I could not be more impressed with my visit today. From the start! The lady that answered the phone was so polite and professional. When I arrived for my appointment I was seen right away. I have such bad anxiety my stomach hurt knowing I was going to a new place and by myself. But let me tell you! Shelly was so kind and compassionate. She made me feel so comfortable the entire time. I’ve never talked to a stranger as much as I did with Shelly. The whole environment was very welcoming but Shelly definitely is why I will be back. I had a haircut and treatment done today which turned out so beautiful. I am so pleased! I will be back next week to see her for a color done. I really am so pleased with today’s visit. I would NOT let anyone else touch my hair and I would rather go without than with any other salon! My hair is always left super silky always! The worst thing I have ever done was try to bleach my hair and burned 95% of it off and here my hair was SAVED and we are still in the process of regrowing and keeping the blonde when the safest route was to go back black but I cried and begged to do anything for the blonde and even though it was impossible and hard work it was done and I was amazed by the results of the color. I’m still amazed by the process off going blonde and growing long again, silky blonde at that! ALSO A GREAT ATMOSPHERE AND ALLLL THE LADIES ARE SUPER SWEEEEET! ☺️ No anxiety here! 🙌

I went to this salon to get my hair cut, dyed, and to get the keratin treatment! Ms. Rona did an AMAZING job and i was very happy with the results! she is also very sweet and will treat you with kindness! my hair has never looked better! i love it so much! it is definitely worth going here!

What a gem of a salon! I’m hooked, and I will never go anywhere else. Random, I stumbled across this salon as I was looking for an owner operator unfranchised to spoil myself a little without breaking the bank. I walked in expecting to make an appointment but thankfully I was able to be seen. Pari ttook me in and within a couple of minutes she cut and styled my hair. But here the best part. When my husband came home he was in awe of my cut and style! He never ever ever really mentioned anything. Pari is meticulous in her product offering. She knows them like the back of her hand. I look and feel like a million dollars.

1. Do not get your waxing done here. They are super unorganized. The lady had no idea how to prepare for waxing or clean afterwards. I felt sticky for 2 days even after showering multiple times.2. After my hair cut, the lady dried my hair for only 2 minutes. My hair was still wet. She thought i wouldnt notice her not completing the blow dry. But I noticed and didnt say anything.Very bad service.Please spend your money else where. This place is not even economical.Following up on the comments from the owner1. I did say it multiple times that my body still feels sticky. The lady who did my waxing brushed it off.2. Because the lady who did my waxing didnt pay attention on the day of waxing. I had very little hope on the day afterwards.3. Why does it matter if i report my review after 1 month?4. I had some place to be. I didnt want the haircut on that day also. Your assistant forced me to get it done on the same day. And she did a very sloppy job with the haircut and waxing overall.

Ive been going to this salon for about 2 years now and have loved it up until they gave me a new stylist who destroyed my hair. I went to get my roots done on partial highlights and left with a nightmare. Not only is the color completely all uneven and off...my hair has been falling out in massive amounts for several weeks. Normally I would not even care so much about color, I would of even called to ask them to give me someone to correct it possibly but after bleaching my hair to death I will never return there. They told me she had 30 years experience so I felt comfortable....and to me if my original stylist was what I referred to as a Master, and they give me this. Unreal. I suggest you beware before you book with just anyone in the salon.

I never post any bad reviews, if I could give 0 stars I would.. but this is honestly so disappointing. I called today to ask if they would be able to custom cut my extensions which I informed them they were clip ins. They told me to come in to see if they would be able to. So I did, the lady that helped me was so polite and answered all me questions and she seemed to know what she was doing.... she clipped the extensions in and I thought she was going to get the measurements to take them off and cut at the desired length ... however that was not the case, they were basically trimmed while they were clipped in!!!! I honestly could have done that at home with out having to pay $45 dollars. I did not complain to them because I did not want to cause a scene since there were other clients there and I was already very disappointed... she did inform me that the extensions would be different lengths because of how they were placed.. but when I got home and took them off they were horribly cut. Please don’t do a service you know you can’t do and save the customer time and money. I would have been perfectly fine for you to tell me to look some place else ... But overall clean environment, nice staff and looks like their other services are great, thank you!!!

I’ve been a customer for 6 years and have always had an excellent experience. I have my hair trimmed and colored every 4-6 weeks and also had a Karatin treatment last summer. Rona is my main stylist and she is very professional. She pays attention to what I request and never rushes. Pari, the owner is friendly and very accommodating when I need same day services. Rona did mine and my moms haircut and blowouts and it was absolutely gorgeous. She really knows what she’s doing and is very friendly throughout the experience and knowledgeable on what hair looks best on you, without being pushy. Paula did our facials/microderm and she was also very professional and so sweet with the process. Will definitely be going back to see these two ladies! Also noted that they weren’t trying to rush the process like most other places do between clients.

She’s so friendly and genuinely cares about making people feel understood and taken care of. It was more than a haircut. When she shampooed my hair she massaged my scalp, temples, and neck and I swear I could’ve taken a nap I was so relaxed, that extra attention made me feel so good. I almost didnt want to write a review but I feel maybe ppl should know. I went for make up- it was not properly matched to my skin tone. Maybe it was bad lighting but I could tell when I looked in the mirror, it was at least 2 or 3 shades too light.The eye liner was squiggly and it was overall bad. I wouldnt dare post photos.I told the lady that I couldnt do make up, but Ive been doing my full face for over 15 years. This was overwhelmingly terrible. The other staff agreed it looked fine and thats what bothered me the most. Theyll let you walk out looking like a clown after taking your payment.

Im a father of two girls 12 and 14. I recently attended this salon for them both to get a trim before starting school. Both came out upset that too much was removed and instead of a trim it was a cut. The oldest is most upset because it took a year to grow what was removed. As far a prices starting at $65 and to not understand basic trimming seems like this place should review staff and procedures. How did this happen to both of them ?? Will not be recommending or using this place again. Such a shame.

I love the personal attention they give. Amara is a true expert with color and color repair when others mess up. (like me) Avoid the mess-up and start here! I have been to other salons that were all about getting me in and out so they can move to the next client. Not Paris Gallery. They spend time with you, understand your needs but are efficient.
