I went in for just a haircut and it was the best one I have ever had. Basel was very nice and kept conversation going. He wanted to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted and still keep my hair healthy. I asked about a Brazilian blow out and he said that I did not need one for my hair type. He suggested a Keratin treatment instead and said that it was cheaper too! I am very pleased with this stylist and will definitely be returning and making this salon the only one I go to from now on.

Made an appointment for my haircut. I arrived on time (10 minutes before), and the lady who had to attend me took 20 minutes to receive me. She was not already busy at that time, but she was talking to a friend of her and still asked me for more waiting time ... I told her that I was leaving and she immediately received me. She cut my hair, but I was not satisfied. I just wanted to leave that place.when I got home I noticed that my hair was uneven, my drying and brushing (which was supposedly included in the cut) were fatal, She left my hair half dry and half wet and put products that left my hair super sticky.Actually, I didnt think when I got out of there that it was so bad, but when I get home, I had to wash my hair and try to comb it, but the cut was definitely not the way I wanted it. I definitely dont go back to that place. I was a client a few years ago, but now that I return I was disappointed. Do not go to that place. The manger wasn’t at that time in, so I hope that if she wants that business to continue, hire professional people. Now I must go to another place to fix this mess they made.

Amazing experience! Walked in 10 minutes early for appointment and was brought right back. We talked about what I wanted. Talked about cost. Got an amazing cut and color! Will be back in 4 weeks for a touch up.

Me and my daughter both went to get a hair cut and straighten our hair. The place was clean, the service and attention was very personable which I love. We both ended very happy and said we would return to try some other services. Highly recommended.

My stylist was Brandon, i asked for partial highlights, cut and blow out. Brandon did exactly what i wanted, Im so happy with my hair i love the color and cut. I will be 100% returning to Brandon for my next appointment!!!

The place is completely renovated, it looks amazing. I love the fact that I can do my nails while getting my hair done. The staff is amazing I will definitely be going back.

Creative Cuts is by far one of the best hair salons Ive ever been to. the staff is very professional, courteous, and friendly. I got the keratin treatment, a hair cut, and eyebrow threading everything was done by Fay she was amazing and very knowledgeable, she did wonders to my hair, my hair has never looked better. i definitely recommend this Hair Salon to everyone. I am a brand new customer here. I booked with Fay for a cut and color. She gave me exactly what I asked for, was very gentle and so nice. She gives you a nice scalp massage and very special treatment. My blowout at the end was amazing, I wish she could do my hair every day! All of this for $100 plus tip. Very satisfied.

I used to go to Europen wax and I recently went to creative cut. Katy is very professional and gentle. Price is unbeatable. I truly recommend this place.

My wife made a 6pm appt for our son and got there at 5:53. She rushed home from downtown today to make the appointment and you left them standing in the parking lot for over 20 mins. Your lights were on, there were candles burning and your hours plainly state open til 8pm - BUT the door was locked and nobody was answering the phone or bangs on the door - definitely not cool. I left a message with her number on it. I feel like she needs an apology.

Ive gone to Chelsea several times for cut and color, and she is amazing! Always does exactly what I ask, helps me choose the best shade, and does the best job cutting my hair, short cuts arent easy! FYI I am really hard to please when it comes to my hair. You can make appointments online which is really convenient too!

Have had several great cuts with Sepida. She is very meticulous and makes sure that you are happy before you leave. Prices are reasonable and staff is all very friendly. Not a high-end salon but I can do without mimosas and fancy decor.

Jazmine gave high marks for the younger staff and knowing how she likes her hair. She said she only would trust them after growing out her hair for 2 years and the lady didnt listen to a single thing she said and had the nerve to ask for a tip.

Everybody is very friendly and make sure they give you what you want. All the products are great for many types of hair. I love their new botox hair treatment !!

Worst experience in haircut, the lady kept answering phone calls without caring her customer. Haircut skills are really clumsy and unprofessional. There are several times she almost cut my eyes or skin. When using the hair dryer to finalize her cut, due to her bad cutting skills and work attitude, the dryer was super hot. I pointed it several times but she obviously didn’t care or listen. I used the mirror to check my haircut and pointed out things to modify, but she was really unhappy and condemned me not look at the mirror. Apart from the attempt to sell her hair product for $15, she also suggested to give tips. For overall $33 ($30+$3), I think I am too nice to give such bad services for so much money. I didn’t try other services but I don’t recommend haircut in here.

Loved going here they fixed my hair when I had it ruined by another place.

We recently bought a Groupon for Creative Cuts and my daughter was so excited to get a Keritin treament done. I phoned for the appointment and they booked her in without issue. Told me to be prepared to not wash her hair for 72 hours or more after the appointment, etc. When we arrived for the appointment, the lady said... oh she has long hair... well then the Groupon is only good for a short term treatment (that would last only 4 weeks). So I agreed to pay an additional $80 to have the long term treatment done. I then left the salon and returned when my daughter called to say she was ready. She was upset because the lady spent the 3 hours it took to do the treatment telling her how her hair was so thick & long she should have charged us an additional $120 or even more. Then she told her she had to buy the $50 worth of shampoo & conditioner on top of it. She told her that if we didnt have the money to pay for it - we should buy a box and do it ourselves. Not sure why anyone would feel its okay to Whine at your customer and expect them to return. I will NOT be taking our daughter back there - and I wont recommend it to my friends either.

I went to get a small cut done for my one year old boy and they messed it up so bad. I had to stop the lady from destroying his hair. He had to go on vacation looking like he got the bowl cut from hell. I will never go back and i would be careful bringing a kid in to that place
