about 15 mins just to get to the chair and wait another 5-10 mins. They also turned someone down, so Im guessing theyre somewhat understaffed, so keep that in mind if you come here.All in all, It wasnt awful, but it just wasnt really good or great, either. Especially for the price.

Stay away from here!!! Horrible experience they have Rude employees!! Don’t even bother making appointment they are very unorganized.

I had an appointment for one but had to wait for over thirty minutes due to someone calling in. They were also trying to service the missing persons clients. I asked for gel nails and got a bumpy looking mess with eyelash hair glued to my nails. She apologized and told me to come back so that the other girl could do it. I had been there over two hours for a fill and I told them I had to go. They offered and gave me a free credit but this will be the last time they see me. I just moved to Houston and Im limited in funds. So Im stuck with these nails for a few weeks. Im so upset I just want to cry.
